      UNPROFESSIONAL HORRIBLE TERRIBLE Do not I repeat "DO NOT" deal with this company and if you are CANCEL IMMEDIATELY! It's not a coincidence that all these reviews are in uniform as far as describing their horrible experience with Cinch Services. Zero stars for me.

      We pay for the service but we don't get the service we have been waiting 10 months to get a microwave fixed they've come out here four times it's still not fixed it still doesn't work and now they're refusing to even try because they don't know how to fix it but yet they won't give us a new one explain how that is good business practice

      If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I called this company because I needed a heating element fixed in my dryer. I called them up and made the appointment for the following Monday between 8-12. I was told I would be called that morning to verify the appt & again when the technician was on their way. Around 10am on Monday I called the company just because I never got a verification call & wanted to ensure they were still coming. They had all my information on file & already had put the service fee ($79) pending on my account but couldn’t 100% verify my appointment so I was transferred to another dept. She said that she would try to call the technician & see where he was as she also couldn’t 100% guarantee my appointment (although she could see that it was scheduled). She got back on & said she couldn’t reach the technician & id just have to call back. I did call back & went through this routine for the next 1.5hrs or more, at one point someone told me the manager couldn’t even get ahold of the technician and no one could give me any idea of whether anyone was even coming to my home. Finally I called around 1 after still hearing & knowing nothing & said I wanted everything cancelled and I was gonna find someone else. Even THIS couldn’t be handled easily. I was again shuffled between different departments until finally someone said they had cancelled it. I’m watching my account closely though cause that charge is still pending on my account. Luckily I already had the day off but if I had taken work off I would have lost a whole day for nothing. The customer service with this company is atrocious & no one I spoke with had any idea what was going on or what they were doing.

      I've only had Cinch the last few months, and it has been a life saver! We had a ceiling fan, bathroom vent, and a water heater that all went out on us one after the other. With the exception of one lazy electrician who didn't communicate well with us or with Cinch, everyone was very speedy, knowledgeable, and professional. I know water heaters can be really expensive, and my plan covered the total cost of replacing it, phew! Special shout out to Infinity Plumbing for also having great communication by call and text, complete with a tracker for the crew's arrival. They made the last few hectic months way more bearable.

      I finally got the result I needed. It took an email string laying out my case to customer service which kept denying based on the usual contract and not on the options for which we pay extra. I finally copied ********* *******.*** at corporate and within 2 hours I had a customer experience specialist call me to finally investigate my claim. A day later I was told we would be reimbursed and 2 days later the reimbursement was in my bank account. It should not have taken 4 months, but it does show that if you have a case, you keep fighting. Granted, my last email included the thought that I would have no recourse but to contact my state AG and Ins. Commissioner. VICTORY!

      Called because our hot water heater and gas furnace ************ out carbon monoxide and the gas company told us we couldn't use them until we got them fixed. Two different claims with cinch and they sent a plumber out who admitted he didn't have the correct tools to test the hot water heater. But both claims were denied. I called and requested another inspection for the hot water heater and told them why. I was told that they would bring my request to the " proper people" and see what they said. I told them that I already paid $100 for the deductible which I wasn't given a proper evaluation of the situation so I want either my money refunded or another inspection. It's been a month and I've heard nothing from them. My husband and I just paid everything out of pocket. Most useless and morally (illegally too) corrupt company I've had the displeasure of doing business with.

      BUYERS BEWARE! Stay away from this company! Do your homework. This company is very unprofessional, deceptive and unethical. They sell you a whole home warranty but when it's time to utilize the policy they give you the runaround. Recently, my AC was approved for replacement. However, they wanted to charge me $3000 for noncovered items, which included electrical and God knows what else. Because I refuse to pay them the $3000 they sent me a claims buyout check for a fraction of the cost to replace my unit, and told me that the case is close and will not be reopened. I had no choice but to replace my own unit. I gave them a 1 star because I had to in order to write this review. But they don't deserve any stars.

      Horrible service. My plan started out as a ***** Home Warranty then went downhill when it was taken over by Cinch. My GE refrigerator developed a problem so I called Cinch under the home warranty. They sent out GE three times to try to fix the problem, each time waiting a while for a part to be shipped. Finally, GE decided the entire door needed to be replaced, but it was on backorder. Five months later, Cinch refused to honor the replacement clause and insisted on sending out a second service company. That company came out, wrote up a diagnosis, then Cinch claims the second service company reported something completely different from what their technician wrote up and left with us. The "diagnosis" was completely false and resulted a claim denial. (No, the refrigerator isn't plugged into an ungrounded outlet. We don't have any.) And the service provider can't be contacted directly. Cinch referred me to their support group to resolve the situation, who simply said: tough, if you don't like our decision, *** us! This wasn't the first time I'd had a problem with them. A year ago, we'd made a service call only to be told that no technician would arrive for 2 weeks. Since we needed service faster, we called someone else who came out and fixed the problem the very next day. Avoid these people!

      These people are scammers and crooks. I've had this company for almost a year and had to put in a claim for my furnace. I put this claim in on August 2022 and they sent a company out. company said the furnace had to be replaced, they cancelled the company and said someone else would need to come out, however, they wrote it up like the company refused to do the service. 2nd company comes out and says the same, they schedule the job then cancel it. says its not a mechanical failure so they wont cover it. My thing is you know this from what the 1st company said?? So, why collect money from me for almost 3 more months knowing you never was going to cover the job?/ Because your a fraud and scamming people out of money. When I asked to cancel my account, the man said that I had to pay over $400 to cancel. What for? Never heard anything like it. I hung up and he proceeded to call me back and Demand the $$$.. They ARE SCAMMERS RUNNNN!!!!

      I was under the impression I was dealing with ****** (even though stores are closed) online they could be doing business. I called ***** because my Dishwasher wasn't cleaning dishes. At the same time a Customer ********************** person talked me into getting the Home Services, $41.00 or so. This took place in March 2022. So, in Oct. 2022 again I needed service on Dish Washer. I called to get a plumber at my house on a Saturday. I was working. I called the same number for ****** and I got Cinch Home Service, Foreigner on the other end. Explained Saturday preference, he said I NEEDED TO CALL PLUMBERS TO SEE IF THEY WORKED SATURDAYS. I said that's YOUR JOB AND anyway WHO IS CINCH? Will we went back and forth. Nobody worked on Sat. On 10-31-2022 I emailed them called them, I WANTED TO CANCEL CINCH HOME SERVICES. They didn't want to cancel, WHY? They asked. I said cancel. I get email, 11-3-2022, they *****. I called spoke to *****, foreigner, For me to enter my Credit Card number on the phone. I said No. can BBB notify MANAGEMENT regarding this . thank you
