    On January 19, ************************ using this service I signed up for a 3 day trial costing .95 cent But, instead I was charged and additional $89.85 on my credit card. I immediately cancelled since the information they provided was wrong. I called and email them and they said that I was going to be refunded within 3 days. It is January 28th and I still haven't received the refund from them.

    Used click Search free trial for .95. Researched my own phone number and received inaccurate data. Immediately called and canceled free trial. Upon reviewing my bank account I found three transactions from ClickSearch totaling 230 dollars. When I made ClickSearch aware they sent an email stating the funds would be returned in 3 to 5 business days and ti this date the funds have not been returned.

    We apologize that we did not have the information you were looking for.  We have access to over 1 billion records, collected & organized from many different sources.  We add new information to our system every day.  The $.95 charge provides details of the kind of information we offer and the supported networks we search.  You searched 2 numbers and were presented with the availability of the location for each.  You purchased each for $69.63.  I do see that you were charged for a 3 month subscription up front for $89.85 which we have refunded in full.  Per our terms of service since you received information from our database, you are not eligible for a refund on the 2 device locations.

    I am rejecting this response because: there was no indication of a charge for looking up any information for the numbers I selected. I searched my own number and my wife's. Neither came back with accurate information and I called and reported it to a representative immediately and canceled the free trail. The rep asked me to speak with their technical support to make them aware of the misinformation.  I did so as a courtesy  at the time I was unaware of the charges made against my account.

    I paid .0.95 for a 7 day trial I can elef within the hour I was in not satisfied they charged me $89.95,69.63 within the same hour of starting and canceling trial on January 11,2023 7:55 p.m.I have called 3 times and they say I'll have my refund within in a few days.

    I am rejecting this response because:1st it did not find my list phone I cancelled then backed track on foot for miles until I found it.secondly what is a trial?$.95 trial for 7 days.they knew they were being decieful and are not trustworthy that's why I'm not the only one with this complaint

    On December 26, 2022 I paid $.95 cents for a trail service and the same day this company charged $89.85 to my account I contacted them immediately for a refund they told me I will receive a refund in 1-3 business days I did not get a refund in that time frame I contacted them again I was told it will be refunded in1-5 business days still no refund I contacted them again I was told give it a couple more days nothing yet called them back again I was told a supervisor will contact me I several business days they constantly keep giving me the runaround its almost 4 weeks and I have no gotten a refund and on top of that a day or two later they tried to take $9.95 from my account but was unsuccessful because I had locked my card so they werent able to charge my card this company is a scam stealing people money I telling you one price and charging you another price without your permission I want my money back from this company and also make sure they dont scam anyone else charges need to be filed against them

    I used Click Search looking for someone, and they were running a trial promotion stating I would only be charged $1.00 (USD) for a 7 day trial period.. However, after contacting the companies support team.. Addressing the issue in regards to reimbursement for approximately $200.00 taken from my account under deceptive measures. I was informed on the 7th of January 2023 that my money would be returned to my account within 5 to 7 business days.. And here I am 19 days after the first initial contact with the company support team, and still nothing..

    I have reached out to this business on several occasions via email. I have all the correspondence between the company and I. I was charged for a service that I did not ask for. The charge was almost $90. I immediately contacted this service and was told that I would get a refund. I was initially told the refund would be back in my account in 3 to 5 business days. I waited that time and did not receive a refund. I contacted the company again and was told that it would take about three days and that they were sorry about the delay. I waited the additional three days and still nothing. I contacted the company via email and asked what the status was. I was told that a tracer was put on the refund but not given any specifics on it. I then was told that my information would be transferred to a refund supervisor. The last bit of correspondence I had with this company n checking the status of my refund is that my refund should be here within a day or two because it is showing that it was issued in their system. They told me that if I have not received it within a day or two to give them a call and they would trace it with my bank. As *** said, to this day, I have received absolutely nothing, and I continue to get the runaround via the emails they send. Also, only one person responds to me when I send these emails. Is this one person their customer support team? And supervisor?

    On or about December 14th 2022 I signed up for a three day trial for **** cents. On that very same day I called and canceled my three day trial. After checking my bank account I noticed they charged me three different times ***** **** ***** I called them back and she told me I would get a refund. Today is the 18th of January 2023 I have called them several different times and they keep telling me that my refund was issued. They keep lying to me every time I call them. These people are nothing but liars and thieves!!! And the bottom line is all I want is my money!!! Stay away from these thieves. When you call in they act so nice like they are outstanding people but believe me they are nothing but thieves!!!And I will continue to call them every day until I get my money!!!

    Started a trail for $.95. Used for one search and canceled that same day. We were charged three separate time. One for $.95 , one for $9.95 and another charge of $43.63. The only charge I approved and bought was the $.95 cent charge for the *********** occurred November 21st. They were contacted that same day after being notified of the charges and have reached out more then 15 times by phone and been in contact through email as well with the issue being acknowledged and us reassured a refund but nothing at all has been refunded.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have contacted this business on more occasions than I can count, every time I was repeatedly assured that I was going to get a refund and that it was going to be precessed asap. I attached emails that state the refund being issued. After a week or so of not receiving my refund i would contact them again and was once again reassured my refund is processing. After awhile of me always calling they started telling me someone would contact me shortly and i would never receive a call back. In total i have contacted the company by phone 11 times, and have been in communications with them by email 10 times. Every conversation and email always stated my refund was accepted and processing. Again i only paid for a free trail for $.95, and canceled the free trail immediately. I never request, purchased or received any report on my search. All of this was recognized by the company and the refund was never questioned just always accepted and pending transfer back to my account. Still have never received a refund of any kind.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have been told on several occasions I would be granted a refund for the over charge to my card. I would like that refund to be processed as promised by the company. The issue was we where charged for services we did not request. We signed up for a free trial for 98 cents and canceled the same day. Please refer to original complaint for documentation stating the 98 cents was a free trial** as well as any dollar amount over charged. There was never an issue of refund or not, we where reassured as to a refund being granted and processing.

    Had 2 unauthorized charges totalling over $130 dollars they have been telling me since the end of November that I would be getting a refund I've called numerous times over the past few months and this week I can't get thru I'm on hold for over 20 minutes then I get hung up on.

    I have been trying to get a refund for the past month and a half. I was charged immediately after the purchase when I was supposed to have a 3 day trial. I called not 30 minutes after the purchase to cancel and get refunded, before Thanksgiving and received the attached 3 weeks later. Everytime I call, there's a different route it has to go through.
