      I have been dealing with them since Sept 2022. we had a plumber come out and we provided all documentation and it is a 23 hour job and they said they would only pay for 4 hours. I called today to ask for a supervisor and was denied by the representative and he said that he was the case manager which is a lie. Every time you call them you get someone new. When asked for the information for their legal department they said I had to have an attorney to call and they would give the attorney the email. We are still waiting for these issues to be resolved. We have water in our crawl space and its causing a bubble in thr insulation.

      Total scam! They changed the technician's report to avoid having to replace my a/c unit. Very unethical. I also once had an a/c unit actively pouring water out and they said it would be 2 weeks to get a tech out. They are awful!

      Filed 4 claims in 2022. Two for leaky faucets, one for an over head light and one for A/C.They online site would accept the A/C request for repair, but they could not locate a repair person, so I got a window telling me to call a number which did the exact same thing. I never was able to contact a real person.Bottom line our of 4 repairs, they did only one. Hardly worth the cost of doing business and when you talk to the company, the company are powerless to do anything but give you excuses!!The biggest issue is actually getting to talk to someone, they keep lots of bots in line to prevent you from actually reaching an actual person.Do yourself a favor and find another warranty company.

      Our family is now on month 5 after submitting a warrantee request for our washer and it has yet to have been fixed.Stay away from Cinch at all costs.

      Several issues with this company. My oven and broiler did not work. I called Cinch. They did not have a contractor in our area and we were told to find our own. We did that. The technician came out to make the repairs. When we submitted the claim for payment we were hassled and Cinch did not want to pay the claim. After much hassle, they finally paid.Also had an emergency plumbing issue (sewage). We could not wait to go through the process of calling and scheduling service. We called a local company to make the needed repairs. Called Cinch to open a claim and were told we could not because we did not use their contractor. Great customer **********************. And the nerve to call us wanting to extend the warranty for another year. Question? Why would I do that? You couldn't help the first time. Why would this time be any different?We will take our chances and save the money to fix issues how we see fit! not worth it.

      Absolute worst company. Cost is $110 per claim but then they are impossible to get ahold of and claims take forever. I have a current pending services for an electrical issue and have been waiting for dispatch to approve using a provider of my choosing (small town). Cinch told me that even though I'm currently living with a serious fire hazard thst I just have to wait and there's nothing they can do to speed things up. Last time I had to wait for dispatch it took over a week. Would never recommend this company to anyone ever.

      This company is the ***** EVER!!!!!! A water pipe in the kitchen has been leaking for a week and a half. They have sent 2 plumbers for me to call so when I call them they both said they cant work on it. So I spend an hour on the phone trying to explain the problem and they still are trying to push the 2 plumbers who said they can not do the job! So they put me on hold for 15 minutes and they hung up on me. Still didn't get any where!!! If I didn't have to leave a star I wouldn't.

      I have been a ***** Home Warranty customer for over 3 years and previous ********************** requests have been handled successfully. While under the ***** Home Warranty umbrella, calls were handled timely and professionally. Not sure what happened but since Cinch Home Services took over it has been very frustrating dealing with Cinchs customer ************************* August 26, 2022 I opened a service request online for repair of my air conditioning unit which was not cooling. I was assigned a repair date of 9/8. Due to medical problems, I called Cinch and advised this date was unacceptable due to my heart problems and my husbands hospice situation. After several days of calling Cinch customer **********************, waiting on hold for hours, asking for supervisor intervention (which was denied), I was finally assigned a local contractor (On Point ************** to address my air conditioning concern. On Point arrived the same day and while the technician was at my home, I received a call from Cinch advising that the unit was going to be replaced.The next morning, I called Cinch to speak with the ************ to obtain a repair date. Once again, I was told it would be 9/8 and once again I advised this date was unacceptable due to medical issues. I was placed on hold again and later advised that the part had been ordered and the system was showing a 9/8 install date. I asked to speak with a supervisor or the person in claims who had notified me of the replacement and was once again placed on hold. When the representative returned to the call, I requested a credit buyout so that I could obtain the unit as soon as possible. Placed on a long hold again and was later advised that my request had been denied. Finally got a supervisor on the line and she stated the new unit had been ordered. Contractor advised unit was inferior to my existing unit and I paid to have comparable unit installed. Tried to get partial refund by contacting Corporate but no response from them.

      My first experience and it is following suit of the other complaints listed here. I called on 30-Sept. The appliance Tech showed up the next day. Took some readings for power to my oven and told me I had an electrical problem. Two days later an electrician came out to diagnose the problem. There was no power issue to the oven, he showed me that we had power to the terminal strip on the oven. have not heard anything for two days. Called customer ********************** and was told I had to wait until they heard from the electrician. Could be several days. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was given the "none are available" No way to contact the company directly and resolve this issue without dealing with incompetent customer ********************** reps
