I was charged twice in the amount of ***** and once in the amount of .95 cents on 12/17/2022 for services that did not work or receive. I called customer service for a refund and to cancel services and they assured it was a system error and it would not happen again. My bank called due to suspicious activities and did a stop payment upon my request. On 12/19/2022 I was had four transactions from the company, one in the amount of .96 cents and three in the amount of ***** dollars. Iended ** in the negative because the cleared my account and i had to transfer from the little savings I have. I called them again and they provided the same information as last time that i will receive a refund. I would like a full refund.Business Response

Reviewing your complaint, I am able to see that you were charged $.95 for the trial period, you performed 3 phone searches, received the reports for each and then purchased report for the phone location for each number you searched. These detailed location reports are each $69.63 which is why you were billed 3x for each device. Please visit our terms of terms of service/refund policy to see that any detailed report performed and provided is non-refundable. On December the 8th 2022 I clicked on a deal to do a search for a person's information and when I clicked I clicked for a .95 cent Offer for a one time report so I purchased the report. I purchased the .95 cent report at 12:59 and I subsequently and very quickly Was charged $69.63 At 1 AM and then $89.85 At 1:01 AM and then At 12:40 PM the next day I received another charge for $9.95. I immediately contacted their customer service at 114 am Once I realized what was happening to find out if I can get my money back because they didn't have any right to take my money in the 1st place I wanted a 95 cent search and they said they were going to refund me and I have to waited the allotted period of time period I have waited beyond the time period I did not ask for this money to come out of my account I asked for a 95 cent report and I still haven't received my money back. I've called them several times and told them that I need my money back and they told me 24 hours 1 time and 3 to 5 business days another time and 3 to 7 business days the last time I talked to them so I'm well without that time limit and that's almost $200 thatbcame out of my account which means I couldn't buy groceries or go to the doctor like I need to all over a 95 cent report that Was not even correct they had all the information wrong.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:The statements are false I did not get any warning that I was going to be charged for a full report because I thought I bought a full report for 95 cents I didn't know see anywhere on there anything about charging me any extra monthly fees or anything. Why would somebody pay any kind of money for somebody's name and address most people have that information and it wasn't like it actually even put a proper anything on there because it wasn't even the person that I searched info because I know for a fact the number and the person who owns it. It is apparent after I looked up the company's name that they have a problem going around charging people for things that they weren't trying to get and refusing to pay people back but telling them they're going to. see there admission of guilt is in the fact that they were going to refund my money and then they didn't even refund any of it not any of it i had to call my bank and go through them and they gave me back part of it. So if they have this problem all over the Internet of people complaining about this and they admitted guilt by saying that we're gonna give me my money back in the 1st place and then leading me along and stringing me along and pulling me along some more, saying that they were putting a tracker on my refund after repeated contact with them about it. Then how can anybody believe that they're telling the truth about I knew there's no way I knew that.i was going to click on one person's information for .95 it is not worth a $100 especially when it's incorrect why would i go any further. It's reasonable to believe that I would not click on a $100 Payment when the 1st couple things I saw were incorrect I thought I paid for the whole report for 95 cents so I was entitled to that and clicked on the get my full report of course. Just to see that even more incorrect information was applied to this person's name and phone number. So I believe that their info is incorrect that that company is lying and that something should be done about it because it isnt right to go around falsely leading people to believe one thing and then just charging their account on another. And even besides all that of all the websites I have checked out none of them have charged me in early cancelation fee and I had to click this and do that before I even signed up for a free trial there's nothing to go in the free trial but I signed up for them I did not sign up for this but it was easy enough to click on the free trial and to cancel without being charged so they're trapping and tricking people with the way they're doing things so they'll have to pay the 995 they'll get to at least make $10 off of everybody even if they cancel after they Sneak in A charge for something somebody already thought they paid for. I can see it's insurance they get money no matter what even though they're cheating people. Also how would you explain a 95 cent charge which I accepted on purpose a $89 charge which they're saying I signed up for and then a $69 charge it's always in a few minutes of each other and I'm not in a few minutes within 2 minutes I had all those charges explain how you get 3 charges out of one and you're saying I signed up for 2. Clearly they're being deceptive. It is too easy to lieBut the facts show the truth. I did not see this message till today I don't know what's up with my email I've been having trouble so I'm gonna need some leniency on the time frame most likely

