      We contacted Cinch Home Services on May 21,2022 about our air conditioning. They sent Accurate Air Conditioning and Heating Repair INC , as of August 10,2022 no communication about an ordered Evaporated Coil. Our multiple calls are not returned or we are hung up on. Please do NOT do business with Cinch Home Services and Accurate Air Conditioning and Heating. I need to leave a zero star rating

      I have paid this warranty for 30 years and so now to be treated this way at 81 years of age is unacceptable. MY contract says if they can't fix, then they would replace the system. They had two qualified registered HVAC contractors that they called, and had come out to check my system. Both agreed the entire system be replaced. I have in writing where they would replace both inside and out systems. Now they want to give me a flat amount of $800 and be done with me. This has been going on for a month with temperatures hitting above 90 every day with a heat index over a hundred. I have many cormobilities and at this point I fear for my mortality. They did agree to pay for a $200 bedroom only air conditioner. All of a sudden they want to only fix the inside part of my air conditioning system after the agent told me they would be replacing both the inside and outside part of my system. Remember, I have it in writing where the agent said the entire system would be replaced. Suddenly, it's a hands-off situation . I cannot stay with family because it would be impossible for me to enter their houses or to reside there because of the many steps. I cannot sit in my bedroom all day long as my bedroom has no sitting space. Keep in mind that I am 81 and one of my top Medical problems is congestive heart failure and the ability to breathe correctly. I feel like I have been sweet-talked and taking advantage of because of my age and conditions. I am definitely getting the runaround. After paying year after year for 30 years, I probably could have bought two complete systems with monies that I have paid them. I really need some help in getting this resolved.

      Only reason I gave 1 star is because it wouldnt let me put 0 stars. Worst warranty co ever. After moving in to my house in nov. we noticed at the beginning of summer we had water leaking from our ceiling. Called Cinch and filed a claim. After sending some one out 3 times to attempt to repair my a/c the tech discovered it has a cracked drain pan. The unit is over 25yo and the pan is no longer available and obsolete. So after sitting on hold for over an hour and a half I finally talked to a very rude lady who told me that my claim was canceled and I was mailed a check for the price of the pan. If the service company cant find the pan how am I going to be able to find it!! And no the water leak is causing my ceiling is falling in and starting to mold!!

      I have had Cinch come out to my home to repair my washing machine Five (5) times now.They send out ***** repairmen to no avail.I ask when they will replace as they advertise to no avail.I have asked Cinch management to call me to discuss and they still have not called me as of this day.I have waited on their customer ********************** line for 1 to 2 hours before they answer my calls.

      The worst customer service, unresponsive and just runs you around between Cinch and Sears repairs. I was on hold for 1.25 hours then hit 9 for a return call and never got one. Called again finally after 45 min got an agent who was not very good then gave me another number same thing 37 min on hold then transferred to another number and another 48 min hold. Presently I am on hold for48 min and it is now 5:13PM, I started this at 9AM. This is a follow up about installation for an AC unit that could not be repaired. I waited 2 weeks for the first repair which was unsuccessful. That meant no AC from July 24th till today. Now just getting the run around. This company is terrible.

      I have been a customer of ********************** for over 1 years. Every time I try to contact them it in and ordeal. The last time it took almost two months to have a claim on my washer completed. This time I'm trying to submit a claim on the ice maker in my refrigerator. So far, over the last two business days, I've been on hold for more than 4 hours. Yes, I tried to submit the claim online but it would not take the claim. They take your money but you can't contact them.

      I was charged for a service call and the refrigerator was never repaired. every time I tried calling Im on hold for a minimum of 1 hour and 30 minutes the longest hold I had was two hours and 20 minutes only to be transferred to someone else.DO NOT Purchase this PLAN This business is a scam

      I would give negative stars in possible. Last 3 repairs were not covered even though they should have been because they were normal wear and tear. I went to cancel policy and they wanted $500 to do so. Refused to put me in contact with a manager. Claimed I had over $3000 in repairs done when they hadnt repaired anything since the start of this years contract.

      Horrendous customer ********************** when trying to get claims support. One hour normal hold time to reach their call center. No way to appeal a claim decision or bad technician. Technicians vary in quality. Would not respond to our HVAC company who applied to be an approved service company under their warranty. Lied to me when I called to cancel the warranty after two yearstold me the warranty cant be cancelled at any time.

      Promise about replacing defective appliances is a big joke. I initially signed up with ***** Home Warranty on December 2019 and was told by the representative that an appliance would be replaced after two attempts determined that the appliance was unrepairable. In 2020, over 4 service calls were made to repair my double wall oven. In addition, twice I had to fork over $100 for the service calls and each time it was different technician. More service calls in 2021. Don't know when Cinch Warranty took over the plan but nothing has changed. After complaining to technician , I was finally informed in early January 2022 that oven would be replaced. After much insistence, I was given a delivery date of July 2022. That day has come and gone. The new delivery date is October 2022. I have paid the price of the replacement in premiums which the company has collected religiously every month. I am retired and don't have the extra cash to pay for this poor service. Now I have to continue paying the monthly premiums until I get my new oven. The company should refund me my money and the new unit to boot for their failure to fulfill their warranty plan contract obligations.
