      Less than zero is what they deserve! Cinch is horrible at best and their service is horrendous! Never process a reimbursement claim with them because they will do everything in their power not to reimburse you. They are useless, unprofessional and ******** have 3 to 4 hours or more daily to call them,you will never get anything resolved! I have had to stay up until 2a.m just to speak with someone. Their supervisors do not call back and their customer support emails are certainly a joke! Spending 4 hours daily to speak with a company and then u get cut off and they won't call back? Since they took over hms,everything went down with them. I definitely will be looking for another home warranty once my contract expires! They are the worst if the worst!

      I would give them zero stars if possible. This company is a subcontractor of American Home Shield AHS. on February 28, 2022 I reported to AHS that my clothes washer would not drain. after 8 visits over the next 3 months Astro Appliance was still attempting a repair. I finally gave up and paid another contractor out of pocket to make the repair I also cancelled my AHS contract when it expired in June 2022.

      Honestly would give them a zero if I could. First time in our new home and when we tried to use the oven it broke. Theyre claiming it as misuse and abuse and therefore denying our request for service with no grounds for this claim.

      Terrible company they make you wait on hold there responses are scripted I have been waiting a month to get my washer fixed and no one knows whats going on they keep putting me on hold 45 minutes at a time and then the next operator cant help either very poor business they need to be put out of business. And I still dont have a washer because they are not helpful. Just awful they do t even deserve a star but it would not let me not give them one.

      Cinch is one sorry company. I placed a call last evening regarding the freezer section of my refrigerator. Before filing the claim, they were quick to request payment. I have several frozen products which is spoiling while waiting on a service provider to call me to setup a time and day for service. Cinch stated they will not pay for my loss. I asked to speak to a SUPERVISOR and was told they would tell me the same thing. I would have to wait for the service provider to contact me. As far as customer ********************** is concerned they are **** poor and have outsourced these jobs. I had to reach out to the service provider myself to schedule a time. It's interesting how CInch will pay for some customers loss goods and not others. I guess it's their relatives they will take care of.

      Refund policy is a fraudulent delaying tactict their is no way a customer should have to wait 10 business days to have a reverse charge on their credit card. Filed a claim on my air condition unit paid the $150.00 deductible before I was given the company name, which said no one could come out for 7 days, canceled service. Called Cinch was told they would refund in 3-5 business days. Waited 6 business days, to find out order never processed now Im expected to wait 10 days for refund. If it was possible to give minus stars I would, highly frustrated and feeling helpless.

      Cinch Home Warranty Services needs to be put out of business for the shady practices that they provide. I called Cinch on July 20th 2022 to have a service provider come out and see what was going on with our central air unit. They sent me the service provider In Town HVAC Services *** out of ***** ******** and send a technician over an hour away to look at my central air unit. he proceeds to hook up his freon gauges to check the pressure of the system(R-22) in the system. He said it was at normal operating range. he then told me that the outside of the unit to be cleaned he said it would cost $100.00 and that this should help the system cool better this is not covered by Cinch. so mind you for that now at this point in time I'm now $260 deep in to trouble shooting the problem. as the technician is out in his van getting my **** for $100. i take a picture of his gauge measuring the pressure of the freon in the system it is reading at about 56 PSI on a humid day when the outside temp is about 75 at 9:30 am. he says it is fine. I pay the $100 and he goes on his way. i proceed to contact a friend of mine that does heating and air conditioning work. I tell him what is going on. he says that there is no was no way possible that the system can operate properly at that PSI. he said it should be at like 75PSI. he comes out and determines that the system is beyond its life (22 years) old. He said the the compressors for that unit are no longer made and that the freon is low about 3 - 6 pounds and cant guarantee that charging it will fix the problem. I decide that the only option is to replace the unit cause Cinch Home Warranty Services will not replace the system as they are to cheap and scam artists to pay out money to fix it. So $3400 later i have a new unit that is cooling my house properly and more efficiently than the old system ever would. I have been told by cinch that the technician said that the system was working properly. which i doubt they even talked to them,

      54 days and my dryer is still not fixed. I have been given several phone numbers but getting to a live person is impossible. Now my dishwasher has been out of service for 15 days and there is no expected ship date on the backordered parts. again, no communication from Cinch.Company techs seem to be pretty good but their support from Cinch is terrible. If you get warranty protection from any other company, it will be better than Cinch Home Services.**** B

      We are in our late 70s have been waiting since Saturday morning to have an air conditioner repair Monday afternoon they sent out a repairman that got the air conditioning working he left 10 minutes later the air conditioning is doing the same thing not working have been waiting 2 days for them to set up an appointment to have the air conditioning fixed very sorry response time very sorry in getting through to make a complaint and awful for getting a repairman out here
