      So far, very bad. Weve had this company for a couple years and up to now everything was fine until we actually had a major repair. Our freezer is not working- lo and behold two months later its still not working and we are still going through the red tape of having to call and talk to them almost every other day. By the way, you should know they will never call you back. The communication is strictly one sided. You might say what do you mean by that? Well what I mean is that they can text you, they can email you, but you cannot text them or email them back. There is no way for you to communicate with them other than to go through the horrific experience of calling their customer ********************** department, and go through the multiple prompts, giving your birthday, your phone number and having to then explain to every single customer ********************** agent what your problem is all over again. If you want to lose your mind, sign up for this companies service. At this point Ive had 5 different repair people to my home, and now they making the 5th come back again because they marked the freezer as working when they left. This game of round ***** is warring me, as Im sure its intended too. We were told we were at the stage of having our report reviewed for replacement. The manager I spoke to today, moved us back down a step, and said since the last repair company said it was fixed, they have to come back out. Im not going to give up, but you get the idea I hope you have better luck.

      Worst insurance company ever, filed a claim since January this year to fix my refrigerator, paid $120.00 deductible and they sent some one which on the first visit gave a diagnose and came back few days later to replace a control board and 2 internal lights and on top of that he took out in chunks an insulation panel from the freezer that at this point has never been replaced and everyone ignore this like never happened. By this time the repair was not successful and the appliance still not working. They came back for a third time and say the ice maker has to be replaced, they did it a few days later but didn't work either. After I was finally able to contact a case manager they decided to send a second company to address the issue, the new technician just said the ice maker needs to be replaced again and they did it couple days later but didn't work either. Contact them again and another company was sent and this time the technician said that the problem was lot of lint around the compressor so that was enough reason for the insurance to denied the claim and close the case after 3 months and 7 visits from 3 different service providers. This company is a complete rip off and they just want your money. Definitely the worst customer **********************.

      Save your money and avoid this company! Initially tried to request service online but there were no service providers for my area so we had to call in. Can barely understand what they are saying except when they ask for the deductible to be paid. One person told me the provider they called couldnt come out because they werent licensed. Then they wanted to put me on their dispatch waiting list until they could find a provider; this was right after being told they had several providers in my area. I refuse to pay a $200 deductible for them to ****** providers because they apparently dont work with reputable providers. They are just taking peoples money and not covering anything they say they will. While on the line with them lying through their teeth I come here to see a new negative review almost every day. This company should be investigated.

      Took a minute to figure out main issue, but honestly I'm pleased with their responsiveness and getting me a new heater during the coldest month we've had in years. I was especially impressed with my local rep, Desmond George. I would continue to recommend Cinch as my home warranty provider of choice.

      MOST HORRIBLE WARRANTY SERVICE EVER. TOTAL INCOMPETENCE!!! WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET OUR AC REPAIRED FOR OVER 6 MONTHS!! THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT HONOR THEIR AGREEMENT.

      This company is a complete ripoff, I tried to file a claim and come to find out they charge $120 per claim you make and $43 a month just to be apart of Cinch,,this in completely ludicrous,I was never explained this when I got these services in March 2023. I want every ***** of my money back from this fraud company.

      Avoid this company like the plague, they will use any technicality to get out of covering anything and everything that you think should be covered. Tried to have them fix several different things for me and each time they say its not normal use that caused the issue and meanwhile in each case that was what happened. So on top of the 60$ you pay monthly you also have to pay the deductible which also is non refundable to just have your claim denied.

      Im extremely disappointed with my experience using Cinch Home Warranty. It has been over a month since I requested service for my washer, and Im still without a working appliance. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been minimal communication and no clear timeline for resolution.The customer ********************** has been frustratingly poor Ive had to repeatedly call for updates, only to receive vague answers or be told theyre still working on it. There seems to be little urgency or accountability from their side.A home warranty service should provide peace of mind, but this experience has been nothing but stressful. I wouldnt recommend Cinch to anyone seeking prompt and reliable service.

      I have been trying to get my refrigerator repaired since 12/30/2024. The appointments have been canceled multiple times. All I hear when I call is how sorry they are and promise to come next Saturday. I paid them the deductible nearly 3 months ago. Refrigerator still not fixed. Pitiful service.

      Save your money, horrible customer ********************** not at all helpful. paid every month for years, and when I needed them to send a plumber for a leaking hot water tank, all they offered was unreliable contractors, with awful reviews and they have never called or showed to do the job. Never again !!
