Got charged $90 for the year service fee when I didn't want that. Called 4 different times to receive money back and cancel the membership. The first time I called was within 20 min of it happening and was told the charges would reverse but weren't. It went on from there over 2 wks of either being told they had no record of me calling and asking for refund p(phone record says otherwise) and being told to wait 3-5 bus. Days to get my money both verbally and by email and not receiving it. Called yesterday and got the same answer/email. Don't use the service, shut them down!Business Response

I used the service blindly and I did agree to a 95 cents 3-day trial. I did this on November 14th and on the 15th I called the cancel and also noticed a charge of $89.95 another in the amount of $46.95 and another charge for $9.95. I was told on the 15th via email that I would get a refund and three to five business days and today is December 5th and still no refund. I now have my bacon involved and they can't help me because no emails contained a confirmation number of my cancellation. I am getting the runaround no one to talk to in this company. Only a customer service rep that put you on hold to make you believe they're helping and then I keep getting disconnected. I did not have enough money to pay rent and received three overdraft fees of $29.95 each because of this company not providing me the credit that is owed to me. I'm extremely upset actually ****** off. I do not know who to turn to. I have no idea if this is even going to get to them, but the better business bureau needs to know that this company probably Has no intentions of giving me my refund of over $150 at this point. I am rejecting this response because: The information I got was not even accurate and it was for the $0.95 trial for 3 days. It's the way your site is set up. Your services are completely outdated I didn't find anything different from any other site that I looked at. In fact, other sites had more current information. If you look at what I searched you will see I didn't search. Who did I look up? What was the information? Your site says 30-day refund so I want all services refunded . With the company needs to understand is I couldn't pay rent. I was given a 3-day notice of eviction. My bank account has insufficient funds and I've had to borrow money because of them. I do not believe this company intended to even look into my refund until I made a complaint with the better Business bureau and dispute with my bank which I had to hound them. The stress this is caused me is insane. I am being treated for a severe anxiety disorder and all because fusion refund I couldn't pay rent because of your company. I have insufficient funds. Think about me as a human being living to paycheck to paycheck like the rest of this world. Not one person contacted me from to keep me in the loop if there was actually a refund going to be issued. There is no one to talk to in the company. There are no supervisors. The customer service ***** and I want my money back. Not one person ever contacted me. It was obvious email some customer service that always wound up to be the same person. Completely unprofessional and ignorant.

On November 16th I ordered a.95 trial subscription and cancelled the same evening, I was then charged for a month and a cancellation fee. I still havent received my monthly fee refund yet and it is December 5th. I am rejecting this response because: I found the trial by searching phone locator! And it never mentioned any additional charge. The service didn't even work, as the phone was in a misplaced vehicle of a friend. With nobody to accept the text message. The phone locator was the only thing I searched for and found your so called .95 cent 3 day trial! No mention of any additional fees unless I cancelled during the trial, $9.95! It's no wonder why your racket has an F rating with the BBB!You obviously know you were in the wrong because you told me that I would be refunded all my money!

