      If zero stars were possible Id give that. All the contractors that have been sent to my home have been horrible and literally take weeks to get a response from. Customer ********************** is absolutely horrible. They are not a people friendly company. Do not recommend for home warranties at all.

      We had a similar negative experiences and agree that the CINCH service is terrible. We had our warranty under SEARS for several years but after the change to CINCH things changed. Among other things, they charged us in May 2022 for renewal which was 2 months prior to expiration in June 2022. In between that time I canceled the warranty because of poor service and then it took several months and phone calls (including the manager would call me back scam - no one ever call back) to finally get the reimbursement. When I first called to cancel, I was told that everything was good and I would be credited the annual fee (almost $600). A month later, this had not happened and the website showed the account to be still active. When I called, they had no record of my previous call - I had dates and notes for all the calls, but they claimed they had 'no record', even though they claim to 'record' all calls. I finally had to re-cancel through the online system while still on the phone with customer service  and now, August 2022 it appears that they finally reimbursed us. So besides that bad repair performance, their customer service is terrible.

      I am writing to you to express our TREMENDOUS APPRECIATION and GRATITUDE to Cinch Home Services, for OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER **********************. Earlier in the summer, our ** Condenser/Evaporator Coil needed replacing. Unfortunately, something happened and the part, for some reason, had NO tracking number, and there were delays. My wife has an upper respiratory condition, so being without ** is NOT good, especially with heat indexes in the triple digitsCinch Home Services came through with a fantastic expedited handling of our Service Request. The Customer ********************** Representatives really brought to life the real meaning and expectation of CINCH in CINCH HOMES SERVICESit was really a cinch getting the problem solved, and getting the ** working again. The Service Provider, **********************, here in **************, **, is an OUTSTANDING SERVICE PROVIDER with EXCELLENT CUSTOMER ********************** and WORKMANSHIP.       They are the worst, dont go near these people. They take your money and when anything breaks down, they look for every reason not to fix it. Pls stay away from them.

      I wish I had read the reviews. They left us without hot water for a week while they and the service provider did paperwork. Fed up, I called another company and they diagnosed and fixed it in 5 hours.

      I believe this to be a sham company and will be reporting it to the State attorney general's office. I have already contacted my credit card and placed all of the charges in dispute.I purchased a **************************** whole home warranty program in March 2022 for $69.99. additionally I paid $150 to add coverage of my well equipment and septic tank. In July when I needed to request service it turned out that they never answer their phone and when I tried to file the claim online, the online response was that they could not find a technician in my area and told me to call the 800 number. Well that's what I had done the first time and the 800 number never gets you to a human being to place the request.I finally found that the enrollment department does answer their phone so I canceled my service and requested a refund to which I was told I would need to request that via email. Of course however the email address which they provided is not a legitimate email address.I contacted the enrollment office again explaining this and again they gave me an email address and this time a phone number as well. Well it was no surprise to me that neither of those were legitimate the phone number was a non-working number and the email address again not a legitimate address.However I'm not worried because I have already filed claims for every payment I have made since March, I have documented everything well and in addition to getting my money back from my credit card I am going to file a complaint with the State attorney general's office. People like this should be shut down and go to jail in fact I may also file a complaint with my local police department's economic crimes division. I recommend anyone else who has been taken by this scam to do the same. I can't wait until someday I read that these people have been arrested, I feel certain that time will come

      I really cant say anything more than what others who have given a bad review have said. Save your money and stress level and precious time and find some trusted local providers of your own. This is the worst company around and should be avoided. I have 4 nightmare scenarios as well and spent my entire summer vacation trying to get work done in my house. I had their elite policy at over 70.00$ a month. I should have known better but being a busy parent and teacher thought a policy would be smart. I canceled the policy. Smartest move after bleeding money.

      Absolutely horrendous company! You pay every month and they literally cover nothing. Weve filed several claims over the years, and they always say the exact same thing as if following a script: Unfortunately, thats not normal wear and tear, so we cant cover it. F*** this company and anyone associated with it!

      My mother is 87 years old and her dryer has been broken since June 28th. They never came out to assess the problem but ordered parts and scheduled a repair on July 23rd. The parts arrived at her house around July 20th and they cancelled her repair on the same day. She was rescheduled for repair on August 2nd and was called this morning with another cancellation and reschedule for August 17. Her premium is paid and this is absolutely ridiculous!!!! This is elder abuse and theft.

      Stay away, you're better off having nothing. It's a scam there take your money and won't do nothing. Stay away it's a scam!!
