      I would give 0 stars if I could! We are 3 weeks without a hot water heater. We contacted Cinch when the heater blew (we had a flood). They sent a provider to tell us what we already knew - we needed a replacement unit. It took TWO weeks to get the unit and have it installed. Except, it was FIRST SHIPPED TO THE WRONG PLACE, then we learned upon installation that they gave us a COMMERCIAL UNIT for a residence - did not work and tripped the fuse within 30 seconds. They blamed the electrical Pane. Paid another $150 to have an electrician come out and tell us what we already knew in 60 seconds. The report sent back was to replace the unit with a residential one. THEN, instead of replacing the unit, they sent a conversion kit. GUES WHAT - the conversion kit was the same wattage, lower Amps, which DID NOT SOLVE THE ISSUE. This is THREE weeks now without hot water. The service provider made a report stating that a NEW RESIDENTIAL unit is needed. I got a call today that it need to be diagnosed before they could do anything - BY THE SAME TECHNICIAN who reported that it does not work. THIS IS INSANE and its a ****. it may be another two weeks - if at all before we have this issue fixed. Not only this, but they raised my premium by $200 from last year.

      This company made me wait for 3 months and as of now, my appliance is not fix yet, we have contract that they going to fix my appliances or replace it. after 3 months, with 2 visits of the technicians they hired, said it was irreparable and recommended for replacement. I got tired of calling them back and forth and run around so I decided to cancel my contract and request for refund, they agree to cancel my contract but no refund and want me to pay for the remainder of the contract. Meaning i still owe them money. What a scum.

      I find this company to be a fraud I pay a monthly fee to have everything covered that is under my roof on top of that every time I call I pay $100 deductible fee I had an issue with garage door opener they could not find a service provider for me I was told to have my own service provider and I would be fully reimbursed only to find out after six months I will not be reimbursed what I have paid because they do not believe the garage door company charged the right amount I dont understand how that has anything to do with me as a consumer I was told to call my own provider I paid out of pocket after paying a monthly fee and a co-pay and $685 to have my garage door opener installed it is a well-known reputable Garage doorcompany I forward the invoice the cashed checks that I paid was told I paid too much money and they will not reimburse me like I said not only I pay the monthly fee I paid a deductible and I had to find my own provider and pulled out money out of pocket till this day was told you are out of luck horrible customer relation they barely speak English do not return phone calls I try calling back only to have the employees hang up the phone horrible to do business with I actually had six contracts was more than happy to pay a fee and cancel them all I would not recommend this company to anyone in this world horrible horrible company to do business with horrible customer relation and I find out the reason why they dont have too many providers is because they dont pay and thats exactly right they dont pay save your money do not use cinch home warranty or ***** home warranty they are one company it takes forever for them to get back to you only for them to tell you find your own provider and then not get reimbursed horrible company!!!!!!!

      DO NOT PURCHASE! TOTAL SCAM!!! We have had nothing but difficulty ... getting anything repaired is impossible and the subcontractors are scandalous. The subcontractor .. My Appliance Guy (************, **) cannot repair our stove, after six weeks, the contractor now claims that they were never at our house. We have a stove that has not worked for over six weeks and no one will take responsibility. I feel faulted by our realtor who recommended this scandalous company, Cinch, a company that is completely incompetent, and the subcontractor (Top Line) who Cinch has a tacit agreement with to ensure that no appliance is found in need of repair or replacement. The company, My Appliance Guy that came to repair our stove now claims there is no record of their being at home. The entire system is a sham!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

      Refrigerator died on 9.21.22, called ***** Home Warranty and was told the earliest someone could be out was 10.13.22 - 22 days later! I called back, stated the extended warranty indicated 24 hours. A technician came to house on 9.22.22. Compressor was shot, along with other issues; said probably not repairable, would turn in his report to *****. Have called repeatedly, have had a number to techs come out to replace various parts, refrigerator will work for a day or so, then the temperature inside would go up again. Today is 10.17.22 and a tech was out again, he will file a report to order new parts, which will take a week or so. Still no resolution. Called ***** again today and have been told they can't make a decision about replacing unit yet. We lost food at the beginning, and for the past ********************************************************** our bathtub. We cannot trust the refrigerator as temps are not consistent and have gone up to over 50 degrees at times!!! The warranty people and process have been the most frustrating thing we've ever encountered. The warranty states unit will be replaced if it can't be repaired - we should not have to be without a refrigerator for over a month before a decision is made! It's not like it's a washing machine and we can go to a laundromat while decisions are made. The temperature inside the refrigerator has become unsafe to use, and there is no guarantee that a repair next week will be any different than those already made. We have repeatedly asked to speak with a supervisor, but will not get transferred. Their canned response is, "I am so sorry for the frustration..." I asked today if it were THEIR mother experiencing an unreliable refrigerator, how would THEY feel about the way we've been treated. Of course all they can say is "they are sorry for your frustration". Reading others' reviews, we regret we ever paid for what seems to be a completely worthless warranty at this point.

      Uncle! I'm screaming this! We had a fresh water line leak outside of the house. When I called, ********* told me it was covered, took my $125.00 deductible info and told me they would call a plumber. After 48 hours of no water, I was told that they didn't have a plumber in our area and to go ahead and get one myself. They would then refund any charges with receipts and pictures sent to them. My plumber charged ****** to fix it and get my water back on. Very reasonable in my opinion. After submitting the needed documentation, Cinch responded that the charges were denied as the leak was outside of the foundation. My contract clearly states that the line is covered from the curb shutoff. They refunded the $125.00 and after much time, several emails and conversations on the phone, I have given up. And they charged $10.00 extra also refunded as a service charge. This isn't in any contract and I was never told this at any time! Hidden charge. Worthless non English speaking customer **********************. The accents were so heavy it was very difficult to understand what they were telling me. Totally a joke for a company. I will be canceling my agreement. Leaves me to wonder what they will charge for a cancellation fee. Can the BBB add negative stars?
