      Made a purchase and returned the items. Rather than apply the refund to my balance, Chase applied the refund to my 'equal pay purchase' balance. So now, I'm on the hook for a purchase I no longer am in possession of...stupid. While yes, it has reduced my equal pay purchase balance (significantly), there's a reason I went with the equal pay for another purchase and returned the items I no longer have. This practice is completely unacceptable and wrong. Do not apply for Chase credit cards; if you have any, cancel them immediately.

      I have aphasia from a stroke and the stress they have done is emotional and o could of died from a 2 stroke. Chase returned a check from refinance the title company when i had also picked up the 3 check. I when to chase and I could hardly talk and had to point stuff she was ingoring me until she knows I could hardly speak. She said chase would of returned the check cause it did not have the numbers on it. I show her the statement. My credit was 680 the next day 535. Could not get anybody to get any loans automobile and stuff. She called the customer and she did all the stuff I need and I was told the will contact me. I asked if o can call customer service again to complain and she said yes but it’s only going to the same people. She took the check from title and almost payed everything’s but 330. But she told me 0 amount. It took 4 days to fix my credit. Now today i get a lettter from chase probably at the bank when I was paying kit and said my account is suspended and you are very late. The title company was mailed on June 6. Multiple times I tried to get it done and they said first time no check two weeks after. Then chase said it was a title company and they would hold it for 14 days and I said can I call you on the 14 august and he said yes. Then I callled a supervisor and she said no the check would of been here and you need to call you title company to find out. I have talked with many supervisors and the escalate it up the chase and said they would call me in a few days. I called yesterday and she said it take 7 to 10 companiy days but told me she will escalate it and she said she would tell them to call instead of mail me a response. My check was 27300 ish that they turned back to title a month later the check. I have had a horrible stress over all of it just trying to find out about the mail for two months and able to talk from everything that happens from stress. I could not talk to my husband that day because of stress. I have more to tell you but here

      I intended to utilize the points I have accrued via Ultimate Rewards to book an international flight. When researching flights, I noticed that for the same airline, flight, and day, the price disclosed on Chase Travel was significantly higher compared to purchasing directly from the airline.

      To explain, the American Airlines flight directly from their website cost $749 while the same flight via Chase Travel cost $1,012. I believe that this completely diminishes the "perks" provided when redeeming points accrued for travel. This price different is not marginal and, to me, appear to be an unfair, deceptive and/or abusive practice that Chase is engaged in by price gouging it's loyal customers.

      I am being charged a cancellation fee from a vendor from an unauthorized purchase I did not make. Chase Card services has been made aware that I did not authorize this purchase and is still charging me for cancelling a service I never ordered resulting in theft.

      I have set up a auto pay option for Chase Credit Card and don't check statement regularly. Recently, while reviewing the statement, I noticed that there are multiple transaction fees charged to my account. After talking to customer service, I realized that Chase started charging additional transaction fee of $10 for every single transaction you do with VENMO/ PAYPAL. Chase started considering it CASH advances if you use chase credit card for VENMO/ PAYPAL. My simple argument is that the intent was not to withdraw the cash using chase card, neither Chase asked for any pin # for Cash transaction. If Chase want to consider it as CASH transaction, then Chase should give enough warning to customer regarding the same rather than back charging transaction fee for every single transaction.
      I talked with Senior Rep, but it seems there is nothing he can do.

      BBB should help customers regarding such issues.

      Chase sucks. I've had their card 6 years never one day late. Won't increase my 1000.00 limit. 50.00 cash advance limit.a fucking joke

      This bank, increased my credit limit without my permission. I spent the money and paid them back ON TIME, in a lump sum. I then could not use my card. The first representative from India, tried to blame USAA for having the payment on hold. When I called back and re- advised that USAA cleared my payment DAYS AGO, they then told me that since I made a large payment, it's under review and I cannot use my card for 5 days. This is unacceptable. How do you fault me for paying you guys back? It seems like fraud and a bunch of nonsense. Either you guys want my money and want to charge me interest in that money, or not. I cancelled my entire account. Do not use chase! There is nothing but issues and they have no American call center representatives even though they're an American company, handling American dollars. Also I had over 40000 reward points that I earned, that converts to cash back that I could not use. This bank does not do what they advertise.

      I tried to purchase WDW tickets with Disney Rewards Card. The transaction didn't go through. I tried to make the purchase again and it said there were no funds on the card. I tried calling to rectify the situation. They said the funds will be returned back onto the card in 24 to 48 hours. I flew from NY to FL and am only here for a few days and now can't go to Disney because they are holding funds from a transaction that was declined. Very disappointed with this service.

      Chase credit cards allowed fraud to happen on my account, I had been overpaying automatically for months, once noticed I contacted them and they rexredited all the money for the card fraudlulent charges which resulted in an overpayment balance of roughly 600 dollars, they said it would not affect my credit score. Fast forward 6 months later I see it is on my credit as a negative I call up they say they will go ahead and take care of it but see the credits, another two months back and they ask me why the bill was not paid on time, don’t give any option to speak to anyone other than Kayla who routinely spoke over me during conversation. I should be entitled to interest on the transactions that I paid nevermind not have it affect my credit - what a joke this company is will never ever do business with them.
