Barclays Bank Delaware is an anti-black and fraudulent company that abusively, unfairly, deceptively and discriminatorily stole $2,500,000.00 from me in 2017. On July 11, 2017, I opened four accounts with the Anti-Black company, two Savings Accounts (********6859 and ********6861) and two CD accounts (********6878 and ********6880) where the Savings were funded with $1,000,000.00 each and the CDs were funded with $250,000.00 each. On July 12, 2017, the Anti-Black company sent me four confirmation emails informing me that my request for "immediate funds transfer" has been received and successfully posted: "Dear ******* ******, Your request for an immediate funds transfer from your external bank account ending in 5447 to your Barclays account ending in (each of the four accounts) has been received and successfully processed." I had never heard of an "immediate funds transfer" prior to this and only learned later on through self-research that because I used the numbers near the barcode on my birth certificate as the account number and one of the routing numbers for one of the banking entities regulated by the Department of the Treasury that the transfer of funds was considered and termed immediate funds transfer. During the time I spent doing more research into immediate funds transfer I discovered that the Board of Governors for the Federal Reserve System states The Federal Reserve Banks provide the Fedwire Funds Service, a real-time gross settlement system that enables participants to initiate funds transfer that are immediate, final, and irrevocable once processed. at [https://www.federalreserve.gov/paymentsystems/fedfunds_about.htm]. Furthermore, the Federal Reserve at [https://www.frbservices.org/financial-services/wires/] states that these types of transactions are same-day transactions and that when these transactions occur Settlement of funds is immediate, final and irrevocable per Operating Circular 6. Wish I could leave zero stars. Been a customer with Barclays for 10 years and had a nightmare when I tried to close the account. They forced me to talk with 4 different people who tried to convince me that closing the account would damage my credit score. Where is the CFPB when you need them?! My account had just been assessed the annual fee and was within the timeframe required to have it refunded so when I closed the account, they promised I would not be charged the fee. However, I WAS charged the fee, and they took it via autopayment from my checking account (I don't plan to provide access directly to my checking in the future!), which was supposed to have been stopped. Then I had to call them back and talk to two more people, who finally acknowledged that they owed me a refund of the $99 and now "the check is in the mail." Whatever you do, run from Barclays. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! THERE WERE UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES ON MY ACCOUNT AND THEY INSIST THEY ARE VALID EVEN THOUGH I SENT PROOF! I HAD A REP EVEN LIE ABOUT HIS NAME BECAUSE I SAID OUR CONVERSATION IS BEING RECORDED. EVERY REP GAVE ME DIFFERENT INFORMATION. I have had my Barclays - Old Navy card for over 4 years. It has been paid on time and remained in good standing. I worked hard to pay this card off and keep it paid off, and this week it was CLOSED due to inactivity after I spoke to them last month and requested to keep it open. I advised them I have had multiple deaths in my family this year and haven't had the opportunity to frivolously spend at a clothing store. They ignored this and closed it anyway. I called today and was advised they cannot reopen my good standing 4 year old account and told me to open a new account. This will negatively affect my credit and I will not be opening a new account. After months of phone calls to Barclay's, being transferred to multiple departments, speaking to individuals who don't understand what I am saying or unable to help, I am still waiting for them to perform the necessary investigations. Of course while all of this happening I am getting charged with late fees and interest that shouldn't be occuring at the rate it is. So many issues have occurred with this company that it makes me sick. I will never recommend this company to anyone.Barclays Bank Delaware

Filed dispute for fraudulent charges with Barclays. After three investigations, and me showing proof that charges were fraudulent, Barclays still reinstated all the fraudulent charges even though my Uber account shows no activity during that time. Their fraud investigation department is a joke, does not do their job, and I am now in the process of hiring an attorney over this. I had a scam pulled on me in February for $3,378.23. I called barclays and ask them to stop payment they told me they was turning it over to fraud. Fraud
tells me it's not fraud so I have to pay it. I booked a cruise 2 years ago paid it off in October this person called me and told me that my cruise was canceled and if I wanted to keep it I had to rebook it that's how they got me to agree to giving him my card number. Now I am paying for the same Cruise cabin twice. If Barclays don't think it's fraud they should have stopped payment because I called 20 minutes after I made that mistake.Barclays Bank Delaware

Stay away from this business
They have so many negative feedback and I got their black card and used it once
They sent alert to call and verify my infos to restore the card
Once I called they asked so many sensitive informations such as full social , DOB , then called me from a number that is listed as fraudulent and asked 10 more sensitive questions which I refuse to provide
File a complain with FTC and inform department of justice if they try to steal your identity or sensitive informations.

“WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE” I ever had. They lack accountability, customer service, and adequate account security.
They allowed an unauthorized user to gain access to my account. He made several fraudulent charges, without me knowing. When I brought it to their attention, they did a hurried & hasty “investigation”. Just to say, I’m still liable for all the fraudulent charges. (But no one can tell me how he got on my account.)
The only recourse I have is to pay the fraudulent charges. Because if I don’t, I’ll be subject to interest, fees, and other penalties. A medium price to pay to get rid of a “BIG HEADACHE.”Barclays Bank Delaware
