I wanted to change my mailing address. I googled USPs change of address and clicked on the first link that seemed to be a USPS link. I put in all my information on the website and went through the steps. I put my card information in and hit confirm and was instantly charged for the service without even being given a price or a confirmation email being sent. I later searched for the USPS website and changed my address on there at a way lesser fee and a more legitimate process. I also searched if this happened to other people and found out that this has happened to many peopleInitial Complaint

On January 15, 2024 I put an address change with the US post Office only to find out on that this Address change was impersonating the US post office and charged me $68. I have attempted to contact them regarding a refund and no one from their office has returned my calls or emails.Initial Complaint

Went to do a change of address and clicked on the first website that popped up on Google. A couple steps later I realized I was charged $68 for this "Rapid Address Change." I would like a refund figuring it's from a .org website it looked 100% legit. I would like my money back and this company shut down entirely.Initial Complaint

I clicked on the website to change my address I typed in United States Postal Service this website pops up. I enter all my ass to change my address and then at the it it asked me to enter my credit card information to confirm my identity and address and then they charge me $68 to change my address, it’s a scam they pop up at the top I typed in United States Postal Service and that’s not what I got. This company is a scam and they’re stealing money from people because people are trusting what they’re typing in. It’s ridiculous. Every complaint on here is the same thing because the company is ripping people off they need to be put out of business!!!!Initial Complaint

On January 2nd I went to change my address as I was moving soon and I Googled address change and clicked on the link provided which took me to a page that looked very similar to the USPS page for changing your address. I filled in all the information and went to the next page where it said it needed my card information to verify my identity which is also asked by the USPS page so I didn't think anything was wrong. It then charged my card $68 but no where was I told or made aware that they would charge me that much. I immediately emailed and told them I didn't know that was going to happen to which they responded that they would refund me the money but it could take 10-15 days. After 2 weeks I hadn't received a refund so I emailed them again to which they said that I will receive it in 48-72 hours. I have still not received that refund and they never even provided the service that they said they provide so I had to go and change my address a different way anyway.Initial Complaint

I needed to change my address and Rapid Address Change was one of the results. I went through all the steps, which all appeared to be normal, then they charged me 68$ without even telling me how much they were going to charge in the 1st place. After doing a little more research I seen this is a scam company.Initial Complaint
