      Absolutely terrible company and such a scam. You wait on hold for hours to get connected with incompetent agents and contractors that are not in you area or even in the **. Wasted time over the phone, wasted time with the techs they sent, just to get nothing resolved after a year.It is a SCAM.

      I think Cintch is a joke they are good at taking yr money but not providing you with the services . You can never get anyone to talk to and if you do you can not understand them!!! I will not ever give a single cent of my money to this company again. Sorry customer **********************

      To put it a nutshell, see me letter that was sent to the *** on Sunday night. as I am reading a few of the customers review I couldn't agree more same exact feelings and situation we encountered. It as if we no longer have any rights and saying when it comes to our money and satisfaction. What a shame and disgrace in the times we are living in. See my letter and Technician conversations.Good Evening *************** Hope my email finds you well, brief introduction was recommended by our wonderful realtor *********************** to utilize Cinch as our carrier for home warranty. We trusted his recommendation and accepted your company as stated. About two weeks ago our PTSD Vet informed us it was getting hotter in his room as well as our school aged kids. Take into consideration helping out my senior parents as well. As time went on the entire second floor including our room was getting hotter. Please bear in mind and kindly take into consideration we just fairly moved from out of state with only one source of income. Although I knew we had no choice financially, we called your office yesterday and were charged the initial fee of $175.00 right away.We were instructed a technician was assigned for the next day (sun), we reached out to him and were given a timeframe (*****am) . At 11:25am, my husband texted him to inquire about his status (please see attached correspondence with their conversations). At approximately 2:34 PM I sent him a text and felt my text was within the limits of cordial again (see our conversations). I'd like to apologize in advance for all of my lewd Reponses to him but please understand our frustration and anger. Nevertheless he was a total *****.Unfortunately, after contacting your office I pleaded with **** (id ****** for almost half hour to speak to a supervisor since he didn't see our work order in his system and I found I had to continuously repeat myself to him. He kept putting me on hold and finally stated his supervisor was not

      WARNING!!! WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Do not get a home warranty with this company. All they want to do is collet your monthly premium, and don't want to honor the contract. I had an air conditioning unit installed in 2017. Obviously, the company messed something up in my system, but it wasn't detected until a different technician/company came to replace the capacitor. That technician reported a possible problem I could have due to a missing limit switch, which he put on the service ticket. Cinch wants to claim I had someone work on my system, which until the capacitor went out, there was no reason for someone to work on my system, now wants to claim I need to contact the company who put in my air conditioning unit, because it should be under warranty with them. I told them, I pay you every month and my warranty is with you, which they acknowledged it was, but still won't honor. I'm going after legal action.

      I'm so frustrated with this company for not honoring their part of the agreement. My ** Refrigerator stop working in July of 2022. It would not keep items in the top nor the bottom cold. I called ***** and informed them of the problem; I pd the $75.00 service fee. The appointment was set up for a Tech to come and assess the problem. After the Tech looked over the fridge, he put in for a number of parts to be ordered. Another Tech came out to our home 2-3 weeks later to put the parts on. He then told us to give it **** hrs. for the refrigerator to start getting cold. That didnt happen. So we called *****/Cinch again, only for them to send another Tech out to fix it. Another Tech came out and put additional parts on, and told us to give it up to 24hrs to start getting cold. It didnt happen. We called *****/Cinch again to inform them that it still wasnt working (not getting cold) . They then said that they would send someone else out. I asked how many Tech's has to come out to fix something that's irreparable. All I got was we will send another Tech out to fix your fridge. I asked ***** / Cinch to honor their policy that stated if they cant fix it, they would replace it. Each time I have called *****/Cinch I have gotten someone whom I can barely understand or the connection is so terrible, that I have to hang up and try to call back. Not to mention the few times that I have been hung up on. I even called the Headquarters and got no results. This has been so frustrating and unacceptable not to mention the unprofessional way of how customers are treated. It has been made clear to me that *****/Cinch do not have any intentions of replacing my refrigerator. I could go on and on about how I have been treated as a customer, but I dont have the time to type all that I have experienced with this Warranty that *****/Cinch offers. I tell you do not use the company for anything. Its not worth it. I wish I could give it a 0 rating but 1 is the lowest.

