If I could have given Chase zero stars I would have. I submitted a cancellation dispute to the credit card department and claim denied. My claim was a cancellation of a reservation for June and it was cancelled in March, it's now April.

Chase denied my credit card reservation cancellation claim. Chase does not value their credit card customer like other financial institution does. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever received with a credit card company. Amex would have handle this situation much better.

I applied and was approved for the Freedom Unlimited CC and used it for the benefits of traveling out of the country. I should note that I''ve been a customer with Chase for almost two decades and have always kept my accounts in good standing until recently. In February, I missed the date to make the minimum payment and didn't realize it until March 6th (I planned to pay my remaining balance on the card which was over one thousand dollars). I called customer service to ask for a late fee reversal of $40.00, since I've never had a late payment with this credit card. I noticed it was deducted from my account the next day, so I went to a branch to pay in cash... Well a few days following, I noticed that my CC account showed a balance of $40.00. Of course, I immediately looked at my statements for February and March to try and figure out why, since I just recently paid the balance. The statement for March showed a reversal of $40.00 for the late payment fee that was charged to my account in February, yet it did not mirror what was shown in my online account. I called customer service again and spoke to the CSR and his supervisor who attempted to explain that there were two duplicate reversals of $40.00 submitted to my account, yet my statement only showed one reversal. I also attempted to contact the online customer service to explain the issue in a message. CSR, Jemilyn, stated she forwarded my concern to "the appropriate team" for further review. I assumed the issue was resolved since, the my account balance showed 0.00 on April 4th. Well here it is April 6th and now the balance is $40.00 again. Long story short, please avoid the headache and choose a company with integrity.

They advertised a offer to give you $300 bonus as long as you deposited a certain amount of money into your account by a certain timeline. When I inquired about it, they said I didn't use the right code when I signed up. Found my code and sent it, then the response was you only had 21 days to enter it and it has expired.

Was on the phone with them attempting to resolve an issue with an unauthorized charge on a closed account. Finally hung up after talking to six people for 40 minutes.

Chase/Southwest credit card offers you up to $15000, no interest loan, for one year. What they do not tell you is that from the time you receive the loan, you will be charged interest on all of your purchases from day one. Totally, misleading. While this may not be illegal, it is very unethical.

Chase Bank is not concerned with customer service. Its only concern is getting bigger so that it can continue to provide below average, terrible customer service.. getting in touch with them is impossible! Getting resolution for banking issues is impossible. They tell you to go to a branch to resolve issues and there are few branches except in large cities.. Terrible bank. Terrible customer service.. stay away from this institution.,

I have been in contact with Chase CC services disputing 2 charges from Thrifty Rental car company. They have been given all the proof needed to rectify this situation by crediting my account the $831.48 erroneously charged to my CC. This dispute has been closed 4 times with no credit given. I have not been contacted as to why my documents are not sufficient to reverse this charge. They have taken Thriftys word at every turn. I have been given no recourse as a customer in getting this situation resolved. I want the $831.48 charge removed from my CC account. I'm a 39 year retired veteran on a limited income. I know when a company(companies) are not doing what is right and legal.

Shred your Chase debit cards and close them quickly
As a Sapphire Card holder, we have learned through our own experience the last couple months that Chase debit cards are not protected by Chase AT ALL! While we both held debit cards that we never used, SOMEONE in Saudi Bank overseas was able to obtain both our numbers 2 years later and without having to use the 3 digit code number...made a charge against both cards within seconds of each other. Even though we called them as soon as it happened, here we are month and a half later, and their fraud department is still in denial and we continue to waste time. Chase is not worth this aggravation. Time to search alternative Banks.

Please rethink before opening a Chase Freedom Unlimited Credit Card. They will do a random check on your account and and will adjust your credit limit without any notice. The reasons for adjustments could be for making you normal minimum payment. I made a poor choice of selecting to pay off Capital One over Chase. Wish I would have kept my Capital One credit card instead.
