      I have spoken to someone in your Support Services Department two times since I composed this letter and was informed that I would receive an email explaining how my issue would be resolved. The first time I was informed that I would receive an email ***** business hours. The second time I was told the same thing. As of today it has been 120 hours and still nothing.The first visit to my home was on September 15, 2024, after I placed a call to your warranty service for repair of my Refrigerator/Freezer. That date and time was the only appointment that was honored on the day and time as was promised. All the other dates and times during the months of September, October and November, there were either no shows or changes to the time and or day without notifying us. My husband and I have been playing tag team to ensure that one of us was at home during the day and time promised.After waiting at home, the entire days and times of the promised appointments of no shows, we were only informed of the change of date and time through my phone calls to your merry-go-round automated service. Today is November 11, 2024, and my Refrigerator/Freezer has yet to be repaired.Your service repair person has been to my home on five occasions to access and attempt to repair the issue. The first visit, the repair person informed us of parts that needed to be ordered, which were delivered to my home approximately one week later. After installing those parts, the freezer worked for approximately four days and then became warm again.On two additional occasions parts were delivered to my home. Your repair person performed diagnostics and injected a freon each time to no avail. The last visit from your service repair person to my home was on Thursday, November 7, 2024, and we have not yet heard a word from your office informing us about a replacement for a new refrigerator/freezer.       ****** before you think about purchasing this home warranty. If I could have gave it zero stars, thats just what I would have done. I purchased my home in 2020, and the warranty was converted over from the previous owners. I never had to use them until November 9, 2024. I called them paid my $150 deductible waited a few days before they finally sent some guys out the guys they sent out, looked like someone they found on the street. They quoted me something outrageous and said that it wasnt up to code later I found out it was all a scam to get more money, although they quoted me this outrageous price they never came back to complete the work. I contacted cinch and they contacted another company about my water heater, but they never came out to do the work. I ended up getting my water heater fixed. I was out of $2,100 plus my $150 deductible because no one ever did the work, cinch said they couldnt refund me any money the weather is cold and I have a small baby in my home, so I couldnt wait any longer for a water heater, I already waited three weeks before installing a new one. Before you waste your money on this warranty company. Please do your research, because the money that I gave them through the years could have been money that I couldve put toward getting my water heater fixed. They are a scam and rip off?? If you dont believe me, just read the previous reviews. I wish I would have read them before letting this warranty convert over to me. Its hard for them to get a company out to fix the issue because they usually pay the company a month or two later ,so they have a hard time even finding legitimate contractors to do the work. Please do your research. I thank God I always keep some money on the side because if I didnt, I would be in big trouble because its very cold outside. I will say it one more time. Do your research and I promise you will thank me later.

      Do not use this company, they know when things are not covered and still have you pay a deductible just to tell you nothing else can be done. The customer ********************** **** are rude, will tell you they are the supervisors and that they do not have anyone above them to speak to. They will then start giving attitude, and cutting you off. Do not waste your money, if your mortgage company is recommending their business advise them immediately to not do business with this company, HUGE ****.

      Cinch has given our dryer claim to ***** Home Services who has rescheduled our repair 3 times. The most recent was today. November 20 2024. My wife took the day off to meet the technician. I was called at 11am and told the technician was no longer available *** it was rescheduled for December 11. This was the third time. We are ****** parents of 4 small children and have been without a dryer for over a month. I called Cinch and they told me there was nothing they could do since the parts were already ordered. I asked to please talk to a manager 3 times *** the representative for Cinch told me no because his supervisor would just tell me the same. I am now in contact with ***** letting them know how Cinch is treating their customers

      Terrible Home warranty services. When I request service for my HVAC with my deductible $150, technician they sent was doing nothing and the technician made my request finished even they did not finished it. I asked this issue to warranty company - Cinch Home Services - the company said they could not fix my ***** The weather was cold and I have young children, I had to call a local technician with my out of pocket money, and fixed it for only few hours without reinstallation. I have had this home warranty for the past 2 years and tired of the technician's frequent no-shows and waiting times from the technicians and their unresponsive policies. When I tried to cancel my home warranty, they suddenly changed their position and started saying something strange about fixing the ***** Ridiculous! I'd say this company's home warranty absolutely not worth paying a thousand dollars a year.

      One of the worst customer ********************** experiences of our lives. Several cancelled appointments for our clothes washer. Cant get through to anyone who knows anything, no manager to speak to. Technicians are inept. Didnt order the necessary parts. I would never engage their services again. The reviews on their website cant be real. We have wasted whole days waiting for them only to have them cancel. But they dont contact you. I really think they should be investigated because theyve been paid for a product that they do not provide.

      I have an open claim. The tech came out and checked my AC system and it needs parts. The tech company said they are waiting for approval from Cinch to get the parts and Cinch is saying they are waiting for the tech to get to my house. I cannot reach anyone at cinch or the case manager. My premiums are paid through ********** and I think I'll cancel and request a refund. It's been at least three weeks waiting for this to be taken care of.

      What a crappy home warranty. I assumed since ************* had them in their store promoting their warranty it might actually be good. Save your money. Its a waste of money and time.

      It's the worst. Please don't buy this warranty. I paid the deductible, and they have canceled twice. I have been without a dryer for one month now. They send third-party repair companies. You will stay on the phone forever in an automated system. Customer ********************** is routed overseas. When I was fed up, I tried to cancel the warranty, but they said I was locked into an annual contract. Buyer beware!
