    NEVER book through these idiots.
    They say it's refundable but...it's not. I wanted to just change my dates and add 3 nights. They refused. They even had a completely different name on my reservation. Not even sure I will be able to stay there once I arrive. I already paid for it. Worst hotel experience EVER.

    Company is a Complete Scam. DO NOT USE. Was looking on their website for pricing on a vacation. I put in the dates and place we were looking to travel. Got to the pricing point and in able to see the full price you had to input your Credit Card information. Once I saw the fees attached I quickly backed out of the window to exit the guest reservation platform. A few minutes later I got an email saying my CC has been charged the full amount. I called customer service and they refused to refund the amount charged. They said I had to talk to billing. Sat on hold for over an hour 3 different times with no resolution. This company is a scam and needs to be removed from the internet before more people get taken for their money.

    I’m calling the FBI, they are scammers! I accidentally booked through them and they charged me significantly more and withdrew the money immediately. Now I can’t get in touch with anyone. Fraud at its finest.

    Booked a hotel and they had me move from room to room every night even though the reservation did not say that. When I called the personnel were rude and put me on hold for 45 minutes and hung up in me. They said I couldn't do anything and if I cancelled I would lose the money. This company is a a scam and it should be prosecuted.

    I thought I was on the actual website. They have their fees hidden and there was over 130 dollars in fees!! I didn’t purchase the cancellation stuff because I WILL BE IN MIAMI AT THE TIME and they won’t refund me even though this isn’t my fault!! What an absolute scam.

    This is a fraudulent organization. They sold me a room over the phone that wasn't available when we arrived at the hotel. This was the tru by Hilton in Meridian Idaho. I called back guest reservations and they would not refund my card.

    Don't use them!!! BBB needs to investigate them for fraud or a class action lawsuit needs to be filed.

    Paid over $70 dollars in “fees” for a $130 hotel room equating to $210. They don’t allow cancellations or they’ll only give you half back. Misleading check out button finalizes your purchase without it being obvious.

    This company pretends to be the actual National Park Service and it is not. I booked a resesrvation through them accidentally and was charged $286.00 in fees that they cannot identify or describe. Please investigate and shut them down.

    I normally book directly with a hotel, but I was careless and booked through Guest Reservations - a firm that pays to have its website first on the DuckDuckGo search engine. I booked and based on subsequent checking with the hotel's website, I paid approximately $600 more for the reservation than I would have if I had booked directly with the hotel. Guest Reservations added no value to the booking and clearly said it is non-cancellable. I will investigate further to determine if I have some recourse. I will also contact the hotel and try to have them block GR from making any reservations.
