      Been waiting for an hour and a half in the 95° heat. The driver drove right past me as I'm waving him down and did not stop. Now my new driver is scheduled to be here 2 and 1/2 hours later. The worst service I've ever got in my life

      Horrible. It took 2001 recovery towing, five and a half hours to to ow my car. Received two notifications on AAA app that driver had arrived, and they hadn't. Calling AAA was no help, they just kept telling me driver was on his way. This is the second time in three months it took AAA more the three hours to show up. AAA 800 number was no help.

      Columbia, SC has a AAA roadside service employee named “Nicole” this young lady is absolutely AWESOME!!! The communication is on point, she is courteous, helpful and very caring….most of all she know her stuff!!! Nicole saved my family, twice within 24 hrs!! Nicole, THANK YOU for helping us!!!! COLUMBIA SC AAA, please give Nicole recognition!!!

      I moved from CA to OH, cancelled my CA policy and opened a new one for OH, paid all the fees related to both, and now I am in collections because AAA claims my CA policy was never cancelled.

      Also, they cancelled my OH policy without notifying me, and tried to charge me 400+/month for a new policy after they didn’t send a letter to notify that my policy was going to expire (I was enrolled in auto renewal)

      If i could put 0 stars i would! This company is a rip off!! I got a membership that said 39.55 for classic and 79.55 for plus I bought the 79 dollar one because it offered 4-100 mile tows per year. And add a person for free! But when I went to use it the Sai I only bought the classic with 3 miles free. Then when I decided to cancel the wouldn't refund the full amount because they said the charge a fee for signing up!!! What a terrible business I literally had the membership for 2-1/2 days

      This member joined with a new member promotion at the AAA Plus level which included a $20 enrollment fee. There is a 7 day waiting period for the Plus enhanced services, and classic level service will be provided during this period.

      The membership was canceled on 06/24/2024 by request, and a refund of $67.00 was processed back to the original form of payment. Unfortunately, the enrollment fee is non-refundable which is why the refund was not the original amount processed.

      June 18, 2024 at 5:15pm my son's battery light came on and the car stopped working. He pulled over on the side of the road and contacted me. We contacted AAA Roadside Service for assistance. We were advised a tow truck would be at our location at approximately 7:00pm.
      We contacted AAA after 7:30pm and were advised they would text or call when a truck was dispatched. After 9:00pm we contacted AAA again and again was advised that they would contact us when a truck was available because the truck that was coming went to another call instead (what?). After 9:30pm we called AAA again and were advised, again, they were working on getting a truck to us. At this time, we cancelled the service assistance and went home...4 hours after the initial service request.
      Wednesday morning, we contacted AAA for a tow and waited at the vehicle for 2 hours with no word from AAA. We decided to contact an area tow company ourselves and they advised they would be at our vehicle in 10 minutes. So, 10 minutes later Allstar Towing and Repair was at our vehicle assisting us (it was literally that easy...why could AAA not get this done!?!?).
      I reached out to AAA and demanded to be reimbursed for the complete towing charge, I requested the AAA Membership be canceled and any membership fees refunded to me immediately. The complete lack of roadside assistance and customer service we received from AAA is absolutely appalling. The whole point of getting my son a membership for Roadside assistance from AAA was to give him and myself peace of mind when in an emergency situation. AAA absolutely failed us, and we have no faith in the membership or the company.
      It is sad because AAA used to have a top-notch reputation. You can be assured that I will advise anyone I know to steer clear of AAA. AAA needs to get their roadside service fixed ASAP or get out of the business altogether. Stop letting people down time and time again!

      Place is horrible. The car care manager is literally a ex chef that knows nothing about cars they lie and steal your money. I quit this place and was literally threatened by the manager because I quit. Dont go there unless you want to be robbed

      ZERO star but I was forced to select something and ZERO was not an option. Called AAA while stranded by roadside in New Brunswick,, NJ around 8pm last night. Estimated wait was 1 and a half hours. By time truck showed up, it was almost 4 hours later. Called multiple times for status and when I insisted on talking to a supervisor, the rep claimed no one was working. This is after rep claimed the driver would call directly to give estimated time and that she had NO clue of why it was taking so long. I pay $120+ for membership and service through Mid-Atlantic or Club Alliance is totally UNACCEPTABLE. They sent truck from South Jersey to North Jersey, then it turned around to pick up my vehicle in central Jersey.

      My membership fee is not refundable at all. RUN from this company. AAA is not what it might have been years ago. Find roadside service that actually knows what customer service is about.

      My elderly mother was stuck at a rest stop for a day because they didn’t send anyone she has oxygen and couldn’t use that . Then won’t tow the car home or even help her
