      This company is horrible, pure and simple. They are dedicated to avoiding their customers. And beware the dont wait on hold, well call you back routine. Its a trickwhen they call you back, the person who called will hang up on you. Do not use this company! Customer ********************** is nonexistent and the delays Ive experienced in getting things fixed are shameful.

      Do not use this company. They delivered a fridge replacement (finally) and it was not equal to the one that broke. No ice maker, door on backwards and worst of all the new one did not work. I spend an entire day on hold between GE and Cinch trying to get someone out to repair or replace it. I would give them a neg 1 star if that were an option. BUYER BEWARE!

      I had Air conditioner problem and called for the service on July 8 2022. Get assigned service partner but service partner will not take a look until 5 days later. Every time you call it is 1 to 2 hours or get hang up and start all over again. Called and on hold for 70minutes and then got hang up is normal. I started calling Cinch at 12am and got thru and managed to assign to Snow Frosty in ******. Well the nightmare started when parts never send to *********** (service partner). Called every other day and finally got the condenser on July 20 2022 but no AC Coils parts. Called every other day again to escalate the ticket and told the part ac coil is sent. Called again July 29 2022 and was told it is backorder. Request to let service partner get parts themselves but not approve. How long I have to wait for AC coil? I have to pay tenant to stay in the hotel especially over 110 F degree heat and ****** Law. Need compensation for hotel and repair air conditioner asap.. CINCH HOME SERVICE is a nightmare.

      This company is a scam and will steal your money (**********/*************** area). If I could give it zero stars I would. I purchased Cinch home services and regularly paid my monthly fees. Then a problem arose with my air conditioning. Being summer in South *******, as you can imagine, it was a big deal to not have a working **. I called Cinch Home Services. Firstly, it's almost impossible to speak to an actual human. I called and called and called and often no one answered the phone. Eventually, I was able to schedule a visit with a repairman through the Cinch website. Someone came and basically said they weren't sure what was wrong but that there were a few possibilities. They tinkered around a bit and said the problem should be fixed. It wasn't. I ended up having Cinch's repair teams come out FOUR different times. And every time they came, each repairman had a different explanation for what was wrong with my machine, but never really did anything to fix it. Also worth noting is that there were several times I scheduled a visist and NO one showed up. At the final visit, the repairman told me that the problem with the ** was due to the way it was originally installed, and that because Cinch didn't install the ** themselves, they wouldn't fix it. First, who even knows if that is the real issue here, given I've gotten a different response from every repairman. Second, what is the purpose of having the Cinch insurance if they actually won't fix anything because "someone else installed it." And to make matters worse, I've now been saddled with a large **** because I decdied to cancel my service with Cinch, as they did absolutely nothing, also CHARGING me for the visits where they did nothing. Avoid them. They are liars, will jerk you around, and then do absolutely nothing. Who knows if they even made my machine worse! It started making crazy noises AFTER their first visit and attempts to fix!

      We recently closed on our new house on June 23, 2022. We moved in on June 24, 2022. Our air condition stopped working on the evening of June 25, 2022. We called a local air conditioning company to repair the system (Due to temperatures being over 100 degrees). We attempted to contact Cinch on the following Monday, with over a one hour wait (no answer). We then attempted to go online and file a claim. When you get to the part where it says searching for a provider, it comes back and says there is no provider for your area and to call the number listed. Once again I waited over an hour with no answer. So a couple of weeks go by, and we have a plumbing issue. Once again we try to file a claim on their website. Again the answer comes back with no provider for your area and to call the number. By going to BBB.org I was able to find a different number and was able to speak with someone. I was told that we were not going to be reimbursed because we went out of their providers. The customer ********************** is probably the worst I've ever dealt with. We will be cancelling our service with them.

      WORST company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Don't waste your time. They are con artist. They take your money and don't cover hardly anything on their plans. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache. Horrible Customer **********************!

      **********************. Apparently Sear Home Warranty sold the warranties to Cinch. I have this policy for years. When Cinch took over, this policy has become a nightmare. You can neve talk to a live person. When you call the many phone numbers that they have, the electronic voice informs you that they have a huge volume of calls, and press "9" to have some call you back. When you press "9", the individual that calls you back is always from another country, and does not speak clear english. They pretend that they are finding a contractor get your job completed, but that never happens. I have been waiting for Cinch to get a contractor to my home to get my washing machine fixed for 4 weeks. A contractor came, who was from another country, did not speak english, and when he saw that I had a tasked washing machine, he said I need to call Cinch and tell them to send you another contractor, because my neck hurts. He never contacted Cinch, and Cinch still to this day has not sent anyone to my home to fix this washing machine, This is a scam. and I will ceasing the monthly deductions from my account immediately.

      Worst company we've dealt with. Been without a kitchen sink for nearly 2 weeks. They denied our claim saying its not covered when it's clearly in black and white that it is. Can't ever get a person on the phone. Wait time over a hour and then they hang up. Absolutely a joke!

      Attorney Reviewed - Buyer Beware: this company has a modus operandi of selling policies for services to which they do not have any service providers to send to you. Meaning, that they cannot knowingly fulfill the terms of the contract. It is written such that most remedies/decisions are at their "sole discretion". Do your research and read these reviews. It happened to me and I met with an attorney. The worst news is their contract also protects them from any significant litigation: Section VIII of the Cinch Agreement prohibits class actions and requires all claims be made in a small claims court (see attached photo of their contract). So if you choose to enter into a contract with this company, you've got no protection or ability to hold them accountable for their failure to provide the services in the contract, other than trying to take them through Small Claims Court. Also, beware of realtors that offer you this policy.
