Worst service ever! Theyve reassigned my broken refrigerator to 3 providers and its been over 5 weeks. You call to speak with a supervisor and no one calls back. If I could give them negative stars I would. They did the same thing when my water heater broke. Unless youre calling everyday and raising **** nothing happens. Im canceling them ASAP!

This is the worst home warranty company out there. We live in Arizona, ages 91 and 85, when our AC went out in the middle of June. Triple digit weather and I called Cinch 4 times. I finally had to call an AC technician the next day, who had come out within an hour and brought a portable AC unit to cool house down. Cinch finally emailed me back 2 days later with a provider to call for repair, even though the contract states a 2 hour response time. If we had waited those 2 days, we would have been dead. Cinch refused to reimburse us a penny for service we were forced to get from another provider.

I have used the service with some success early on. When I called about a malfunctioning burner on my stovetop, the tech said it was the switch but he also noted the trim strip needed replacement. He said he could add the trim strip to my original service claim. After months of "back and forth", I have been informed that the claim is cancelled because the trim strip is not covered. I have complained to **************************** but they will not budge. They seem to think that the trip strip, and not the stovetop burner, disqualifies the claim. I think, because the burner switch is no longer available (or so I'm told by ***** Reps) that **************************** does not want to honor the contract Terms and Conditions which states if they cannot fix the unit, they will replace it, i.e. a new range/oven. I am upset but limited in what I can do other than cancel my contract with ****************************, which I've done.

The repairman was here for 5 minutes after he took a photo of our non working oven model #. They charged us $75 for the visit. He said they would have to order a new control panel. He didnt even open up the back oven panel. They called a few days later and they said it would cost $350 to replace the panel. I called the same number back an hour later to tell them to go ahead with ordering the panel and I got a different person on the line who said they dont even have my name or address in the system. This confirmed my suspicion that the company was a scam.I have since hired a different repair company a they fixed a broken wire on the oven in half an hour.No one should hire this dishonest company.

Awful customer service and the contractors they use are hit or miss. My biggest issue with them is their bait and switch tactic where they require the deductible and then come back and state it will cost more to have the work done and it can then be even more than if you didnt use them but you can't get your deductible back so you are stuck. It's a **** in my opinion.

My Heatpump went out and is covered under my contract with Cinch. Lennox no longer makes the same model, Cinch decided to replace the parts which totaled over $6200.00 and cinch will not pay for any of the parts claiming it is modifications. I have been on several calls with customer service and no one can give me a straight answer. Per contract: What is Covered: All components and parts of the following air conditioning system(s): ducted central electric split and package units, geothermal, wall air conditioners, mini-splits. With regard to ductwork, except as otherwise noted above, the following are covered: plenums, dampers, damper-only controls, leaks or breaks in ductwork (sheet metal, duct board, and flex duct including vapor barrier) from heating and/or air conditioning unit(s) including registers or grills. Per Contract: What is not covered: Outside or underground piping, well pump, and well pump components for geothermal and/or water source heat pump, interconnecting refrigerant lines (external of the equipment) window units, water towers, chillers, chiller components, water lines and legally mandated diagnostic testing when replacing heating or cooling equipment. This is very disappointing and a waste of money. Buyer beware!!

Cinch (this company) is a total joke. I have been without a refrigerator for two weeks because of them. The last so called manager in charge that I talked to went by the name of ****** said she could not give me a last name or an employe id number or nothing so we could hold someone accountable. She said she was the highest person we could talk to. Everyone we have talked to gives us the runaround and a different answer. . So Again, This Company Is A Total Joke..!!! Beware and dont use them..!!!!

I contacted Cinch for oven repair. They gave me a repair date for the next day between noon and four. My credit card showed the $79 charge was pending. No one showed up the next day. I called the number at four and they were closed. I called the number today. The woman I spoke with said they tried to call me yesterday but did not reach me. Not true. I was home and my phone was receiving calls. Then she placed me on hold again and came back saying they are not able to repair my Kenmore oven. THANKS FOR NOTHING Cinch and delaying my oven repair by 2+ days. Gave them one star because I had to to finalize this review

RATING SHOULD BE -0. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are scammers who refuse pay a legitimate claims. When we bought the house, we had a one-year contract with them. After a month, the hot water heater stopped working. We had to pay them $110 for their repairman to come. He came (accompanied by his lady friend) and confirmed it wasn't working and said it was probably caused by our water. The claim was denied. When I called the repairman to ask why it wasn't covered, he said that he wasn't surprised because the company generally denies first claims by new customers. Seriously!!!! But, he said, not to worry because the unit was slightly less than one year old and still under warranty -- that he would check it out and get back to us. By the time he got back to us, the warranty had expired. We needed hot water so we went out and bought a new one and had it installed. We never called them again for the plumbing issues we had because we didn't want to waste the $110 fee they charged and then get denied. Also, I challenge anyone to try to contact them with a question. It's almost impossible!! And try getting information on who the owner is and where to contact. Won't happen. After reading the other horror stories on this web site, I strongly feel a class action suit should be filed against this despicable company.
