      They don't deserve even 1 star. I had been a customer for many years (I'm 69 years old), always paid my credit card on time. One month we had a health issue, so the bill was paid 3 days late. I did not receive any notification that they would shut off my card, I had no chance to ask for an extension. My home insurance - which was paid automatically on this card - bounced and my policy was at risk for being canceled, I was humiliated at the pharmacy and could not get my medication, and I'm horrified at how I was treated by the first customer service rep that I spoke with - besides being nasty, he put me on hold for over 30 minutes. This is TERRIBLE customer service and a TERRIBLE way to do business.

      I wish I could give 0 star.
      I have chase freedom and ink credit cards.
      Freedom has app and website to access and check account balance and more.
      Chase ink has nothing .
      No app. No website.
      They have phone number on the card which gets disconnected after first ring as of today Feb 29, 2024.
      For any small info I have to call them . Sometimes spending days.
      I can not merge two chase accounts into one website, chase freedom and chase ink. This is terrible.
      I have other credit cards from other banks one app handles all accounts. I can see all balance, details in one place.
      Not user friendly. Chase needs to think like humans and build app and website for Huma.

      Chase Freedom Card - Pay As You Go program: BEWARE

      Despite reviewing this program with several representatives, I was given incorrect information. Initially, I enrolled a balance in this special promotion and was assured there were no charges. The representative pointed out I could enroll several more balances, but failed to mention they would incur monthly fees (only the first balance was free). In addition, I asked if there were any penalties for early payoff and was assured there were not. As it turns out, if you have several balances enrolled they all have to be paid off at the same time, or as originally scheduled. You are not able to pay off those with the higher monthly fee first. Although indirect, this design itself is a penalty and also a trap leading to extended monthly fees.

      I take some responsibility for not reading the program details carefully, but that is why I reached out to the representatives for clarification. Chase's design of this program, and the lack of transparency the representatives have had in explaining it has led to the accrual of multiple unfair charges.

      In addition, I filed a dispute and was told it would be 5-10 business days for my recorded conversations to be reviewed by corporate who would then decide upon reversal of some of these fees. After a month, with an additional call placed to check on the status, I was told there was no review by corporate (nor would there be), and my review requests were declined with no recourse available. Waiting for this decision resulted in the accumulation of additional fees.

      Thankfully, I was able to pay off my account in full to avoid further charges. After having this account for 20+ years (and a credit score of 825) I have closed my account. I have no faith in Chase or the representatives to help ensure understanding of promotional programs. I am very disappointed with the way this situation has been handled and feel that Chase has unethical business practices.

      I contact your 800 number today 3 times about my Chase freedom credit cared and the Purchased Interest Charges in Feb 2024 for $291.33. The first two representatives I spoke to let me know that the fee will be removed after 7AM since they said it was placed in my account by error. However the 3rd representative I spoke to refused to correct it forcing me to close my credit card account because I am afraid to keep getting bills even after paying my card in full. I am very disappointed that after all years of service they could not assist me in removing charges. Horrible services

      They close my CHASE SAPPHIRE RESERVE account without my permission. And they also charge me about $700 for the card fees. It was open in APRIL 23 and CLOSED IN SEPTEMBER 23. When I call, there was not much help available. All I was told is that UPPER MANAGEMENT will send me the letter. Sorry to say but CITI BANK has better service.

      Chase bank has a very misleading web site. Going on to pay my bill , maybe Hit wrong button, the site was set for that, but they sent me a new card when I allready have two. Very hard to get help to close it and now my credit rating is going to be lowered because of their website misleading me. no wonder they are not bbb accredited. So becareful they are sneaking people into taking their card.

      I apply for business credit card my name and girlfriend name but in the end we being suffering and discriminating me and take out my name and becoming individual the reports in Credit Bureau in my name what complaints that I can apply to Chase DoorDash credit card we suffering a lot

      I Paid off and my card, 8500, on the 22nd. Closed the card on the 23rd. A transaction came through on the 23rd after I paid it off, $28.88. Now the bank says I owe that plus 180 dollars of interest. Trash Company. Good Job lining your pockets chase. Hope its worth it.
