    I have searched online in Google for USPs to change my address. Thinking that it’s a legit usps website I entered my personal information of family members and old and new address and debit card and was charged $68 dollars immediately without indicating the price beforehand or giving me an opportunity to review and confirm before proceeding. Refund my money, and don’t share my personal information with 3rd parties

    I got an email saying it was from Temu (at least I thought it was Temu) an online shopping network saying if I took a short survey I could get a mystery pallet and that I only had to pay $7.85 for shipping which I did. Well the next day a charge of $169.49 showed up on my account statement. I tried calling both of the numbers on the attachments I added and they both go to an automated service that tells you that they are not available right now.

    I was trying to put in an address change to the postal service. They asked for a card to verify and then they had charged me $68 which I didn't consent to. This is ridiculous such a scam and I don't know how to get my money back. So upset and disappointed.

    I was attempting to file a change of address through USPS and somehow was rerouted to rapid address change who without a checkout warning processed a $68.00 charge. This is a scam and they need to be stopped!

    This website puts you under the assumption that your on the Post office webiste. You go through with all the info you would need to provide just as you would through the post office just to be swindled out of $68.00 when I shouldve only been charged $1.10 which is very big difference. I dont like the fact that this comany takes advantage of especially when you already have all the stress of moving and then now you swindle people out of money during a vulnerable time with moving. Very unprofessional and not very trusting for a company.. I WANT MY MONEY BACK ON MY CARD... & a response.

    I attempted to change my USPS address on the USPS website but did not realize that it was not the official site and was charged $68.00 for my 'Rapid Address Change'. We were later told that the USPS charge is only $1.50 and they would never charge $68. According to the BBB this is fraudulent and the company is not accredited.

    I went to change my address. I clicked on what I thought was the USPS, went through the steps to change my address. It has you enter your card Information and doesn't even tell you a price or go to a confirmation, charges you immediately. Then, it shows "rapid address change", not USPS like I thought I clicked on. I want my money back. I have contacted my bank to have this company blocked from any future payments.

    On 11/18 I was trying to change my address through the USPS site. I clicked the first link and went through as guides. I was not informed they would charge $68 until after my card information had been submitted. After the transaction, I noticed the website was changed from the USPS to a different site. The site obviously uses deceptive means to attractive vulnerable people looking to do a quick address change. I have been trying to get a hold of someone to get a refund so I can just go in person and change it through the USPS directly. (They only charge $1-2). I have seen that other people have used this site and have been charged a reoccurring charge and am trying to avoid such an issue.