      ************** The previous home warranty company was great been with them for 14 years and since this company took over this company absolutely sucks!!! They been jerking our chain since August on getting our refrigerator repaired or replaced for the service I been paying for I would not recommend this warranty company to anyone not even a enemy! And they keep jerking us around and doing finger pointing to between manufacture and them they are a total joke!!! ********************* I only left one star because I had to so this post would on file

      At the end of June 2022 when our microwave broke down I couldnt get hold of someone for more than a week to place the claim. **** I finally got someone on the line they set up An appointment they charge $100 for sending a technician. We knew about the charge but what we didnt know that after about 2 no show appointment the technician shows up and said theyll order the parts to repair it and well get it in August 5. After couple of weeks of receiving the parts we got an email letting us know that theyll issue a refund check or replace it. About three weeks after we received the replacement microwave but they supposedly couldnt install it cause it wasnt accessible for replacement. So they left and we had to pay someone else $140.00 to install it. We ended up spending $240 plus the monthly charges of $51.00. Almost $300 spent in this microwave! Not worth paying for this warranty! ?????

      I never leave reviews because quite frankly I dont have time; however, at this point, I will make the time. For those who appreciate great customer ********************** as the main reason for choosing a company, Cinch Home has to be at the bottom of the list. 1. In May, my refrigerator stopped working. For SIX weeks Cinch Home never called anyone to come and address the issue. Needless to say after 52 hours (yes, I kept track) on the phone w/Cinch Home and 14 weeks later, they finally sent me a check to replace my fridge. 2. My air conditioning went out in June. It was 100 degrees IN my house. Cinch Home told me every day that they were escalating my request. Again, FOUR weeks and 20 hours (on the phone w/ their customer *********************** later, I finally got an appointment for someone to service my air conditioning unit. 3. Two weeks ago on Sept. 12th, the ** went out again. Called Cinch Home and the representative tried to get me to pay the $110 deductible againwhen they were just out here in June. Ive called Cinch Home everyday to check status. It is now Sept. 24th and they have not yet dispatched anyone. The only company they found was not in service because the repairman had surgery and had not been released to go back to work. Cinch Home refused to pay for either of the two companies I found that would come out to my house. In fact, one Cinch Home representative said I would have to wait until the repairman was released from his surgery so Cinch Home could schedule him to repair my **. All Ive heard is that Cinch Home would get back to me in ***** hours. Two weeks later (***** degrees during the day) I still have not received ANY notification of a potential service call. I always thought that some of the excuses you hear like my dog ate my homework were make-believebut after dealing w/ Cinch Home, I have heard it all!!!The ONLY positive thing about all of this, is the fact that I did not pay for this home warranty - seller included it in the contract.

      This is possible the worst review I have ever had to make.Horrible. Not only did they blow my washer up due to the tech not putting it back together properly and it started to smoke. they kept drafting my account AFTER I CANCELED MANY TIMES. I cancelled after the incident, then I had to call in as they were still charging me then then cancelled over the phone and SENT ME A LETTER OF CONFIRMATION. See what they sent me in the photos. I thought it was all fine and ***** and wasn't watching the account as it is a biz account and had an accountant and they thought it was legit so it wasn't until this April I saw they were still taking it out and I called the bank as I couldnt figure out who to call as I was think it was search but after month going by and being on the road and not reconciling my account and not hearing back from the bank I again thought it was settled until I got the letter stating they could only give me a couple payments back. So, when I finally had some time to scour through documents and emails as I didn't think to label them, I found it. It is not ***** it is cinch home services. That is why I could not figure it out. I got into my account and sure enough. The **** thing was active after I was assured it was cancelled. I figured cancelled it again and sent all of it to the bank but and I found a number and just started hammering the zero key and got someone. They told me I didn't cancel it after I asked her for an email to send her what they originally sent me and got mad. I feel for the poor girl, but I left her with, I hope the person who did this gets cancer. That is my curse to those that didn't do their job. I only got the last 2 payments back and I guess they can take the rest and put it towards their future as I curse them with going out of business and I take none of it back. They didn't give me my money back and I am not taking this back. I ran out of characters so check yelpngoogle.

      Worst customer experience of my life. I told them multiple times that there should be 2 claims files when there was only 1, asked for it to be noted on my file, and now they won't cover me and are saying that I need to renew with them for the issue to be addressed. They additionally send the wrong service people for months to my home. Any excruciating mess. I feel sick thinking about this place.
