      I had an account with Total Home Protection. Only had 1 claim in the years with them. They handled it great. Several years ago Cinch bought them out and I stayed thinking it would be the same. Boy was I wrong. I recently had 2 claims within a month. First my washer went then 2 weeks later my refrigerator died. Neither of these were handled well at all. 2 months to get my washer fixed and still no refrigerator! I call they say they will escalate my claim, a refrigerator is a priority, blah blah. Bottom line is I haven't had a refrigerator going on 3 months. And these people have been taking my money for about 10 years! That 24 to 48 hour c*** in my contract is baloney! And they cover saying they are not responsible for delays in service. Isn't that their job? Service?

      Been with these clowns for a while, started when they were TotalProtect. latest... dishwasher dies, file claim, paid $135 !!!!!!! deductible. tech came out 4 days later, , determined issue. advise they would communicate with Cinch, order parts then call me to schedule repair. that was over 5 weeks ago. Cinch says they apologize for delay and that quality service is their mission. i called the local tech. they had no record of me !!!!!!! called cinch, cancelled claim, and wanted refund of the $135. said since the tech came out, they could not refund as that was for the service call. all involved are crooks. cancelled the cinch warranty, and they advised a partial month charge , approx $6.00 was due and they would send a final bill for this amount. i have filed complaint against local tech *** and have disputed the $135 charge on my credit card. RUN from these con artists

      Paid for a service to protect my washer/dryer. They came out said it would be more to fix than repair the washer. Offered a buy out - I took it (the washer they offered was FAR inferior than the one I had). That was 9/21/22. They authorized the buyout the following day 9/22/22 and said they would send a check. I have called their Customer ********************** (in ****** - you can imagine) and they have now on 3 (different occasions said the check was being send. Today telling me it was sent "yesterday" 10/27/22.I think this program - ***** HOME WARRANTY is worthless. I've paid for a service PLUS the deductible and NOTHING. The charge for my new washer has already come in and I've had to pay for it while they STILL have my nearly $900. I guess they expect they will wear me/us all out who are waiting for them to comply with their own program.

      I have had problems with my Kitchen Aide reef/Ref since Dec 23, 2021z Yesterday I was told that they could not find the part!!They offered me $1,000. For a built-in Stainless Freezer/Refrigerator. On my contract I have it lead me to believe it would cover Aggregate Annual Claim up to $50,000. This has been going on since 2021 & its 2022. I am a 73 year old widow and purchased this Insurance for Appliances because I knew it would be hard to have to come up with this amount of money. Please older people take note!!!!***********************/*******, ** They want to send me out another contract , but I told **************** that I have my Warranty Contract in front of me that I took out in 2020 .

      4 months without a refrigerator. 6 visits by 2 tech companies and still no resolution. POOR follow up by the company with me after repeated requests for someone to return my call/messages. Total Protect is no longer the company they used to be. I have been a Customer most of the past 20 years. I have never been treated so badly by this company. Pricing has doubled for service calls and the service has gone the other way. There are other companies out there with a much better track record. BUYER BEWARE.

      I am a new customer with this home ********************************************* and have been very dissatisfied with the level of service. I took a claim out for my furnace and it has been nothing but headaches. I am getting the run around from both the warranty company and the vendor they hired to do the work. My appointment has now been rescheduled 4 times with no inquiry into my schedule or phone call notifying me. I also had customer ********************** bluntly lie to me when I have the original messages confirming my original service date. My call was to be escalated to a regional manager who was supposed to be assigned to help. This person was supposed to contact me and has yet to follow through (days ago). these companies are really quick to take your money but when it comes time to deliver on the work- no where to be seen or heard. No accountability, poor customer ********************** and all around terrible experience would lead me to never recommend this company to anyone I know.

      Pushing on 10 days with no heat in my home. I have been told this is Priority and a emergency by their team but still no progress. I am being told it could take up to 48 hours to process a email which I need to get a out of network technician to my home. I forgot to mention the company failed to find me a provider and had used the wrong information when originally creating my work order leading to longer delays from the start. Failures across the board with this company- GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE FOR YOUR HOME WARRANTY

      Three Months since our Range has had the gas shut off! They caused a gas leak while trying to replace one of many ordered parts. The counter top range fits over our drop in oven as a separate unit. One of the MANY (unscheduled) repairman damaged my oven so it shows and error code on the touch pad and doesn't respond to touch---not that it matters much since the gas is turned off. We were surprised by parts and people showing up on our doorstep at every interaction other than the initial repair appointment. When I called to find out who the repair company and person was Cinch had no information to give me. They had no record of any additional repair attempts. They had marked my range as repaired January 1 of 1970, yes 1970...31 years before my house was built. They now are offering a unit for replacement or a few hundred dollars to replace a unit that cost $1600 in ****. To top it off they still can't tell me who was in my home, unscheduled, with my teens to repair my range, but they say it is my responsibility to call them directly to repair the oven they broke. I am ready to call a lawyer at this point.

      Thus company is a scam. Twice this year I attempted to file a claim. In March my hot water heater feed line developed a leak. I called and the response was no vendors in my area They would check and call me back. Well, the water was coming into the house so I had to find a local plumber and pay myself. Today I called for fall heating check up which is provided free. Same answer: no vendors in your area. I also had two light fixtures needing to be repaired snd again: No vendors in your area. I asked to cancel my contract and receive a 3 year refund since the have no vendors in my area. I was refused. I want to cancel and receive a refund since they do not have the capacity to honor their contract.

      This company is a total scam! Not only did they say that a repair on our stove wasn't covered, they were audacious enough to make me pay $135 to send a repairman to tell me it wasn't covered! They either knew, or should have known, that the repair was not covered when I called the first time. This is the second issue that I've had with this sham of a company in a year, and to date I have paid premiums for 3 years and paid for 2 service calls only to have them cover nothing. They should be investigated by the ******* Attorney General.

      Terrible communication. Service technicians that came out to our house were awesome, but Cinch leaves you hanging once they have to order you a new unit for something. I have NO IDEA who "Sibi" is (and apparently can't log on or even set up an account on their website to find out). Had no explanation of who "Forward Air Final Mile" is. And somehow "Cross Country Home Services" is involved as well? Terrible customer **********************.
