I placed an order online for a piece of furniture that was shipped with their in house carrier. Im away on military orders so the delivery would be received by my spouse. The item was never delivered and someone signed a fake version of my signature in the tracking as if I was there. The first time I suffered through a robo tree to get help I was told a new one would be sent. It never was. I called back, and was told I could be refunded and buy a new one - but the price had gone up. I talked to another person who said Id be refunded, and placed a new order at the correct price with a small discount to make amends. They were supposed to use a different carrier to send it. That one did arrive, but then Office Depot cancelled the refund for the first one again, so I had to contact them again about it. Now theyre supposed to refund me again, and we will see if I have to deal with them a fourth time, which is a time consuming nightmare because you cant get ahold of them and then its just some poor outsourced call center worker anyway. I will never ever do business with this company again, and Im shocked a major retailer does business this way.Office Depot, Inc.

They signed me up to a business account without me doing anything last night. I tried calling and all I got was a really frustrating automatic voice recording that ultimately hung up on me and would not put me through to a representative. So I tried texting and doing a live chat but received this message back Due to increased volume, we are experiencing wait times that are much longer than usual. Please try our website or app for self service. However, I could not resolve this issue by myself because I couldnt log into my account to cancel the membership because I dont have an account with them!Anyway, I received an email this morning apologising and telling me that it was done in error so everything is fixed now. However, I wanted to share this because it was a terrible experience and a scary one thinking that such a big business can make such mistakes with the information possess on me. Thank you.Office Depot, Inc.

1 starOffice Depot fraudulently signed me up for a 'free trial' membership tier of business select that I did not sign up for, one that, when the free trial that I did not sign up for is completed, will begin charging me $49 to my credit card that is in their system for previous purchases. Either their data was compromised (which deserves below a 1/5 star if they're not taking care of customer data), or they're fraudulently signing customers up for services they have not signed up for. Will be deleting my account and requiring my personal data be deleted. If I'm charged, I will be immediately reporting fraud.Review fromKamala P

I bought - Brother HL-L3270 CDW printer at Office Depot. Disappointed with the printer. am able to connect to my laptop, The parts are so bad that they break easily. I did not use the printer for a longtime as I was out of town. Unfortunately. I missed the warrantee period. Horrible printer and I might have wasted more than 5 days trying to make it work. Online help is not useful at all. Totally frustrated with the whole experience.Office Depot, Inc.

Ordered a desk and chair from local Office Depot in ********, **. They were scheduled to be delivered on Wednesday, the 17th between 830 and 530. The delivery guy arrives at the house about 130. Looks in the back, and says they forgot to put the desk on. He said it will be delivered on Thursday. He shows up about the same time, looks in the back and sees it isn't there, and drives away. Does not say anything. The chair arrives Wednesday night around 630. Friday morning, the crew arrives to assemble the chair and desk. Still no desk. They call the delivery people and say the desk will be delivered that day. It is not. Saturday, I call and talk to the people at the store I bought it from. They say that they will expedite the delivery, which was delayed coming from ******, because of the weather. Tuesday morning, I get a call from Office Depot. They now claim the desk was delivered Wednesday morning and they considered the order complete. I call Office Depot to complain. They refund my money for the desk (which I have to wait 5 to 10 business days to get), but I will need to call the assembly company to get my money back for the assembly that was never needed. WARNING: Never buy office furniture from Office Depot. We will end up buying from a local office furniture store with the item already assembled.Office Depot, Inc.

Firm adds a concealed $9.95 fee for ‘small order handling. My $26.00 order showed as a $36.00 charge on my emailed invoice. I called immediate but was told ‘too late to cancel’. Very sneaky! Also expected delivery was quoted as 2 months out. !Office Depot, Inc.

aOffice Depot has bottomed out. I will never order from them again. I don't know owns Office Depot or runs the company now, but service has DEFINETLY declined.I have a place a download for which I have not been able to download, and went back to try to download again on 12.31.23 and now have been for trying to download. The download never opened and now have been charged 4 times. Called, was put on hold yesterday and finally hung up becuase I didnt hours to wait, because they dont want to hire enough employees to answer the phones. Plus, it goes to a foreign country which gets all of my information. Great security. I been overcharged without ever being able to find the download or open it. I am confident I am not the only customer dealing with order issues, however, I am the one posting about it.Office Depot has changed for the worse, and sad day in America. I ordered a download in November that will NOT open. Have now been charged for it again with Have called the ***** number only to be put on a long hold and have to go thru gymnastics to try to get the charged refunded. This trully has been a nightmare. I WILL NOT ever buy a download from Office Depot, or maybe online with thenm, at all again.Office Depot, Inc.

Paid 300 dollars worth of a shredding service through Office Depot. Its been over a week. The third party, Iron Mountain has never heard of **. They have NO order nor any request from us. If i dare call Office Depot customer service, they just say another team member will call you back within 24 to 48 hours. The whole business is a scam. They stole our money and now place blame on a third party vendor. I am absolutely astonished by their unprofessionalism.Office Depot, Inc.

Ordered an office chair online - $509 Reasonable delivery time via UPS During assembly, found arms would not line up due to a manufacturing defect Called customer service and after waiting 55 minutes, gave up and used live chat Live chat stated I was #1 in the queue That translated into an 18 minute delay for a rep to reply Rep stated he was unable to assist, but would forward my issue to 'higher ups' Next day received email from a 'higher up' asking for details which I provided Absolutely nothing since then, so now, 5 days later, it appears I'm on my own Don't expect Office Depot or Veyer, LLC, to stand behind their productsOffice Depot, Inc.

Purchased an item at the store. It had to be ordered. Spent better then 3 weeks on the product and it never was delivered. Paid cash for the product at the store. Went back to the store to get my money back since product was never delivered. The store cashier that handled my situation had bad manners. Store gave me a Return Card withamount of purchase. I told them that I did not want to do business with Office Depot due to the way I was badly treated and demand my money since I had paid with cash in the first place. the cashier just walked away and left me with a useless Return Card. I would advice against doing business with this business.Office Depot, Inc.
