    On 12/30/23 i went on Fraudulent website posing as USPS address change website. Went through the whole process and entered card information, just like you do with USPS, then was suddenly charged $68.00 without any confirmation or notification of price.     On 12/30/2023 I wanted to change my address. I went on the USPS website and entered my information. At no time was I informed that I would be charged $179.95. It even stated that I would receive an email from USPS that it was complete. One day later I saw this charge on my credit card from "USPS mail on-line Las Vegas! " I didn't even know I was in a USPS site in Las Vegas. I live in IL. There is no phone number to call for customer service and no address.! This is fraud!

    This company has their website set up to look like usps, and at no time does it say it’s not. It’s the first thing that pops up on google after searching “address change usps”. After putting my card info in, I hit “verify card” and they immediately charged me $68 without notifying me. This is a SCAM. I have called the line twice with no answer, and have emailed them asking for a refund. If no refund is given by the time the transaction posts, I will be disputing this with my bank. This company is absolutely disgusting.

    I want a change of address and was charged $68.00 and the address change never happened

    Scam site disguised as usps. Everything matched the llok of the usps site. Rapid Address Change did not inform me they were going to charge my card $68. The card information thankfully failed and I was not charged. Their customer service lines do not work, and there are several reports or others falling for this scam too.

    12/21 I needed to change my address and a quick search brought me to Rapid Address Change. Everything went normally, they asked for payment information to verify my identity. There was no mention of payment or any pricing prior and after I put the information through I was immediately charged $68 for no reason I can find.

    I was looking to change my postal address and clicked on what appeared to be usps website, it asks for all the information the real usps website asks for when changing your address. You go through the whole process and it appears to be legit never claiming or appearing not to be the usps website. The very last page then asks you for card information to verify identity but never saying how much it will charge you to do so just makes you put in your card information then it charges you $68. Had I known in the beginning they would be charging me $68 I would’ve been more alert to this being a scam and not a legitimate website.

    I was trying to change my address to where I live now. And when I googled it I put in change of address it came up as USPS so I clicked on it . And started to fill it out and then clicked continue. And it never told me the price. So it charged me 68 dollars and didn't realize it until now so it was the wrong site that I clicked on . Now I can't get no one on the phone to refund me the money
