      At the beginning of September out dishwasher started smoking so we called this joke of a company to get it fixed or replaced. The first company that came out would not work on it cause the label that has the model and serial number is missing. So they then sent out another company, which the service guy never showed up, and that company put in a diagnosis based off of what i told them on the phone without even looking at the dishwasher. Now the diagnosis they submitted stated that the data sticker with numbers were missing and they believe it is a blown heating element that had been recalled quiet a few years ago. So I had got an email from cinch stating they will not cover because it is due to a recalled item. On top of it all it was $210 just to get it looked at and they won't refund it even though it was not properly looked at. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!

      I am very displeased with this company; I'm **********, breathing machine mobile chair & depend on *** of this sort to look out for me. I had a monthly draft on my bank acct; & paid for to be done on 06/17/2022 (confo #******) to the tune of $135.00. Thought I were doing every thing correct on my part. When I call in they be talking about some company in 903 a/code. We were into a bunch of 100 degree ********* son sent over his A/C man it cost me about $650. I have the Inv. where to show where I spent $7,613.80 all together (replacing my floor included). My insurance pd about half of that.

      This service is a joke and the providers they send are scammers price gauging. Had plumbing issue they sent plumber out extreme plumbing, os never have come out they over charge said it would be **** to repair a sewer pipe that I got another plumber come out and fix for 50 dollars and they're customer ********************** if you can understand them are worthless. Sorry I ever got mixed up with this company

      TERRIBLE CUSTOMER **********************. No specialist in our area according to Cinch Home Services after 5 days of water heater leaking they told us to find our own plumber. We had a new water heater installed that day out of emergency necessity. We are $2100.00 plus the $135 deductible we paid when we filed the claim. No customer ********************** response to many attempts for resolution. Very unhappy No stars given. Had to in order to leave review.

      The company's process worked fine for a refrigerator repair in 2021. I was pleased with the service. This year, my ac went out on 8/17. I have been given the run-around ever since. Cinch said they would replace my unit and the parts had been delivered to the contractor, ************** who claims that a part (condenser) is still on back order as of 10/4/22. They promise to call back with updates - NO ONE has ever responded to my calls except the 10 different people I get each time I call. There is no accountability for when jobs are to be completed and no one cares! I am cancelling today!

      I wish I could leave a zero star rating. They promised to replace a broken HVAC unit and strung me along for a month waiting for approvals and claiming the service company was not providing them with correct information. Their customer ********************** reps are a bunch of morons only capable of reading off a script. Finally they said they could not replace the unit as if there are no HVAC's left in the world and offered me a check for a tenth of what it would cost to replace it. I was promised the check would go out in five days. A month has passed and I still have not received it. This company is a complete and total scam and should not be allowed to operate. I believe it's a subsidiary of Weichert Realty. They should be ashamed of themselves.

      Wish I would have come here and read these prior to purchasing coverage from them. Sent out an HVAC repair company who told use 30 year old unit needed to be replaced. Cinch calls me and tells me that **** company said there were no mechanical issues with the unit. They are an absolute scam, stay away!

      A total scam! Do not fall for their promises to cover items in your home. they collected the $200 service fee to come and look at our boiler. After assessing it needed to be replaced, they denied it stating it was a pre-existing condition. We had a home inspection report which stated the unit was old but that it was in working condition. After submitting the report, case manager *****************************, refused to speak with me on the phone. After numerous messages she finally called me back and her only reason for denial was my decision is final. Insanity! I asked for the appeal process and was told to contact their legal department who I could only contact if I had an attorney. Thank god I am a licensed attorney and hope I can try to recoup some of the costs after claiming breach of contract. Buyers BEWARE!!!!!

      Not a good company My dishwasher was bad. 3 technicians came and ordered parts. third one said there is bug damage although first two never mentioned it. They did not repair it and wanted to take the ordered parts back. He also forged my signature. i called Cinch multiple times and asked to speak to manager. they said manager will call me but never did. I repaired the dishwasher my self. I understand everything but forging signature is a crime Now I have another request for my Oven and still waiting for an appointment Also they did not repair My main unit AC saying coil is bad my plan number is ********

      I would not even give this company 1 star. Our most recent experience has been absolutely HORRIFIC! 1 year after having problems with our upstairs AC unit, CINCH has done nothing but collect premiums, charge deductibles, miss service calls, lie, refuse to respond to calls or letters, and restart the claims process from point zero when one of their service techs actually visits the property and acknowledges there is a warranty item that needs to be replaced. Meanwhile, they have continued to collect premiums, fixed nothing, our second floor ceiling collapsed because of the problem, and we've been without upstairs AC for over a year. THE INSURANCE COMMISSIONERS SHOULD BE INVESTIGATING THIS OUTFIT. If you are reading this and considering purchasing a warranty, consider yourself forewarned.
