On 3/13/24 i went on to this fake website posing as a USPS address change website. Went through the whole process and entered my card information, just like you do with USPS, then was suddenly charged $68.00 without any confirmation or notification of price beforehand. I've attempted to contact them, at multiple numbers and they never pick up or it goes straight to voicemail. 100% a scamInitial Complaint

I was attempting to file a change of address online with USPS. T his company charged me to do so. When I complained the first time, company refunded my money. A few days later, the amount was charged to my debit card again. My bank can't stop payment (I've already tried!) since my debit card was used. I've tried contacting the company at 267 863 0204. No answer, but I've left my name, phone number, and email address.Initial Complaint

Today, 3-11-24 I thought I was logged into the USPS website as this website is set up to look like it is. I was prompted to enter my card information without any mention of a charge and after submitting, it shows I was charged $68. I'm a mother taking care of two children in this economy. I would've never knowingly consented to paying $68 dollars for an address change. This is a total scam and an currently on the phone with my bank in an attempt to dispute the charge. I immediately took action upon seeing that they were not part of USPS and that they were charging me almost $70 for a simple address change. I will adamantly demand a refund and a removal of all my information from their systems afterward. No informed consent was given.Initial Complaint

I am moving. When I went online, I thought that I was using the United States Post office address change. They always ask for a credit card number so I gave it. After I submitted it, it said that it was billing me $68 dollars. Then I realized that the post office only charges a dollar, to change your address. I did contact my bank, however I have to wait till the money goes through to dispute it. Why are there bogus companies out there??Initial Complaint

I tried to change my address thinking it was the USPS website. I did not realize I was on a different website until I saw the amount they charged me. I contacted them and they said they would refund my money in 10 to 15 business days. On day 15 I still did not receive my money back then they tried to delay it another 3 days. When I tried to confirm the latest date that it would return to my card, they said it already processed and there’s nothing more they can do. I have checked my bank multiple times and there is nothing pending. I have all of our correspondence through email if that would help.Initial Complaint

Transaction Date: 03/03/24 The site posed as a USPS postal service address change site and charged me $68 without any confirmation of transaction amount. The fraudulent company committed to provide address change services while posing as the USPS. I have reached out to the company and have heard nothing. I want to be reimbursed.Initial Complaint

Scam site disguised as usps. Everything matched the llok of the usps site. Rapid Address Change did not inform me they were going to charge my card $68. The card information thankfully failed and I was not charged. Their customer service lines do not work, and there are several reports or others falling for this scam too.Initial Complaint

2/21/23 thought I was changing my address with USPS but was on the rapid address change site, was charged $68 immediately, realizing this I have tried contacting them multiple times with no success. I would just like to get my $68 back as I never got said receipt and cannot contact them.
