      Ive been a loyal Cinch Home Warranty customer for over 10 years and have generally had decent serviceuntil recently. I submitted a claim for my washing machine on May 24, and the repair was scheduled for May 28 with a wide service window of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. I took the entire day off work and even called the assigned service provider, *****, twice that dayonce at 11 a.m. and again at 2 ****** confirm I was still on their schedule. Both times, they confirmed the ************** 4 p.m., however, I received an email stating they would not be coming and had rescheduled me for June 411 days after my original claim. Now Im forced to take yet another day off work and risk another potential no-show.I immediately called Cinch after receiving the reschedule notice and spent over 48 minutes on the phone with a representative who tried, unsuccessfully, to locate another provider within their network.This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Once this repair is finally completed, we will be actively shopping for a new home warranty provider. I strongly recommend exploring other options before choosing Cinch.

      Cinch takes forever to assign a repair facility towards repairs. The repair facility is usually the least expensive, with poor ratings .Once the repair is scheduled, there is another wait while they guess at what parts are needed, and those parts must be ordered before a scheduled visit.Hopefully they guessed at the proper parts, because the wait may become longer.A reputable company will have the parts in stock towards **********'s also very difficult trying to reach Cinch by phone. Be prepared for a very long wait.

      This home warranty is NOT worth purchasing. Even with the highest level of coverage, they do not pay for most things that we've had go wrong and take a really long time to process and communicate about issues. Specifically our fridge and freezer went out and even though we told them the brand (Maytag), they sent a repair person who only services GE appliances. So we had to wait longer for another company. That company determined that the fridge should be replaced because a repair would be so costly but now Cinch wants to repair the fridge which means waiting even longer for them to find someone. We are going on two weeks without a fridge. We have a 3 year old, so needless to say this is not a good situation to not be able to keep things cold. I would absolutely choose another company for home warranties and we'll be cancelling our coverage.

      I would encourage you to never sign up for this service! Terrible company that likely knows they are scamming people left and right. We were told after paying the service deductible that our water heater needed to be replaced/not fixable. We paid the monthly fee plus our service fee and no resolution. After multiple calls and asking to speak to a manager, nothing.

      Stay away from this company, Been with them since 2021, have not had any major issues until now, A/C compressor went out on 04/04/25, The appliance company, they refer to u, came out to install the compressor after 2wks. without A/C , before the technician could leave after installing it, Compressor Blew out again, Instead of Cinch sending out a New Compressor, They sent a refurbished one, How wrong is that, After all the money I have paid , Now no one will answer my calls , to explain why this happened, or When will my A/C get fixed it is May ******* and still no A/C but Cinch still deducted their monthly payment.

      First I would like to say that getting through their automated telephone answering system literally takes 20 minutes of pushing buttons and getting disconnected to speak to a customer ********************** representative. This tells me that they don't want to provide a service they only want your money for nothing.Once you get through to a representative don't count on getting any real assistance. They will try to make it sound as though they are trying to help but nothing ever gets resolved until the fourth or fifth phone call and numerous threats to file a complaint with the BBB which is what I am doing next.

      Worst service. It is okay to wait for washer, dryer, stove, or dishwasher repair, but waiting weeks for a refrigerator repair is unacceptable. Not to mention the hassle to get a real person to speak with. I will be cancelling my contract.

      I had AC go out and set up a service call. They put me with ***** Home Service to work on my AC . No one showed up and got an text they were rescheduling for a week out. I have cancelled the service call. I ask for the refund of all money paid. They would not refund money.

      This company is horrible to work with. They say you can use your own technicians if they have none available in your area. It is almost impassible to get a claim in thru their portal. You must contact someone thru FB to get an American agent, then the work gets approved.Unfortunately, No tradesmen want to partner with them because they do not want to pay them. This company will not renew your service stating they dont have technical help so they wont renew your address. But they will accept a new policy from any home seller in the same service area. When you complain on FB, they block you and will not address any questions or complaints. This company TARGETS home owners based on their address and past claims!Customer ********************** call center is scripted and unhelpful. You cannot hear them on the phone because you can hear everything in the background and they barely speak English well enough to be understood. It is very frustrating!When they wont renew your policy, its a final decision with no appeal. What they say on the website is a lie. Its just to get the first year paid and they hope to deflect any and all claims.

      Extremely unprofessional. The service technician was not qualified to repair my refrigerator. Charged over two hundred dollars to vaccuum out condenser coil and stated that the reason my freezer was not cooling to it's proper temperature was that the condenser coil was clogged with dust. The warranty company stated that due to my neglect they would not cover the repair therefore I had to pay for the service call. I paid the $200.00 charge for the service. That was several weeks ago. My freezer is still not cooling to it's proper temperature. Several phone calls have been made to Cinch to resolve this issue however, they will not reopen the service ticket or assist any further. My refrigerator has a legitimate problem. This company is doing nothing at all for its customers.
