Good evening, I am Garenth L*******. I am writing to you today because I was mistreated, disrespected and cheated and totally dissatisfied with the low quality service from your staff. My flash drive, which has my teaching resources, data and sensitive information, has been stolen by the printing manager. The floor manager on duty, Katie, was made aware of the situation. I also want to inform the Store Manager, Sabrina, about the issue, but was given the runaround. With that being said, I am requesting the printing manager be fired for stealing customer's property, violating the Business Code of Ethics, and not being a man of his word. Also, I want my printing job redone correctly as soon as possible. I had a printing job done, a project-Students Tracking Progress in Excel. I was told to bring it in a flash drive, which I did. Also, I was told it would take days by the manager and would get a call when it's done. I never did. I decided to call and came there two days after. The project was not to my satisfaction after I made it clear the way I wanted it. It was such a waste of time. prior to coming to this location, I went to the Delray location, but was told the printer was not working. Came to this one, and was told it's after 2:00 that I would have to leave the flash drive and would get a call when the order is ready, which I never did. Now when I called and decided to come for my printing project, it was a mess. I asked for a refund and asked for my flash drive so I could take it somewhere else. He, the manager, could not find it, and gave me all the excuses in the world. I waited for hours, and was told to give them 24hrs to look for it. Two days later, **** called me and stated that they were unable to find the flash drive. When I started expressing my dissatisfaction regarding the matter, he hung up on me.Office Depot, Inc.

Poor customer service and we still dont have my daughters laptop that we paid for!Ordered laptop on 4/24/2023 in store to be shipped to store for pickup since it wasnt in stock in the store per salesman. Was told by salesman it should be in within 2-3 days. Received email delivery would be 5/1/2023! Still has not been delivered! I have spent 3+ hours via phone trying to get a resolution, both myself and an employee at the store trying to help me get resolution from store manager, customer service, and Veyer/*** tracking service have been told we dont know where the laptop is, we dont do exchanges (asking to exchange for an in stock laptop, and if we return, it will take 5-7 business days for money to return to your card. I have called the local store 4 separate days to check on laptop and today I called customer service (after I store employee called customer service and didnt get any help herself and was told no store actually carries that laptop in stock and has to be ordered) and asked to speak to a manager, on hold for about *************************** they hung up and no return call; I called again, explained my situation for the 4th time, requested a supervisor/manager and again on hold this time for over 30 minutes, then told technical issues trying to transfer to a manager. I asked for managers name and phone number; the customer service rep told me she didnt know and had to search for his name and that they dont have phone numbers. She finally finds his name, tells me then asks for my phone number (of which she had already verified for the order and Id repeated twice already for her to call me back if the call was dropped) manager calls me, I repeated same situation and once again told, I dont know where laptop is. I will contact *** and call you tomorrow. We dont do exchanges. So again, no help, no solution, and no laptop or money for the laptop!Office Depot, Inc.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY ON THE PLANET!!! I looked at a 'tech service subscription' on 3-23-2023 and that very $129.99 for that service AUTOMATICALLY appeared in my 'shopping cart'. When I noticed this, I IMMEDIATELY, attempted to empty my shopping cart - with NO success!!! There was a final button to 'check out' and I NEVER clicked on that button to purchase. Two days later, a pending charge hit my bank for the amount of $129.99. I immediately called my bank; and my bank immediately canceled my credit card. However, since this charge was under the process of 'pending' my bank was unable to stop this charge from going through. It gets worse... then Office Depot attempted to charge my account again and again. Office Depot put through two more charges on my account for an additional $129.99 TWICE !!! My bank stopped these last two charges going through because my card was completed canceled at that time. I have filed a formal complaint and dispute with my credit card dispute department and have called Office Depot daily since this happened 5 days ago. I still do NOT have my refund from Office Depot !!! And, any and all emails sent to Office Max are all 'undesirable' by outside emails(mine) are not delivered. Only internal/company emails can be sent to Office Depot. This company is corrupt and extremely unethical at it's core. Their website/account is also 'sneaky' and corrupt. I deleted my account permanently with this horrible company. I had a bad experience today with Office Depot, I called customer service (*******).I inquired about a package that was suppost to be delivered today. She ends up keeping me on hold for (1 hour!) when I was trying to get a supervisor. Giving me excuses saying its a 3rd party vendor. Which if OFFICE DEPOT is using this 3rd party vendor its not my concern as a customer. The package is ending up going to a different state, random address. If I didn't reach out to VEYER they were going to send my package to a random address. ***** chat then stated I am correct it was going to a wrong address by mistake from the shipper.When speaking to *****, they said they going to provide a refund for my order and reship it to my correct address. then a few minutes later they said they gave me a "credit" which is different than a "refund" so thats the other issue. He didn't know the difference between the wording (refund vs credit), so i agreed with the credit and proceed with getting my package to my correct address, then I had to waste another hour on the chat getting this sorted. Still hasn't been resolved while writing this post.I wouldn't order anything from OFFICE DEPOT, again or any service that uses VEYER. they are unprofessional and the customer service representative should be held accountable, they want to waste customers time and they are clueless at doing there jobs. (round 2) I just got a call from a ************************* Executive Customer Relations | **********************, as what I assumed they weren't going to do anything.. Refund policy is not valid. I tried to return two items. Only to be told software has already been activated.I was not told this during the purchase nor was I told when I bought my laptop I was signed up with subscriptions that would renew annually. Office Depot has been giving me the runaround since February the sixth 2023. I have spoken to five different representatives.Total ridiculous!Office Depot, Inc.

