      Absolutely pitiful verification procedure and requirements. Asking a current and long term client to provide verification of their name and address, when application was done thru Chases own online banking system app, shows the true lack of any proper procedure and tracking. Have you not verified my info enough between your PIN numbers, sign on codes, and employees in card services with their many questions on current accounts ??

      I will avoid working with Chase in future and have told them in frank terms their service and systems stink !!!!

      They are having a debt collection agency harass me I do not have a Chase credit card they want my personal information and social security number this is a scam I would avoid this company they want my social security number to pull up my account I’m not sure how that is possible when I don’t have an account. Their customer service representatives are very rude and not helpful at all. They are sending me someone else’s personal information I’m not sure how this is legal. The debt collector is MRS BPO, LLC it seems like they are both trying to scam people after reading the reviews

      Purchase tickets for my sister realized it had the wrong name on the ticket even though I put her name in the information but somehow it auto filled I canceled the ticket less then 20 minutes Was told I would be refunded within 24 to 48 hrs it happen on a Saturday so I gave it to Wednesday no refund yet still pens Chase said it was United Airlines holding up the process so I called United Airlines they said they released the funds and it is Chase holding up the funds I have this conversation on Saturday for about 1 hour Today On the phone with United Airlines and Chase for 3 hours going back and forth on who is holding up the funds United said to call back Chase I did ask for a supervisor I told him the story and that United said they released the fund the same day it was canceled the supervisor said o in that case it would take up to 14 days for the refund to appear on Chase end and proceeded to tell me all refunds and transactions can take that long No it doesn’t it takes no longer then 48 hours I have proof on the app when it was purchased and when it was charged same as refunds NO WAY SHOULD CHASE BE HOLDING ANYBODIES MONEY THAT LONG WHO DO THEY THINK THEY ARE

      We had an issue with a car rental using rewards points and they refused to provide an itemized receipt for services rendered. When this was requested the only answer they would provide is that they are a business and they could upcharge (which in theory is reasonable), the issue was an accounting discrepancy between what they show and the car rental company shows. Both Avis and Chase were incredibly unhelpful and left money unaccounted for.

      To whom this may concern:
      I was approved for a chase ink card, with a credit score over 770. The card was running a 90k promotional offer after $6k spend. Everything was going smooth, I was doing the spending, and out of the blue I recieved a letter stating, "Your account will be closed on 5th due to an older account that was once closed previously." I did have an account closed over 3 years prior, yet they still accepted me for this new account, and then 2 months into me working hard to try to hit the spending for the bonus, they decide to shut down my account?!?
      I called the chase executive office to open a dispute. I git a call back that there's was nothing to do about it. I am very disappointed as I do want to have a relationship with chase, and there is no reason why they are refusing me. I am also disappointed that I didn't get my bonus I am working so hard on, that now put me in the RED!!
      This is an unprofessional way of handling a customer with good credit, especially one that has multiple accounts with citi, amex, discover, etc.
      I really hope that you reconsider your decision, but at least as an apology, give me that 90k points that I worked hard on!

      JPMorgan chase Amazon rewards card it’s been charging me for items that I returned and the amount reflected in the Amazon rewards card is showing as NEGATIVE balance and now JPMorgan is charging me for those items that has been returned. Amazon emailed me the proof of the refunds and JPMorgan is NOT HELPING, I spoke to a SUPPOSED SUPERVISOR and that individual told me that I have to pay the amount stating at the same time that the amounts has been refunded when the account is showing a negative balance making me make a payment that I don’t have to pay.

      I got in a very hard decline on my credit card and requested some assistance with waiving late fees. Chase would not waive them and continues to charge 2699 for interest and $40 for late fees although I am making hundred dollar monthly payments. The response is very simple. We cannot do anything to assist you.

      I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with Chase Credit Card Services and to warn potential customers about their dubious practices.

      The sign-up process was shrouded in unclear terms and conditions, leaving me and potentially other customers confused about our obligations. This lack of transparency is concerning and suggests an unfair business approach.

      Additionally, their customer service has been subpar, characterized by long wait times, unresponsiveness, and unresolved issues. Their fee structure also includes unexpected charges without prior notification.

      Their reward system did not deliver as advertised, which further adds to my discontent. These experiences have led me to question Chase's commitment to ethical business practices and customer satisfaction.

      I urge potential customers to exercise caution when considering Chase Credit Card Services. They deserve to know the pitfalls before engaging with them.

      Re: Refund Department
      This department was unable/unwilling to be transparent of their decision process in deciding the merits of refund requests

      Their efforts highlights and reveals the importance, or lack thereof, on my submitted cases that involved tens of thousands of dollars.

      Understand that once this department reveals the reasons, they will have to be accountable to basing their guidelines. Their silence is a common way for big business to protect themselves

      My complaint is EXCLUSIVELY on their efforts, not on their decisions on a Retailer who openly admits their deliberate intentions to always defraud customers and boast of their success in convincing credit card companies like Chase that defrauding customers is an accepted part of business

      Review is for all that mistakenly believe that credit card companies like Chase ACTUALLY are working to protect customers from owners who place greed over customer satisfaction/service.

      Being an AMEX cardholder, they were much more responsive and placed a much higher priority on my request than Chase

      I was approved for an Amazon Prime Visa supported by JPMC. I was allowed immediate access to my available credit even before receiving the actual card in the mail a few days later. I used the card for about six months and always made payments on time and over the minimum payment requirement. I unfortunately maintained a monthly balance equal to about half of my available credit. I decided to pay off the entire card so that I would no longer pay the additional interest fees. Once I paid my entire balance, my card was immediately "locked" for additional review. After repeated calls and emails to customer service, my issue was never properly resolved. I closed the account because I will never do business with this company again.
