I feel like I was taken completely advantage of from this company. The two women I spoke with I could barely understand on the phone and would not transfer me to somebody that I could understand. I did not realize it was a third-party service until after the charge was already paid and there was no refund available I would not recommend this service to anyone and I think it is awful what they do.

It’s a scam to get you to pay additional charges and misleading you to believe you are booking directly with the hotel, not this phony 3rd party who offers no value whatsoever but to incur fees

Federal gov employee tried to book a hotel for a work trip. Somehow I booked via this third party ‘guest reservations’ who assured me I could cancel within 24 hours. I cancelled within 30 minutes and was charged a penalty of $603 dollars for cancelling. Unacceptable!!!! This place literally robbed me without a gun. A stick up! Run! Don’t ever book with them.

I got an additional 32.51 US$ added to the advertised price. They allow cancelation but no refund at all. The additional price wasn't revealed until I got the receipt on my email, no summary of charges was given prior to completing the reservation, the additional charge was a total surprise.

This can’t be a legit business. I was never shown or displayed the $109 fee that was tacked on to the reservation, not until after their cleaver confirmation page tricks you into confirming the reservation. I immediately tried to cancel but only to finds out that there is a $130 dollar cancellation fee. The woman I spoke to for help has a script to try to get me to say on a recorded call that I confirmed the charges. That’s all her job was. This business must be shut down. Their website is build to look like it’s not a third party. All part of a very well laid out scam! Please help this from happening to others. I didn’t even want to give them 1 star

We were booking a hotel at Hampton Inn Seal Beach California. After looking over the site we went back to hold the rooms. Apparently we clicked a sponsored link on Google for hamptoninnsealbeach.guestreservations.com. This takes you to what looks like the EXACT, Official Hampton Inn page, but it's a third party. This company added nearly $1000.00 to our bill.

This was unexpected since we had call the hotel and they said you hold a room on a card. Not pay for it.. I made a foolish mistake but was a bit confused.

When we checked out our bill was $1500-ish and our card was charged $2400-ish. The hotel has no control over this and my USAA Visa dispute failed as I has signed the terms and conditions, which allows them to charge what they want to booking.

STEER CLEAR OF GUESTRESERVATIONS.COM!!! It is NOT the real hotel. They charge exorbitant fees that can not be recovered by your Visa card!

Wish I had seen this first. It is definitely a money making scam. I ended up paying $50 more than if I had just called the hotel. Will never use online reservation methods again.

First, I had no idea this was a third party. Second, my credit card was compromised a week after reservation, I called to cancel my reservation and they transferred me "customer service" and was promptly disconnected. I called back. My $252 reservation has a $170 fee. First, this is nearly 70% of the entire fee for the stay as a cancellation fee. It's absurd.

I would not recommend using the internet to do anything anymore. It's not easier, it costs more. It's just better to look up the hotel number and call them directly. There is also, zero transparency. This apparently is one of the another company that is the middle man between the hotels.

I’ve had a bad experience with them.
They advertised a pool at a hotel but the pool was closed.
They charged a 79 in fees on top of the booking at processing with out warning or notice.
They advertised free cancellation and then charged it at the last minute on the email confirmation.
I canceled the room at the site because no pool.
I emailed them about it to no response.
I called and cannot get through to a person for any help.
I would discourage anyone to use them.

I thought I was on the Hotel site because it said Guesr Reservation, sadly it was an expensive third party service.
I realized I had made a mistake and cancelled about 10 minutes later.
I was charged ONE NITE FEE even though it was 10 minutes later and my stay was 6 days away
