    Changing my address for a temporary time. Thought I was at an UPS site and turns out it was fraudulent. Fortunately my credit card company picked it up and didn’t let the transaction be processed. Someone should shut this site down. Charging $68 for a$1.10 cents fee from UPS. Also was contacted by the company telling me address change did not go through ( which it did at UPS site) and telling me to reenter my information. Which I did not!

    I was charged $68 dollars with no pre-warning about being charged and no reasoning as to why I was.

    I was trying to change my address change in usps and it went to that webpage. They charged 68 four time. They didn’t mentioned any amount.

    I Typed in "USPS change of address" and this link popped up first DISGUISED as the USPS, questions are just like the official website. I went through the process and when put in my credit card info and submitted it I immediately got a fraud alert from my bank, they shut down my card and here I am. Well thats when I realized it wasn't even the offical USPS wedsite. There is no one to speak to on the phone number provided and upon further reading this company is fraudulent and misleading and your address never changes. When you type it in again in the search box it's no where to be found unless you type exactly the correct web address. What a scam!

    I was touted to thuu in s Rapid site and entered my cc info. Next thing I know they charged me $70 without my consent. Need to call my back and dispute but it’s still po ending. Their customer service numbers don’t even work. Please be careful.

    I'm fairly confident this website/company is a full scam company they try to elude they are USPS and then when you get to the end they have you input your credit/debit info and then immediately charge 74 dollars with 0 notification of cost or anything they just charge you and then after say you've been charged. I've requested my credit card company deny the payment but not sure if it will go through. I'm not even sure they provide the service they say they provide.

    Rapid address change scammed me out of 74.00. Said they were usps and they would change my address, didn’t notify me of any charge until after I had entered my credit card info. Big scam scam scam.!!

    Scammers pretending to be united states postal service. No customer service no receipt. This is criminal. I need a refund they have already sold my information

    I entered an address change for my parents on the USPS site, and thought I was paying the required processing fee (less than $2). My credit card was charged $68. There was never any indication that the fee had been switched, and they didn't actually change the address. This is a scam, and one that the US Post office is participating in by failing to include any warning on their website
