I purchased a desk from this company online they didnt have it in stock they said I wasnt charged I look on my bank statement and I have been charged I called to see what the problem was but every representative for the company keeps hanging up the phone on me they all have different stories to where my money is they are rude and very disrespectfulOffice Depot, Inc.

I just had the most horrible experience. I ordered a printer from Office Depot and for creating an account they gave me a 30% coupon. All through the ordering experience I was told free ground shipping. First of all there is no way to use more than one gift card to purchase anything online in one transaction (you would think that the technology we have we would be able to do that). I had to switch the payment mode and it finally took my card. Then lo and behold, I was given a $79.99 discount to which they added a shipping fee of $79.99. Some discount! This was my first time shopping at this store and I will never give Home Depot another red cent of my hard earned money.Office Depot, Inc.

If I could give them a negative score I would. Don't buy from Office Depot Online- buyers beware! Ordered a sofa bed, they told me it shipped and took my money. After a week of no delivery and no further communications, took me 2 hours on the phone with 4 different agents to find out where it was. It was finally delivered, damaged by a fork truck. They would only offer me a $90 (15%) refund, which I didn't feel sufficient given that it needs immediate repair and the warranty would be voided. It has now been sitting in my driveway packaged for return for another week, twice they have promised pick-up and given me tracking/confirmation numbers, and blown me off. Last email said they couldn't find any prior communication with me. It's clear they want to claim I never responded, so they don't have to pick up the return and refund my money. This has been dragging on for a full month. New lows in customer disservice!!!Office Depot, Inc.

Use of Self Copy Machine in their store. Scanned documents containing 12 pages and receipt shows actual charges were $7.13 However, reviewing my checking account this morning shows Office Depot charged my account $12.13, Not $7.13 for which I have a receipt. It's easy enough to blame this on AI or a Software Problem, but problem needs to be fixed. This can cause others who have low bank balances to be charged an overdraft fee. Since there is a delay in Office Depot, or whoever owns this machine, to refund the difference to correct the actual charge, its Farudulant to charge customers more than what the actual charge is, regardless of any notation or posting posted on the machine. CORRECT THE PROBLEM!Office Depot, Inc.

I ordered computer desk from office Depot on 11/22. Customer service was terrible. The delivery was scheduled for 11/28. This day came and went. Then the next one. Today is already 12/01 - 3 days later and no item arrived. When I call customer service they tell me the same thing every time : the item will be delivered today. This happened already 3 times. I have been trying to get in touch with Office Depot Business Service Division for months. To no avail. I am trying to get in touch with someone in the HR department. I received something from Social Security telling me I need to talk with someone in the HR Department. I verified that it is a legitimate letter. I worked for Office Depot for 10 years in the Business Service Division. I worked in Jax. Fl. and in Marlborough MA. I don't understand why it is nearly impossible to get in touch with someone in Headquarters. Any help would be appreciated. An email or a legitimate phone number. Thank you.Office Depot, Inc.

Office Depot uses a third party delivery service (*****). My order was out for delivery last week 10/4, no show, 10/5 truck broke down, 10/6 no show, 10/9 driver stated that the building was closed ( I live in a townhome) no one showed up. Lets see how it goes today. Office Depot may want to ******* their partnership with this company (*****). As for myself, I will no longer be ordering from Office Depot.Office Depot, Inc.

I purchased a chair from Office Depot on line and it got sent to my last address which I left two years ago. I paid for it through PayPal and I think they made the address error. I was remiss in not checking the confirmation email. I tried to stop the delivery made by *** *********************** but was told it was too late. I then contacted Office Depot customer and have spoken to six of their reps.with al least 3 to 4 day in between, the last was a supervisor.. The first rep stated that she would turn it over to the resolution team and they are good had resolving complaints, Twice I was told and given dates that the item would be picked up. *** screwed up the first attempt by the driver walking past the package and placing the shipping label on the front door. All the Office Depot reps gave me the same story that it was turned over to the resolution team and they would contact me in48 hours, never heard from them. I finally got an email from a contract employee stating "This is to inform you that the item will be picked up by an Office Depot driver on Monday, September 25, 2023 08:30 AM - 05:00 PM. Please note that the credit in the amount of $191.56, will be reflected in your account in the next 2-3 business days once the item/order has been returned to our warehouse. . You may also use this # to check on the status of the credit once the item is returned. This did not happen and I have emailed the sender of this email twice with no reply. I still have not receive a refund. Never again.Office Depot, Inc.

My husband and I went in store to use ***** drop off counter in our local one. It was never picked up by *****. Never once scanned. I am out 600$ due to this. (It was a trade in phone for ******** I literally called two days after drop off to find out why it hadn't been scanned. Was belittled for asking. Called the following week still no scan, was called nasty names and treated horribly. Told it was just gone and there was nothing no one could do. I am so frustrated. I was robbed.