THEIR TECH WAS THE MOST CONDENSENDING AS WELL AS VERBALLY BELITTLING INDIVIDUAL I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED THAT WORKS FOR AND REPRESENTS A LARGE COMPANY.Now that I've explained that, my laptop is worse than it ever was. On 1/24/23, around 12:30pm I went to a Office Depot in *********, ** to have documents printed. While I stood next to the counter, across from the employee who assisted me while using "his" computer to print my documents out, a young woman came to the counter on my left side and spoke to a male employee from across the counter. This is embarrassing to be writing this, however, I heard the employee say something to the affect, "I like to finger her". The female african american young woman and male ******* employee were quiet, as I looked onto "my employee's" computer screen who had been helping me. I wanted to laugh, because it was difficult to remain calm and serious as they were both "eyeing"/ in tune to my possible response. I felt uncomfortable, I might have had a slight smile on my face. Then I asked a question to "my employee" about the computer screen tool he had been using. Then most likely what the "dirty" male ******* employee and female "aa" customer said, " She would enjoy it". That's the norm of what certain people say here in ********* (there is a "dirty" I'll mannered group from **********). I hope management disciplines the employee, since most likely he "wronged" me. FYI-A situation can happen in that...the "gypsies will...control him" and make him a "nervous ****" sooner or later. It was a dirty "snakey" experience.I do not think, Office Depot management wants their employees to be influenced by the "dirty ********** creatures" that stir on the streets of ********* ( my written records prove it). Hope he gets managed, to be more professional and or "written up".Office Depot, Inc.

On 1/7/23 I ordered a file cabinet online with delivery scheduled for 1/11/23. As of today, 1/18/23 I still do not have the file cabinet. It's impossible to reach a live customer service agent without being on hold for a minimum of 40 mins. The first women I reached, asked for all my contact info, order number, etc. She asked me to hold and then disconnected me. I presumed she would call back, but she didn't. I called again and reached ******. I told him about what happened, and he said they are not setup to make outbound calls. He told me he couldn't find any tracking details about my order. On 1/13/23 I tried using their chat function, which is also not customer friendly. I was told that shipping was "pending" and they couldn't tell me where the shipment was and would need to be turned over to their escalation team and I would be contacted in 24 hours. On 1/14/23 I reached back out because nobody contacted me, and I was told the escalation team doesn't work weekends. On 1/16/23 I received an email advising the cabinet would be delivered that day or 1/17/23 "at the latest between 8:30am to 5:00pm." Today is 1/18/23 and the file cabinet still has not been delivered. I have disputed the claim with my credit card company and provided them copies of all my interaction with this company. I'm hoping it's resolved quickly. I will never do business with this company again. They are horrible to do business with and I wish I could give them a 0 rating.Office Depot, Inc.

The Office Depot/Office Max charged me $47.29 for one pack of ***************/*** labels matte finish! This was on January 5, 2023 in ********** ** just off the I30 highway. This is highway robbery. Aver charges $23 for the same item. I would have bought from ***** direct but I had a timeline issue for a local Criminal Court Judge's retirement to make the *** of the ceremony. Stay away from Office Depot/Max. I"ve bought from them years ago and you had people inside buying supplies. The day I was there was only 1 other person and completely empty, and now you know why. I am reporting them to the ***** State Attorney Generals office for price gouging.Office Depot, Inc.
