      I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and attention given for the warranted repair of my refrigerator. Parts had to be ordered and I daily received text messages advising that immediately upon receipt of parts my scheduled appointment for service was set. I appreciate Cinch Home Services, Inc.

      Long wait time for repairs. Advised to pay deductible twice for same service.Terrible customer service, most representatives are difficult to understand over the phone. Don’t waste your money and time.

      I purchased this warranty in 07/20. The warranty was to cover appliances if they could not repair, they would replace the appliance. After the 4th time the serviceman came to repair my wall oven and my paying a service charge for the third time he informed me that since they could not repair the oven, I said when will they be here to replace it? He informed me that they would refund the cost of the parts, but that they would not send another repair person or replace it. What can I do about getting my oven repaired/replaced or my money back. The repaired order #. sccr4351b4cd-2. After paying for this service for 2 years @ ***** and ***** for 2 years I could have bought myself a new oven. Please advise. *** *.

      The biggest disappointment ever! Their salesperson at ************* convinced me that all the electrical, mechanical, and plumbing are fully covered under their plan. Sad to say, it was all lies. I needed AC repair. Cinch sent me a contractor. They diagnosed the system and listed the items that needed replacement to fix my system. They presented me with an invoice of $6,400. I told them to contact Cinch. They said 90% of the items that were supposed to be covered by Cinch were not covered. I had no choice but to fix my AC at my own expense. After months of calls and emails Cinch sent me $300. I immediately cancelled the service. This company is a big joke and I caution you to be very careful before you decide to join. Their contractors are of the lowest quality ever! I had a leak in the tub faucet. Cinch sent me a plumber. He came unequipped and didnt have the right tools in his van. He went to ********** to buy some needed tools. He returned after an hour and removed the faucet and replaced it with a new one I bought from ****. I asked him to seal around the faucet to avoid any wall damage from water seeping through. He told me its not needed. I told him water can enter through the gaps and damage my walls and develop mold. He said he didnt have sealant in his van. I asked him to call his boss. We were communicating through ****** translate by the way. Luckily his boss spoke English. He understood what I said and explained to the plumber what he needed to do. The plumber went to his van and came back with a tube of lubricant and lubricated all around the faucet. Instead of sealing around the faucet, he lubricated it. I lost my temper and kicked him out my house. Trust me people, do not become a victim like me. Do not join this company. You will regret it. You are better off paying out of pocket for your repairs than relying on a company that contracts the lowest quality and most unprofessional unskilled trades in the City of *******. Thank God I cancelled them!

      not worth the money we've had cinch for 3 yrs at a cost of roughly ******* this is first time we have used their service. its been 5 weeks and our washing machine is still not fixed or replaced. in the 5 weeks cinch has only had a repairman out to look at machine 3 times each time washing machine is in worse shape than before and needing more parts mind you according to cinch all parts needed have been available since 2 days after was first seen by the first repairman over 4 weeks ago and since repairman has cancelled 7 straight appointments with no call no show. when we ask cinch what is going on they are not helpful their doing nothing to get it repaired or replaced in fact their customer ********************** people are all from ***** and extremely hard to ************* we have been told by (cinch that as long as parts are available they will not replace the machine and sorry about your luck they don't care how long it takes to fix the machine we will just have to do without a washing machine.) as near as i can tell that is an exact quote we have asked if they could rent us a machine until they can repair this one and they have said no. we have bent over backwards with this company and they have done nothing to resolve the matter. when i asked if 5 weeks was an excessive amount of time to wait they actually agreed but said not their problem. in fact their now threatening to cancel our policy since we asked them to rent us a machine until they can get ours fixed. i will give more updates as this unfolds again this is worst company i have ever had to deal with

      Cinch deserves less than a one star. The technicians that they use are horrible and doesn't stand behind their work, and cinch does not hold them accountable. Every time I have had to file a claim there were issues from incompetent technicians to not getting help from cinch to correct the problem. They are ripping people off. Please look at other options before choosing Cinch!

      Have had Cinch for about 3yrs, first 2 years had no problems, but never turned in much of a claim. This year turned in a claim for the ** and shortly after for the washer in May, now at the end of Aug washer still has not been repaired, parts keep getting ordered and come in damaged but a family of 4 still has no washer, should of just bought a used one with the 150 ded. The **, the first provider wouldn't go on roofs, 2nd wouldn't either, and told us, we should get a portable or get the ** fixed, and it went out because it's hot and your using it (really). Finally the 3rd replaced the capacitor, shortly after went out again, but reset after a few hours, tech came out said a dirty filter, it wasn't. Went out again and told compressor needs replaced, here's where I find out I have to pay 2k in uncovered charges, one of those gotcha moments, they advertise they don't have. I'm not sure any other warranty is better, but I'm willing to take that chance upon renewal, because this outfit doesn't cut it. Though ** repairs and such can cost 1000's, (their words) it appears Cinch caps what they pay per unit, per contract term, and not even close to what repairs might cost let alone replacement. Well the above washer was finally replaced after 5 months, the A/C Just had to have another call back mid Oct, 5th one since May, we will see how this one goes and if I have to pay the bulk of the repair. I also question the service providers who they contract with.

      Recently tried to get a repair, under their warranty service. I needed a garage door spring replaced. I chose garage door as the category I needed repair. I was unable to talk to a customer ********************** person, Saturday. They scheduled a person to fix my opener. I waited all morning to receive a call from the repair company and they said they do not replace springs. I than tried to call their customer ********************** and spent 25 minutes waiting for a representative. I was told I would have to wait for them to provide this service. My car is trapped in the garage until the repair is done. I called back and I was told I would just have to wait. They have 24 hours to get back to me. If they had a similar problem they would have it repaired quickly.

      Ah, can't image a company with 1.13/5 customer review rating (Average of ***** Customer Reviews). Looks like they don't care at all. I don't want to spend too much time then. Anyway, very bad experience ( based on 4 times expereince). Also one information. They don't cover hose bibs leaks.Although in their manaul. Chapter 10, Plumbling,It clears says Leaks of hose bibs is covered. I got email from their service department and claim dpartment, both says it is covered. Unfortunately when plumber came and ask for confirmaiton before starting the job, he said the claim was denied..Super long waiting period when you are trying to contact the customer **********************.

      Dont waste your money! They will not cover anything as promised. They only want to put a ******* on any issue you are having. We have two technicians that we had to find that stated we need a new ac unit and Cinch just keeps trying to find ways for them not to cover it. There resolution was only a temporary fix which was something they came up from there email research team. How was this diagnosed? They sent no one out here. This has been going on for a month still no ac.
