We reviewed your purchases and were able to determine that you performed a phone search and was provided a notification that you can purchase the address of the phone location that you searched. In order to purchase these reports, you were presented with a popup with a checkbox advising of the additional $63.63 fee's associated with the service. You also purchased a premium person search for $89.85. You then cancelled the subscription within the 3 day trial, which is why the $9.95 cancellation fee was imposed. Checkin with Click Search about marital status of an individual, which the advertized a part of the fee in the search. They said a first time inquiry would cost $.95, buuuut there where 2 other charges on my credit card that i didn't approve be***es the $.95 which are $9.95 and $69.63. When i called about charges and misrepresentation of their services. They *** the donot check marital status. I told them before i entered information I checked what they supplied and that was on the ad. I called on Jan 6 2023 requesting credits for all charges due to misreputation and charges I didn't OK. They said I would receive credi 1 to 5 days.. Never received credi. As of March 2 I have not recieved any credit fro Click Search. The total of refund should be $80.53. On February 19, 2023 I was seeking a trial which was advertised for $.95 . I did not use the services because it appeared shady so I immediately called for a cancellation and refund. I was informed that it would be cancelled immediately and refunded all charges in 2-3 days. I was charged 2 charges on 2/20/23: $***** and $**** and I found out that on 2/21/23 I was charged again for $***** and the $.95. I then called customer service again on 2/22/23 and I was informed that I have been cancelled and that I would be refunded the charges of ****, ***** and ***** in 3-5 days depending on my bank. By 2/24/23 I still had not received a refund and called my bank and they told me that there was no pending refund for any of those amounts. On the same day I called click search again and I was informed again that I was cancelled and the refund was processed and they transferred me to another agent who told me that all the charges would be refunded and refund was processed and should get it in 3-5 days. I told him that it has been 5 days and was told to wait another 2 days. It is now 3/2/23 and I still have not been refunded. I just want my refund and I never even used any services. Hello, I have reached out to this click search so many times this week informing them that my card was stolen and I need to refund my money back. I was told my refund was issued on February 21st. Now ** told my refund was issued on March 1st. I honestly think there were no refund issue or planning to be issued. I have never heard of this place. I dont even know what it is. My granddaughter got ahold of my phone in the wee hours of the morning and found this webpage and somehow ordered it, I do not know how but she did. I contacted them immediately and was told that my subscription would be canceled and I would be refunded in 1-5 business days. I also contacted them by phone and was told my refund would be here in 3-5 business days. It has been 6 days now and no refund. I contacted them again by phone and have been told that my refund was processed and it would be in my bank within 24 hours and to watch my card. I have read all the other complaints and I am now very worried seeing how I need that money for my husband's pancreatic cancer meds. My granddaughter was up that night with my husband and myself and since my husband needed my attention because of the pain and after effects of chemo I wasn't able to notice that she had my phone until too late. The transaction/withdrawal was made by Click Search LLC on 02/19/2023 in the amounts of .95, $9.95, and $69.63. The company offers a .95 cents 3 day trial, however, I was charged a total of $80.53 on the same day. Services provided are to research, track and provide background information based on provided phone numbers. My card was instantly charged the 3 prices I listed above. I immediately emailed the company right away. They responded a few hours later claiming to have cancelled my account (which is no longer accessible to provide further information) & to refund me within 1-5 business day's, which they didn't. I noticed the 3 transactions went from pending to completed, so I called on 02/22/23 with the number they provided. They apologized and told me to expect a same day email that would document our phone call, along with a refund statement that would debited to me later in the day. I didn't receive such email nor refund. I've emailed and called with no resolution, as well as locked my card to prevent further transactions. Apparently this company has been on your radar, even so, are still able to operate through scam and fraud. I've provided screenshots of emails and transactions. I no longer have access to my account, so I took a screenshot of a sample phone number in order to show you the .95 cent 3 day trial they offer on the website. Please let me know if you require documentation in a different form. I will do my best to provide it ASAP.
