      Terrible service! Collected my $100 deductible July 28, still not resolved and can never speak to anyone that can make a decision. We've spent a lot of money since 2018 and this is a terrible way to treat your customers! If there are no providers close to me, *********** someone that will work with you!

      ***** has always been a great company until they turned their Appliance Warranty over to Cinch out of *************. Their primary language is NOT ************** try to talk over you after asking for your response. Never did get anyone to cancel my warranty after calling 4 times to request. Finally called my Bank to put a payment stop on this charge from reoccurring. No such thing as excellent customer ********************** since everything has been outsourced. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

      Total dissatisfaction, problems first arose when it took 3 weeks to a schedule a repair on our Kenmore front load washer. The tech was not able to repair it due to lack of parts. To make a long story short, 4 months later, we were given a replacement, which by the way went from a $1400 machine to a $750 one. The brand new GE washer stopped working in the middle of it first use! I called for a repair through Cinch who sent a tech and told us it was a loose wire. The washer then worked until last week (9/6/22), when I called for a repair immediately. The tech arrived and said he could probably fix it but it would be at an out of pocket price! When we asked why we were told the repair had not been scheduled under our warranty, even though I called the repair #. After 5 hours on the phone we were told that Cinch had never worked on our machine it was a GE tech. How did this happen? Every time we would call the ***** home warranty repair number, we were given 4-5 different phone numbers to contact for repairs, spending a minimum amount of 3 hours on the phone. We were told it would have to be repaired by GE, under their warranty! Needless to say, frustrated, I canceled ***** home services and was told I would be charged $150 and I had already renewed the warranty for another year! The original contract doesnt expire until 11/22/22 so how could I have renewed it! I did not sign anything. Cinch is wrongly using the reputable name of ***** to catch whom ever falls for a wolf in disguise. Dont make the mistake we did!!!! Its a scam!

      Remarkably similar experience to people below. Bought the contract through ***** which "covers any appliance in the home "Had repairman look at my Bosch Dishwasher said no problem after looking at it -will order parts needed and be back. Next day I received a call "parts too expensive won't cover it". What use is a warranty that covers NOTHING?? I called to cancel and was told it would cost me $150!!!!!! For what? RUN away if they offer a warranty to you!!

      I have had several appointments and my ice maker is still not working. I waited all day September 1 and they DIDNT SHOW UP. My next appointment is the end of the month. Horrible customer ********************** you never can speak to a human and they only communicate through text. I had an appointment for my microwave to be fixed today and the tech had the part on the truck. They wouldnt fix it because they wanted me to pay $ 200 and I have a home warranty and the manager wouldnt allow him to fix it. I dont have ice or a microwave working. This company is unprofessional and not its customer ********************** is subpar.

      Have used Cinch for a while but will be looking for a new company. Our microwave had arcing problems which they repaired. However occasional arcing and flashes still occurred. It did not repeat when service technician came so was unable to do anything. Recently it arced, flashed and burned a hole in the wall of the microwave and is not repairable. Because of the "structural" damage they would not cover even though it was caused by a mechanical failure. Worthless.

      Terrible customer **********************. First, they do whatever they can to prevent you from speaking with a live person, even though they claim to have agents available. Not true, I have consistently waited on hold for 15 minutes or more. I tried to claim a repair on my HVAC: first guy said he couldnt fix it (after a 6-hr wait) second guy wanted to fix the problem, but cinch said I have to wait ***** hours before they will give authorization to do the repair. I received this warranty with a house purchase, but I will NOT renew.

      I filed a claim 3 weeks ago and still nothing. No one calls me, no one follows up with me, no one seems to know what they are doing. They are very limited in the amount service providers they work with - at least for my area. If they can't do the job, they shouldn't offer the service or say we don't have coverage for the area so that I can find someone who will. I've filed complaints. I've filed claims with the company in the past with no issue but this experience has been so bad, I can't trust them for the services. As the reviews reflect. This isn't worth your time or money. They shouldn't collect the deductible until an actual service appointment has been set. I would give 0 stars if I could.

      Horrible service. Been waiting 3 months to get dishwasher fixed Cinch is the worst. Dont buy this.
