      Paid my credit card off in full prior to due date. Received another bill with a balance that is listed as interest charges. I called and asked how you can have interest charges in a $0 balance. Told them to cancel my card and she says you won’t be able to use it. I explained that was fine with me as I didn’t want to do business again with them. Only had this card due to a switch over.

      I have the barclays bank jet blue card for many years. My credit account has been great. They promote EASYPAY for specific transactions but have NEVER offered the opportunity for easy pay on ANY of my transactions. I recently booked a jet blue vacations package and assumed this would most definitely qualify for jet blue barclay easy pay. Tge joke is on me. They promote it but no transactions every qualify. My wide has her own outstanding account and also has never offered easy pay on any transactions. DO NOT APPLY for this card with hopes you’d able to ever utilize easy pay. You are guaranteed easy pay with CHASE freedom on any transactions over $100. You are better off there.

      There still has been no offer to use easy pay option on any transaction in the jet blue card. This account has been open for several years and that option not yet offered. It’s promoted but not offered.

      I requested a card replacement in late July. By late August, I still hadn’t received it, so I called Barclay’s to get a new card. I paid the $15 fee to have it overnight. 48 hours passed and I still didn’t have my card. I call to ask where my card is, and apparently it was never processed.

      My account is locked and I’m unable to get into it until I receive this card. I have a statement balance due tomorrow. I know that if my card doesn’t arrive in time, Barclay’s will still charge me a late fee and blame me for it. I’ve been considering closing this account for a few months now and this may have been the push over the edge.

      Deserves 0 STARS. My credit card was serviced through Synchrony before it changed to Barclays and I never had any problems. The minute I activated my new card, I have spent hours just trying to open/activate my online account with Barclays. My statements have always been paid online but I have not seen a statement for 4 month. I call every two weeks or so to see what I owe and pay my bill (I have recurring charges on this card) and they keep adding late fees, even though I haven't seen my statements or what I'm being charged for. They have contracted with a foreign customer service company and I have been given many reasons why my account can't be activated. The most recent was that it is a "known problem" and I needed to call the security department... this turned out to be the general number and the person I spoke with had no idea what the security department was! She turned in an incident report and said it would be at least 10 days before they got back to me. Absolutely would not do business with this shabby company if it was my choice!!!

      I have been dealing with the customer service from Barclays since March 2022 I did a debt consolidation and my bank sent them a check for the amount paid in full $729.60 and the check has been cleared and cashed.. Somehow they are saying they have not received payment and my check has been lost!! This Bank is Absolutely bullshit the customer service sucks and they do nothing to help. They are still reporting to the credit agencies delinquency on my account and have literally dropped my credit score by 100 points all and all.. I even had my bank 3 way them because nothing has been resolved.. idk what I need to do next it's just continued to be a run around with them..

      US Barclays destroyed my credit!!! I closed my credit card account with them back in 2019-2020 and paid everything in full, then, January of 2022 they charged me an annual fee and 7 months of late fees!!!! My credit went from 795 and perfect payment history to 675!!!!! I have lost on 2 apartments, declined for 2 credit cards, declined for a car and I couldn't even buy a home if I wanted, hence me having to rent an apartment. I've called over 8 times, they have assured me they will send me a letter stating this was their mistake and that they would dispute this with the beauraus, but they never did and after 3 months still have not disputed this with the credit beauraus.

      Took over servicing my card from Synchrony. Added foreign service fees I never agreed to on my original card. They clearly did not care they were going to lose my business as a result because I paid off my account every month. The UK is essentially cashless. I used my card 3 months apart from Synchrony to Barclay's and suddenly has a few bucks in foreign transaction fees on my account this time just because the card is now serviced by Barclay's. You don't win my business by changing to something I never agreed to and you should have made it very clear if I was going to keep my card open when the service change occurred that you were going to change the terms of my agreement to include foreign transaction fees. This is unacceptable and deceptive.

      Please leave Barclays and never look back. I have an Arrival Plus for traveling across Europe and the fraud prevention systems produces countless false positives. Barclays left me stranded on a island of the Mediterranean Sea by locking my card after a legitimate purchase. According to them, the only way to remove the hold is by faxing sensitive documents here in this island. Total nonsense and added security risks. Also I cannot use it online for purchases on local non-US retailers. For example, using it on Amazon.it triggers a fraud. The only suspicious activity in the entire life of the card was, instead, undetected and I had to call them to let them know. Their fraud department is cannot be trusted. The “new” AI algorithm of fraud prevention is a total failure. What is the meaning of having a travel credit card if it triggers a fraud at most uses even if you submit a travel notice and even is used more safely through contactless Apple Pay? Completely useless and dangerous for customers like me left stranded during vacation with no solution to reactivate the card. Again, 100.0% of the detected frauds were LEGITIMATE PURCHASES MADE BY ME. Yes, 100.0% of the countless detected frauds. Unbelievable!

      Worst possible bank to use from a phone all the way to regular credit card to a flight card. They never update their information. Even if you fall behind on payments and want to make up for it they never give you options to pay it off unless it's full amount. Always an issue making a purchase online