On 11/27/2022, I requested a refund and cancelation of the subscription. This was due to the fact that the information received in the report was completely inaccurate. On 11/28/2022, I received and email from ************ that the refund was accepted and that the team was processing the refund and it would be in my account in 1-5 business days. On 12/2/2022 I followed up as I had still not received the refund. I was then told to "Kindly allow 3-5 business days, and that Saturdays and Sundays didn't count". On 12/8/2022 I reached out AGAIN and stated it had been 9 Business days since the original email stating the refund would be received in 1-3 business days and it was the 5th business day since the last email of 3-5 business days and that it was still not received. On 12/8/2022 ************ followed up, apologizing for the delay and that the refund was issued and to allow 3-5 business days for the funds to clear. On 12/8/2022, I simply emailed back and asked when the refund was issued, and on 12/8/2022 ************ emailed back and said he was able to issue the refund today (12/8/2022). I called Click Search on 12/16/2022 as the refund had still not been issued (6th business day from 12/8/2022) and I was unable to get a clear answer and that they would send the request to the billing department, which when I asked to speak with someone in the billing department, I couldn't. I am rejecting this response because the information received was inaccurate. I was then told on 11/28/22 that my refund was being processed per an email from Mavic (request *****) at 13:35 EST and that I would receive it in 1-5 business days. On 12/2/2022 I reached out to Mavic requested and update as to when the refund would be received, and your employee ************ replied at 22:54 EST to "******* allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account. Saturdays and Sundays are excluded from business days." On 12/8/22 I followed up AGAIN and stated that it has been 9 business days since the original email stating the refund would be received in 1-3 business days and it was the 5th business day since the last email of 3-5 business days, etc. on 12/8/2022 at 12:16EST I received and email from your employee ************ with the following "Hello, I do apologize for the delay. Your refund has been issued, as requested. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to clear your account. Should you have any questions or need any additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Thank you!" On 12/8/2022 at 12:21 EST I replied and asked when the refund was issued... On 12/8/2022 at 13:50 EST your employee ************ replied "Hello, I was able to issue refund today. I'm sorry for the delay." on 12/16/2022 at 9:27EST, I followed up again stating that it was the 3rd time I had reached out and the 3rd time I was told my refund was being issued (I am fairly certain I was being more generous than most people that you scam out of money would be). Since then I have called, and have sent multiple emails the last being yesterday, January 3, 2022 at 8:22AM and included all of the different click search support emails that I had been responded to, and have not gotten a response from ANY.So, in your response of "No further action will be taken and our decision is final" I am a little confused as to what decision that would be? I have been told since 11/28/2022 that my refund has been issued and is in process, so I can only assume that is the final decision. So, please let me know when I will receive the funds in my account? I am sure you will say that I can expect them in 3-5 business days, and again I will wait and follow up.
Your company, and all of the employees that work for you are uneducated, manipulative, and unethical scammers.
I will be waiting and continue to follow up for my refund. If it is not received, I will see you all in court and you will pay WELL MORE than you stole from me.
So, please, for your benefit, let me know when will my refund be issued?

This company is frauds. They offer a **** cent 3 day trial and if you cancel within the 3 days you pay $9.99. I agreed to this, but they charged my card within minutes for $59.85 + ***** + **** + ***** = $200.06. All of these charges within minutes. I had to shut down my bank account and this company keeps giving me a run around about when someone will contact me regarding this refund. Just a quick ****** search indicates this has happened to hundreds of people who have been scammed and still waiting for a refund. I am rejecting this response because this is fraud. There is not a single thing on the consumer end that cautions if we select something additional on the website that it will be a extra charge. This is a scam and if you go check your ****** reviews many will agree that this is a scam. You have done this to many other customers. I would not have selected anything additional if I would have known it was extra cost and or not included in the original price. This is misleading and I want my money returned to me promptly. I went to quicksearch.com on 04/04/2022. Although I didn t use their website, they billed my debit card. They continued to bill my card twice a month , at a ***** per transaction from april 4 thru today 12/05/2022. My husband caught it while checking on recent activities on our joint account. We went to the bank. There s a pending investigation. The merchant promised s full refund, however they refused to let me speak to a member of management or their billing ***** A promised email with a refund confirmation from billing never happened as well.