I got four charges from this company:$59.85, $9.95, $9.95 and .$095. I told them that I didnt understand their charges and that their website stated that if the customer is unhappy with purchase they will gladly refund them. In August 5, 2022 they said Your refund request has been accepted. Our team is processing your refund now and you will see the funds in your bank account between 1-5 business days depending on your bank. Your subscription has also been canceled and you will not receive any further charges. I am rejecting this response because:I understand that I agreed to purchase the report because I clearly clicked on something but I was not aware of that, as stated on the email that I sent. You make your website link very confusing and deceiving. I also understand this was reviewed but I was clearly told that my refund request was accepted, and that included all the charges that were made. I dont feel that it is my fault that this wasnt reviewed from the very beginning and that I was not given this explanation back in August. Instead, I have been emailing and calling nonstop with no answers from anyone. Your calls are recorded so you can check and see that every time, someone told me that I was going to get my refund time after time and I never did. I was also told a supervisor would call me and no one ever did. I think that you need to follow through with you CLEARLY stating on that email that my refund was accepted and that I would be given a refund within 3-5 business days. My debit card was stolen from a person that I know. I have filed a police report against this person and because of this and other charges, this person is in jail. By the time I realized that the above person had opened the Click search account and 3 others, it was past 60 days which is my bank's policy. Otherwise they would have reimbursed all of this. In order for myself to be reimbursed, I started emailing and calling these 4 businesses. I sent them all including Click Search copies and screen shots from my bank of all transactions made. I was refunded by the other 3 companies no problem. Click Search was the first company to tell me that I was being issued a refund. I found out that one of their support people that would actually answer emails was a Bot. His picture was shown on the customer support email address that belonged to Clicksearch. I had been told by *****, the bot that my refund had been issued on October 28th, 2022. When I kept trying to email ***** and tell him that I never received it, I got no response at all. Apparently they got rid of the bot because all I get now is an automated response to all emails. I have called this business for almost 2 weeks now. I have spoken with several people in customer support that tell me I will have my refund within 24 hours. That is simply not true. They are no better than the robot. Once I saw all of these reviews for this company, Click Search, they don't refund anybody. They are a terrible company to do business with and in my case, I didn't do any business with them at all. They took out a total of ***** out of my checking account. I have a new debit card and account and when I was talking to "Mavic" in customer service at **********************, he informed me that my refund was processed on October 28 and he would place a tracer on it because I had not received it. I started calling service/support because ***** quit answering any of my emails. The date of the transaction was 10/24/22, I first paid 0.95$ Witch I was okay with and then they started charging my card. Stop lying ....i have written documentation from your company stating i would be getting my refund in 1-3 business days ! On November 10th 2022 I conducted a search I agree to a 95 Cent charge and when getting the information agreed to the ************************************************************************************************************************************************* the amount of $43.63 and another one for $59.85 I immediately contacted the business and explain to them I only authorized the 95 cents and the 995 they told me that they would refund my money here it is the 29th I still have not gotten my money I've spoke with them five times on the phone four times through email have not gotten anywhere no refund no nothing they keep promising me I'll see it by this time I was promised within 24 hours I would see the refund just called this morning today I'm promised to see it at 5:00 p.m. back in my account they're frauding people that's not right charges are being charged without authorization **** is the main customer service rep that answers the phone every time same person I've spoke with all five times same promise dead end promises I still have no refund I'm out of this money I was not authorized to be taken out and I expected to have to pay bills this is really put a damper on it my financial situationBusiness Response

On November 5th I used click search service for a .95 cent trial. Within hours I was prematurely charged for the service totaling just under $100. I immediately called and was told that they cancelled my service and a refund will be issued for the cost of $9.95. I accepted the charge so I can get most my money back. They said give it 3-5 days. Nothing was refunded I contacted again and was told sorry give it 3 more days, nothing again, contacted again and was told they put a trace on my refund and it will be there in 3 days again nothing happened. Now they tell me it has been sent to the refund supervisor for immediate release. Now they will not answer my emails or contact me.in any way still no refund. Upon searching I see that this is a common problem with this company and everyone is posting screenshots with the same employee name and word for word same emails I am getting. I feel as if I had money stolen straight from my bank account and nothing is being done to rectify this situation. I am rejecting this response because: according to your terms they state that I have the right to request a refund if I am unhappy with the service. Which I am. They also state you have the right to refuse a refund, however in my email I attached it states my your company "Your refund request has been accepted. I am rejecting this response because: for 1 I never received a PDF report they say cost $59 also there is the other charge of $49 that is being refused to be refunded with no explanation. According to ******* AG there is an ongoing investigation into these charges from multiple complaints

Attached is my bank statement out of the 4 charges I agreed to the .95 cent trial, and was forced to pay $9.95 cancellation fee for canceling during trial. They claim the $59 charge is for a PDF I never agreed to nor received. And have not given an explanation to the $43 charge.Business Response

After further review of your complaint, we were able to determine that you performed a phone search and was provided a notification that a detailed downloadable pdf report was available on the number searched that provided more information. You purchased the report for $59.85 and received the report via email. In addition, you were presented with the notification that the location of the device is available for an additional cost of $43.63. You agreed to it and purchase that report. You cancelled the subscription with the 3 day trial which is why the $9.95 cancellation fee was imposed. Per our terms of service/refund policy, you are not eligible for a refund as you agreed and purchased the pdf report. Your account has since been cancelled and no further billing will occur. I am rejecting this response because: As stated in your terms you have the right to accept or decline a refund. When I called the company and emailed I was granted a refund in writing because I was unhappy with the service. The only information I was given was the same my phones caller id shows. The service did not work, and was completely un aware of charges being charged. My email stats an apology and granting me a refund, yet now your telling me no. Which I do not accept.

I am rejecting this response because:these were not automated responses if you read the emails you can tell they are not automated, I was also *****ed a refund over the phone with a real person if you listen to your call logs you will hear them ***** my return. I get your in the business of scamming people's money I have seen the videos of your office online I'm just asking for my money back for a fake service that uses click bait to steal people's money. Please.
