    Although I think they should tell your there is a cancellation fee that is more than 10 times the price of signing up for a 3 day trial, there is nothing I can do about this. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    I had a fraudulent charge on my card for $100 from this company. I reached out SEPTEMBER 12, 2022 and they said they'd refund me. After about 15 emails and a month later I had no choice but to file a dispute with my bank. Unfortunately it got denied and I was told to reach out to this company again. Which I did, they keep saying they will refund me and someone will reach out to me over email. IT NEVER HAPPENS !!!! 2 MONTHS AND I HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED OR REFUNDED. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM SO PLEASEEEEE BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!

So how do you state that multiple times in several emails and now you dont want to give me the refund ? It WAS FRAUD BECAUSE IT WAS NOT ME. I also called yesterday and spoke to a rep and he said Id be refunded and contacted within 36 HOURS. I still havent received both.

    I used clicksearch once and continue to be charged and I don't know what the charges are for. It said I would only be charged $.95 cents but I was charged $43.63 on 11/19/22 and then $39.95 on 11/21/22. I just want my membership or whatever this is canceled because I'm not even using it.

    I purchased a $0.95 detailed phone search report. After purchasing, I noticed it charged the $0.95 as well as $59.85. Apparently this was a subscription which I did not want or sign up for. I called to cancel and get a refund. They said it would be cancelled and refunded. The same day I had a $9.95 cancelation fee. This all occurred on 10/22/2022. I have called and emailed; each time being told I should expect a refund (one time it was 3 days, another time they said 5, another they said up to *************** days/24 days total.

    On Oct.28,2022 I lost my iPhone so I got online and used click search to locate it.They said it was 95 cents to get the information so I did it and they told me the phone was located in *************,**** which is 22 miles away.Now I went outside to look just to be sure and it was on the sidewalk outside of my car it was dark so I didn't see it when I looked earlier.So naturally the information was incorrect but by this time they charged me *****.i never opened the email they sent because I never oked it and I had my phone so I asked for a refund for many reasons.then I got charged ***** on the next morning.They replied to my email and said I was approved for a refund that was how many days ago and I just keep getting the run around and no refund..

    Was charged in Sept 24th called to cancel subscription and request refund. Was told subscription was cancelled and would receive refund. On Oct 24th was charged again after subscription was supposed to be cancelled. Have called numerous times to be told billing department would contact me they never did. Sent several emails and called numerous times was told refund was issued it was not. Called Monday to be told I would receive both refunds that day. Now when I call today they put call on hold and are now refusing to answer. Can't access account to make sure my card info was removed

    This is my 5th request to receive a full refund. I purchased this by complete mistake. The totals are as follows: $89.85, $9.95. $86.87, $59.85, .95. Please refund the total amount of $247.47 immediately. Your website is incredibly misleading, I am a disabled veteran with a limited budget and these charges put my bank account in a negative balance. I need this resolved ASAP or I will be forced to contact the BBB. This charge occured on October 27, 2022. The website is terribly misleading and I was told I would get a refund within 1-3 days, then when I would contact again, the same thing was said, they I was told a trace had been put on it and I would have it in 3 days. That was two days ago. No refund and they have quit communicating with me;

    Good day!

    I can see that your refund was issued in our system. 

    I do not see any reason for the delay. Some banks take longer to receive funds than others.
    Please give it one more day or two, if you do not see the funds returned to your account by then, please give us a call and we will trace it through the banking system for you.

    In August I used their website for a search I paid their $0.95 for a 3-day trial I canceled the same day I got the trial and yet I was still charged more money I've got a ***** charge from them and also one for ****. I've called their customer support to let them know that the name they have on file is spelled incorrectly because they have my name spelled as Sur and not *** on top of it they've given me nothing but the runaround on refunding me my money they keep telling me oh it'll be there in three business days or it'll be there in seven business days and it's now November and this has been going on since August

    Ran a search for the advertised price of $0.95. However, when I clicked on the report, I saw that there were two additional charges of $9.95 and $59.85. I immediately initiated a cancel transaction per the terms of the website (cancellation within 24 hours), but my credit card was already charged. Since 10/3, I have been asking for a refund of the $9.95 and $59.85 without success. See email chain attached.

    I am rejecting this response because: I was not aware of additional charges of $9.95 and $58.95, as neither was clearly laid out in the initial search. I immediately cancelled my account when I saw the charges, and followed up with a message to your billing ***** I was immediately informed that I would receive a refund, per the email chains provided. Now you are telling me that you did an audit and refusing to refund me? Should an audit not have been completed immediately, instead of providing me confirmation that refund would be issued?! I refuse to accept that you made a mistake and you are penalizing me for your mistake!
