    The worst company in business!!!!you're better off throwing money away. Our ac has been down for over a week ( Emergency RIIIGHT) they do not care at all!!!! Put them out of business everyone

    Worst experience with a warranty company ever! i am asking for my money back since no one showed up for the repairs and i had to pay for everything out of pocket! Consumer beware!

    Our family has been ARW customers for about six or seven years. In the past when we needed service,there weren't any problems having a technician come out.On 6/17/24 our AC started giving us problems,so my wife filed a claim and paid the $125 service fee.No one has contacted us, my wife has been calling for updates and so today some one told my wife we had an appointment for this Thursday but we don't know what time the appointment is for. We want to continue on with ARW but,I would appreciate it if a little more professionalism is considered. I understand we're not the only one's needing service ,I don't appreciate the way pur situation is being handled.

    I have been with ARW for 3 years without a claim. The first time I make a claim they assign my claim to an out of my area hvac contractor. Then after I inform them of this I get absolutely no follow up. On the weekends they have no one available to answer phone calls, even though it is obvious they use an out of the US call center? What the h*** They sure as h*** took my money right away for the claim. I wait all weekend without any response, in 90 degree plus weather then I finally have to fix the problem myself. I am getting my money back and canceling this unreliable company today. Oh yea, if I can get through after an estimated 40 minute wait time. ARW *****

    Since the BBB doesn't allow negative numbers in their rating system, I have to rate ARW the rating of 1. This company will place you on hold for hours just to speak to an English as a Second Language (ESL) phone answering person who can not and will not process your claim for you. The company they ended up assigning my claim to was rated D- by the BBB. The company was named U.S. Appliance and their tech was rude, condescending and clearly did not want to do the job. It took over a month and my appliance never got repaired. In the end I ended going to the appliance repair parts in *********, ** and bought the 2 parts I needed and repaired my 2 appliances myself. This company ARW seems to work like some kind of Ponzi scheme to me. I will end by saying, don't waste your time or money with this useless company.

    Been with ARW for 2 years and never had a problem with them. Their staff and customer service is top notch! They make it clear what is needed when filing a claim and any other issues or questions you may have. Highly recommend them for new homeowners!

    I have contacted ARW for the last week. They have initially told me I did not have AC coverage which I shorted him. I did they kept telling me wait 24 hours or 48 hours. Meanwhile its 90 here in ******* today. My AC still has not been fixed, and now they are accepting the fact that I always had the coverage they have not made any effort to waive any fees if I were you, I would look around

After confirming this error, we added the ** coverage. The upgrade was a courtesy offered by our representative during your reinstatement to the program, following the cancellation of your account due to several missed payments. We invite you to review and compare the declaration of coverage page with your previous plan, where you will find confirmation of the upgrade to our best available plan.

    This company is a scam. They will not fix your items. They will look for every excuse not to and will try to force you to stay with the company by saying we are unable to cancel your policy you have to keep it for a year. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money.

Additionally, your account cancellation was processed as per your request. Our team endeavored to communicate that canceling your claim and account would leave the claim unresolved. Nevertheless, they respected your wishes and closed both, which unfortunately meant your claim did not reach a resolution. We trust this explanation resolves any misunderstandings.
