I called cinch services and was connected to an auto mated line , I explained my leak and was told to pay my $100.00 deductable to complete claim. The sent a plumber and then decided the claim was denied. I tried to reach real person to find out I wasn't told that before I paid the $100.00. Horrible customer **********************.

Giving a one star not due to cinch bit to who they contract out to, which is Sears Home Services. You can read my review on their website. In short Cinch needs to drop sears, cause they are about to loose another customer due to no work done what so ever by sears, as well as no communication. Do not go to Sears Homes services for anything. Your repairs will need more if they work on it, that is when they actually show up when they schedule. Twice they no show and don't send anything till after the appointment has passed.

I have had this warranty through ***** for several years. Paying almost $100 a month. I had a claim for my clothes dryer last year and they rescheduled it seven times on the day they were supposed to be here. They didn't call to reschedule, I found out the hard way when no one showed up. They kept rescheduling and kept no-show. Now a year later, the same dryer is broken again. So far I've been down 2 weeks and they have been a no-show for two appointments. With both of these appointments, I confirmed the morning of the appointment, before taking off work, and they assured me that the vendor was going to be there. Of course he was a no-show and when I talked to the vendor they said both times there was no available technician. If there's not a technician available, why did they give me that appointment date? I can't keep taking off work for this. With just the Lost wages. I could have bought a new dryer. Now they've rescheduled for a third time But they can't come for another week. This is a disgusting situation and I'm looking into switching to another warranty company because I can't rely on these people to show up for the appointments. They could have at least given me my $100 deductible back for the huge inconvenience but they did nothing. As soon as this is over and they fix this dryer, I'm canceling.

After 2 service calls, and a $400 deductible, after 5 weeks of waiting for service, and my washer being deemed unrepairable, I am still waiting for my claim to be finalized. The Cinch team sends me to other departments and the ** company who has nothing to do with my home warranty claim. The offer I did initially receive barely covers the deductibles I paid. This company is a rip off.

After having 2 toilets replaced, my water bill went up an extra $10.00 a month. They installed the *********** which requires 4 or 5 flushes after a #2. Which is really ridiculous. I asked can they replace it with the Mansfield Builder standard I initially had & it seems to be a problem, according to the customer **********************. This is terrible!

I have been a customer for nine years.I put in a ********************** request for a vent hood repair. The lights stopped working on the hood. They sent out a repairman who never returned. Its been 6 months . Ive called constantly to ask for completion in the form of repair or compensation. They tell me over and over they are sending someone out. It doesnt happen. There is no customer **********************. Only customer retention. They convince you to wait. I signed up for the service and been patient because I live in a rural area. Im just taken advantage of. Im paying $75 monthly plus $100 for parts and service in advance but received no help. I do my part but its breach of contract on their part. This company should not be allowed to operate in my area. They refuse to allow me to speak to anyone who has the power to help me with compensation for my issue. They dont care. They just take your money. Its difficult to impossible to reach a real person. Its all automated. I want my $100 returned. There ought to be a class action suit against this non company. This is the worst experience Ive ever encountered with any so called service company in my lifetime. Dont fall for this ****.

This company misled me when I purchased a contract from them. The took my subscription payment and one other payment from.a company called, MEPCO and then canceled my contract for lack.of payment! No refunds were made and NO services rendered. AVOID these people at all COSTS! They don't appear to be the kind of people that can be trusted. Good business has sensitivity and conviction, these people don't seem to understand what that means. The rating of "ONE star" was only used because the BBB doesn't have a "ZERO" star rating... ;(

Contacted Cinch 1/13/2025 about our pool pump being broken. The **** first response was to lie to me and tell me that pool and spa wasn't covered in my coverage. I immediately called her out for her dishonesty and pointed out that I pay $240 extra on my policy for pool coverage. She quickly backpedaled after she realized that I wouldn't fall for the "instant denial" scam. She then informed me that she would try and find a service provider in our area and disconnected the call. The following day, we were told that Cinch couldn't locate any pool ***air providers and that we'd have to find our own. This was a headache because none of the providers want to deal with the ridiculousness of the paperwork that Cinch requires. We finally found someone willing to fill out the paperwork and do the extra visits necessary. We submitted all the paperwork on February 17th. I called Cinch to confirm that they had received the paperwork. They said that they did and that they would respond within a few days. Well, TWO WEEKS later, we received an email stating that the documents were not filled out to Cinch's satisfaction and that we'd have to re-submit. We then had to go back to the pool ***air company and request them to re-issue their documents (Can anyone guess why Cinch can't find providers who want to work with them?). We resubmitted the documents on March 5th. It's now March 7th. I called and spoke to another *** *** who stated that the documents had only just been downloaded with the Supporting Documents team and no one from the Authorization team will even look at them before next week. I stated that I didn't want another 2 week wait like last time, and he basically told me that there's nothing he can do to speed up the process. I'm stuck waiting for another ridiculously long time for nothing. I can't believe how slow and useless this process is.
