DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I had booked a Hampton Inn motel in Douglas WY. in September 2024 and when I arrived at motel there was not a reservation in my name and had to pay for additional rooms out of my pocket Guestreservations.com listed me as a no show and would not refund my $1571.00 reservation fee. There should be laws to protect consumers from fraudulent companies such as Guestreservations.com as it appears from multiple review sites that this happens all the time.

This website has hidden fees. It makes it seem like the total amount is much less than they actual charge you.

This website is a total scam! Their website gave the impression that I was booking direct. The astronomical service fee (more than the daily hotel rate) wasn't apparent before I entered my credit card information, and I thought I had a cancellation policy. When I called within 10 minutes after making the reservation, they had no inclination to remove the charge.

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!

I was very stupid in not checking to see if I was on our hotels website and made the absolute mistake of booking through GuestReservations.com and ended up paying for a third night's stay in fees and charges. Avoid this site at all costs!

This website popped up in my google search for Sails in the Desert Hotel in Uluru, Australia. I thought I was booking directly through the hotel, and only after booking, did I realize 1) this was not the hotel website 2) for the exact same dates & room, they charged me $1000 AUD more! This website is a complete scam. They are con artists and it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone there to complain. They also offer no cancellation refund even though that’s not what they say in their T&C’s until after you have paid

Complete scam just like everyone else is saying! They told me directly they were from the hotel I was trying to contact. NOT ONCE did they say they were from a 3rd party travel agency of any kind! I did not know until I checked out of hotel, and hotel charged me at that time, did I find out about them being a 3rd party travel agency, because hotel had no record of payment. So I ending up paying 2 1/2 times for the same hotel room! And when I tried to dispute with credit card company, they clearly told me I was scammed, and they only cover fraud transactions, not scammers. Merry Christmas, you're out $1220!!

I first did not realize this was a third party reservation I thought this was the actual hotel website. When I booked the hotel room I realized I used the wrong card. When I called to switch cards they blamed the hotel for charging the card and the hotel blamed them and neither wanted to help me. They just wanted to charge my card the cancellation fee even though they already said they could cancel without it if the hotel would approve it but the hotel said they couldn't since it's third party company. Neither were willing to help and make it right. I didn't want to cancel the room just move to different card.

These people deserve to be in prison. They pay to have there website mask a hotels show the cost will be one thing then in fine print shows it will be double. You don’t see what you will be charged until after it’s too late. If you try to cancel immediately after there’s a cancellation fee almost equivalent of the hotel room.
