      Their service is substandard and down right dangerous. I was left on the side of the road after they promised to call right back.
      After saving myself from a dangerous rd. I’ve spent 3 days trying to get an answer to how this happened.
      The only one you can speak with are in sales. Go figure.
      The head of membership complaints Alisa would not return my calls I left 5 messages.

      Wow! Just Wow!
      I receive these AAA membership offers on a regular basis and as I now consider myself "elderly", was considering enrollment. These BBB reviews have opened my eyes to AAA's "deny the claim" tactics and I will NEVER be a victim of their abuse. Joe Biden would be proud of your services...

      I’m currently in hour six of waiting for a tow. The initial service — to replace a flat — was extremely timely and responsive. The following service — requesting a tow because my spare didn’t inflate — has been a nightmare. The service was requested around 7:45 am, and I promptly received a text with my service request number. All good so far. I was given an arrival time of 9:04 am, but when that time came and went, I reached out each hour for the next five and didn’t receive a concrete explanation of what was going on until 12:45 pm. Even then, no text updates were provided, nor did I receive a phone call or a definitive time of when the tow truck would arrive. It’s now 1:15 pm and I still don’t have a firm arrival time. Next time I will definitely be inclined to use my car’s roadside assistance program, and may simply cancel my AAA membership.

      AAA, you need to address these customer service issues or you’ll begin to lose customers like me.

      The situation I was left in started on Wednesday February 7th, 2024 at 11:51 pm into late next morning on the 8th. I had popped my front passenger tire and called for assistance. I was not familiar with the area and there wasn’t any lighting where I broke down at and had to use my phone’s flashlight app to inspect the damage. I called AAA explaining my situation and that I didn’t feel safe where I was at. The lady I spoke with said she would find a police officer and or towing service she informed me I was going to be okay and would call back. At 12:45am get a text that a AAA technician in Missouri, Indiana was expected to arrive by 12:59am. That never happened wether it was a cancellation or something but I never got notified via text but I received a call 12:42am and due to phone service issues I had somehow missed the call but called immediately back explaining that I just had a call from this number and returning the call. This being the second call to AAA a different lady I spoke to at 12:55am informed me no police could be reached at this time and no towing service could come out that far but I find it hard to believe within the 25 to 30mile radius, including a big city such as Louisville. She told me that there was nothing that could be done that they couldn’t find anyone to come out that far. I asked what should I do as I am not suppose to move my car with a blown out tire. I didn’t want my car to be towed at my expense as I broke down near the parking lot of a business, where I was left stranded in Milltown, Indiana. Her best option for me was to if I could move my car to a safe location and call back in the morning at 7. I called back at 8:54 am to get a tow after that was settled I added that I would be filing a complaint. They transferred me where was informed by the supervisor that they did reach out to towing but AAA wasn’t willing to pay over the contracted price. I pay extra for the plus membership only to be left stranded.

      AAA Has Turned Into A SORRY COMPANY , I Called For A Wrecker @ 12:00 Noon And Was Told That A Wrecker Would Be Here Within A Hour To Take My Car To A Tire Store As I Am Unable To Change The Tire Due To Heart / Health Problems Here It Is 17:25 Hrs. And Still No Wrecker And I Have Been On the Phone 4 Times This Afternoon And 15 Minutes Ago I Got A Call From AAA That It Would Be Tomorrow Now.. And I Told The Female That Called Me That Would Not Work As I Was Having Heart Surgery Tomorrow @ Noon ......... AAA IS A EXTREAMLY SOORY COMPANY And I Will Never Renew My Membership With This Company Again....... The Best Thing That Could Happen To Them Is That They Go Out Of Business, Because They DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS

      We have been a loyal customer for over 30 years with no little to NO accidents. Overall we’re very responsible car owners and drivers. We have never appealed a case before.
      After AAA replaced my car battery. Their tech damaged my radio and Bluetooth (the speaker - the sound is gone) after the battery was replaced!. I did open two cases one of them is a damage claim. AAA REP, asked me to take it to the dealer and get estimate. Then closed the case without fixing the damage they caused. It have been driving my car for 7 months now, trying communicate with AAA rep. does not reply to my phone calls, nor my email.

      AAA has a very low level of customer service experience I have ever dealt with. I paid to have a service provided for me and My questions went unanswered I was placed on hold for more than 30 minutes without having updates on my request and I never got a follow-up call. there is a Lack of communication. Lack of knowledge. Lack of going the extra mile to create an overall great customer experience. I have been a member of AAA for a few years and I have witnessed a decline in Customer service this is just one of the reasons why I will no longer be a member of this company.

      I do not recommend AAA.

      Excessive wait time for tow , customer can be in a none safe area and they don’t care and charge for extra mileage is ridiculous , when you advise you want to upgrade your plan you can’t until 3 months after due to you used your towing for that month which is out right ridiculous . Also if you late on your car insurance they add additional 30 dollars for the rest of the premium you guys are horrible i will be seeking elsewhere for insurance

      . I have been a faithful customer, paid my bill and this is what I got. but not now. I feel I have been treated unfairly and frankly unethically. AAA did NOT meet my expectations at all. I understand issues happen, but this was unfair, unprofessional and a true lack of concern for the customer.
