Do not use Cinch Services , the companies they use are unprofessional . I recently used their services for plumbing repair and the plumber was unprofessional. He broke something that caused my electrical sockets to stop working in my kitchen and basement. When I called him what we done he acted as if was not a big ! There was no apology. It was no sense he didnt care.. I. called the customer advocate, she supposed to be getting back to me and she has not! Cinch Its a waste of money waste of time and they cause more harm than good .

Do not use!!!! All warranty companies are only in business to make money and not actually find a solution to your problem that you are paying THEM for. My wife submitted a claim, our tankless hot water heater is not functioning correctly. Plumber comes out and says he cant work on it. Strange a plumber, comes to our house and says he does not work on hot water heaters? A plumber?!So, I call back to request another plumber (of course when my wife originally submitted the request she could only do it on an automated phone line. She could not request online, add notes, clarify or talk to an actually human). I call and of course the lady on the other end says, the work order was put through as a problem with the water line not a tankless hot water heater. Therefore, if we want to send someone else well have to pay another $120 for another plumber to probably come and say the exact same thing as the first. He cant fix it. Another story, we moved into our house a year ago, early summer, ** is not working properly. Cinch ended up sending multiple ** contractors out over the whole summer. Each one scratching their heads and saying they cant fix the problem. Of course cinch is not going to replace the unit. Instead we have to call every time and wait on the phone over a hour to talk to someone just for them to keep sending out people who refuse to work or are actually incapable of doing the work. When we finally got the problem resolved (well, we thought it was) at the end of August, summer was over and we didnt need the ** anymore. So we spent all summer with the house around 80 degrees (with three young kids 5 and under). Of course the ** guy was probably not licensed as he didnt fix the issue properly. We found out this summer he hadnt actually fixed the issue. We are STILL, over a year later, dealing with our ** issues. So, moral of the story. DO NOT ISE CINCH!!! If I could give them negative stars I would. One is as low as the scale will go.

I requested their service for my HV** unit. They are associated with ***** My symptoms that they were called out to help with:1) I have a two story house my ** unit was not cooling evenly between the two floors.***** / cinch technicians first visit 1) The person deliberately added additional ***** gas into my unit. This caused my ** unit to make noises that was out of the ordinary. I had to switch off the ** unit and move my family to a hotel to bear the extreme Texas heat.2) I called a person to help get the ** unit back to how it was. Currently both floors are still not cooling evenly.3) Called cinch and they send another person to come out and assess the issue. I am still waiting for someone to come out and fix my issue 4) This is now a 3 month ordeal and when I call Cinch a family of ***** I get nowhere.5) I am paying a hefty monthly fee per and am stuck with this unfortunate dilemma.6) I would request BBB to look into this matter and assist me

Do not sign up for Cinch Home Services. The technicians they contract with are hit or miss and the customer service is truly awful. I had a technician lie to Cinch saying they fixed my refrigerator when they did not. It took HOURS on the phone with Cinch to convince them the technician was **********. One customer service provider refused to help me and then refused to transfer me to a supervisor. It took me 4 months to fix a problem with my refrigerator, and when I finally just paid out of pocket for it and called GE, it was fixed in a day. Additionally, the premium is outrageous ($800/year) for horrible service and has increased by about $100 each year. I will absolutely not be renewing my policy.

Cinch is the worst home warranty company ever. They use very poor service companies that do not fix the issue. They told me to hire my own company and I would get full reimbursement and not charged their $150. service fee in addition to the contract price. I have not been reimbursed after nearly 3 months of phone calls. You call their consumer line and most are foreign or hang up on you. I would not suggest Cinch ever and cannot wait till my contract is finished.

Cinch Home Services is the very worse company to deal with. They charge a $150 service fee as well as do not provide service that are completed. I filed for my dryer to be fixed repeatedly and still does not dry--takes 4 to 5 hours to dry. They refused to replace. My 1 year old toilet will not flush and sent providers to correct and same issue. They told me they would re-imburse me if I found my own plumber. I did so and he suggested a new toilet. They did not reimburse me either for a service fee of $150 nor my plumber's charge of nearly $300 and the toilet still backs up. They state they don't "modify" toilets. I have requested a new toilet and they refuse. Another service I requested, my ceiling fan now only goes in reverse and not forward position. I paid the service fee of $150 and not fixed.

CINCH has proven without a doubt to be a fraudulent company in their less than genuine efforts to repair my refrigerator On repeated occasions Ive onlybeen able to navigate to customer ********************** representatives who STRUGGLE with the English language while all level of Management remains elusive and non-available. CINCH dispatched 6 Repair Companies to my home for assessments and repairs. While all six had the same assessment, none were approved for repair by CINCH Management I paid monthly premiums for ******* before filing a claim. I lost $$$ hundreds of dollars in spoiled food and been without basic refrigeration for several months In good conscience I would NOT recommend this company to my worse enemies This practice seems CRIMINAL at the least

After being referred to Cinch by a ***** service member we continued the contract for 3 years. Knowing that using the service costs 100 hundred dollars plus the 69 dollars monthly, We finally got to use the service when our ceiling fan in the kitchen stopped working. So after we convinced the service tech that it was truly done he took it upon himself to get a replacement. This is where we discover that we have been suckered. The fan that was replaced was a Hunter with forward and reverse settings also the fan had 3 settings when we bought the fan years prior it cost around 375. The new fan had none of those features. 1st the tech didn't even ask if we would be satisfied with this replacement and 2nd we looked to find that the Ceiling fan was on sale for 125 dollars at *****. That is just about what the service fee was. We canceled the contract with Cinch that week It feels like we have been had. Thanks but No thanks.

Do not sign up for this service. They have no sense of urgency when it comes to fulfilling a service request. It has taken over a month for a repair on my appliance. There is no empathy or understanding from the individuals at the contact center. They choose not to respond to emails. There are many other options out there for home warranty providers and I suggest that you look elsewhere and avoid this headache of a company.

Parts were ordered for washing machine on 8/13/2004. It is not October 1. Customer service states part needed just came back into stock and they are still waiting for part to be delivered. It took three service technicians to be dispatch before correct diagnosis was made. I pay co-pay each month. 100 dollar deductible with each service request. I have made 3 service request in three years. I purchase home warranty because I thought the warranty was a Sears Home Warranty. It is not. Cinch Home services is a racket, steeling money, making promises they can't deliver. After repair, if it ever happens I will cancel warranty. Every visit to the laundromat is a cost of 35 dollars. The answer I am given by customer service is I'm very sorry for your inconvenience. Warranty states they have 21 days to find part. Please do not purchase.
