I have purchased the used engine with Quality Used Engine online. This company promised customer would receive in one week, guarantee actual mileages, engine was in stock. After paid online, the company turned upside down. The engine was not in stock, not guaranteed of mileage, and customer would receive 3-4 weeks. I called the company to address the issue they told me to cancel with out being charged due to I just submitted the order. At the end, this company charged me 25% for restocking fee.

I called my Chase Credit Card for but They did nothing to protect me. Chase Credit Card was so lazy to do anything to protect their customers. They kept saying it was valid. "It would be valid only if the Quality Used Engine kept their promises and satisfied the customers".

I paid my Chase credit card in full August 28, 2023, and closed my account. I had rewards available on the account and was told I would receive a check in the mail for approximately thirty-five dollars. Today is September 20, 2023. I never received the reimbursement and I was charged an additional $2.42. How do I owe on an account that was paid in full. Well, Ruby told me because the account was closed after the billing cycle I still had to pay interest. Seriously! How crooked and janky is that? So my rewards was applied to the interest and I still had to pay.

I have only a credit card with Chase. Today, before I could see my account online to pay a $32 bill, they required me to read and accept a 125-page document! I ran through most of it quickly because it has nothing to do with me and my small-limit credit card. It spoke of all different type accounts and does not apply to me. Why should I be required to accept an agreement for many types of their businesses and accounts before I can even pay my credit card bill??? Something is off with that. Oh, then it signed me out while I was busy reading all that, so I had to log in again.

I have had nothing but problems with this company. I've had my card replaced 3 times because of problems with fraud. Even after recieving a new card and blocking it, Amazon was still charging my for purchases I never made. Recently someone managed to chard over $250 to my card and chase started charging me late fees over the fraud purchases. Unbelievable lack of customer service, I will never use this company again. 1 star is too many

I have two Chase credit cards, the most recent card I opened in Sept 2021. I have zero late payments and always pay more than the minimum payment. That card had a $5,000 balance that I recently paid down to $250 to increase my available debt/ratio percentage, bringing my credit rating up. Yesterday, Chase randomly decided to change my limit on that card to $600 making my debt/ratio percentage skyrocket back through the roof. As a 15+ year customer of Chase all I'm going to say is F-You. I will be taking my business somewhere else for the next 15 years.

      - Chase likes to think of itself as a “world class” company. After reading many reviews, I can see they are not well liked by many of their customers or maybe I Should say former customers.
      - Chase states “we take pride in our customer service”. My question is: WHY do you take pride in your service? After my experiences and reading of other customers’ experiences, Chase should be embarrassed. They should be asking themselves why they would make such a claim
      - Chase does not walk the talk! So far, they’ve lied to me at least 3 times and I don’t know if they are finished lying to me.
      - Chase FAILED miserably.
It's a good thing that I have a choice on who I do business with. I have outstanding credit and kick myself that I didn’t perform due diligence before I signed up with Chase. Otherwise, I would have gone with a provider who “walked the talk”. I’m currently evaluating other providers.

Your customer service is the worse I experienced. If you are going to offshore to India make sure they speak and understand English.

I literally payoff my credit card balance of 6500+ explaining that I lost my job and I was sick, reason why I didn't make 2 payment. This company then cut my credit line from 6300 to 3700. Then when a called about 1st why after my payments are posted but my available credit was showing at zero, because my payment wasn't cleared when it was. Then I call back a 2nd time about 3700, And this company tells me because of my 2 missed payments and my credit limit and my credit utilization and my credit history or something like that. That's the reason why they decrease my credit line. From $6300 to $3700.

crap customer service and they are always trying to get someone with a lat payment fee.... By the way I thought it was just me they tried to get with that fee, but then I talked with other Veteran friends of mine and they too had this happen on numerous case ...... Talk about trying to steal from their customer with a cheezy rule that they hit you with anytime they need extra money in their pockets.......fix your problems chase!!!

I have traveled a lot and have never had an issue with changing a flight until I book thru the Chase Travel program. I purchased an international ticket and then wanted to make a flight change. I could see pricing on the airline, selected my flight based on the airline website and contacted Chase to make the change. I was told my change would cost $3000, almost double the amount I could purchase a new roundtrip ticket and way more than I already spent. I was also told any changes that were less in price would be a loss, not a credit. So if a change was $500 less I would eat the loss. During multiple calls I was quoted outrageous pricing, told a canceled ticket credit could be used once and then I lost the balance, told I could cancel for credit, then told I could not cancel and a cancelation would forfeit any money spent. I was bullied, mocked, lied to and given unreasonable fare pricing that did not match the pricing on the airline's website. I was told Chase has its own inventory and pricing that does not match what the airline offers, even though it is for the same flight on the airline's website, I should be offered the same price regardless of who is handling the change. I have never dealt with a company or travel agent that had these business practices. I could purchase a ticket for $1000 less than I was charged thru Chase but cannot get a credit or points back for any change or reduced fare. I will not travel thru Chase's travel program again. Every call was over an hour, I had managers act like they didn't know what they were doing just wasting my time with contradicting information. I called the airline who told me many people are paying them $50 to avoid dealing with Chase Travel and they have heard some wild pricing stories. Buyer beware. Lesson learned. I feel like I have been taken advantage of as a customer with a promise of points for using their service, a promise of travel assistance and convenience. Chase has put a dark cloud on my travel plans.
