    I was charged the .95 which I agreed too. I cancelled the account/subscription 2 days early. I was then charged over $80 4 different times. I have emails from clicksearch stating they were going to refund those charges. That was 4 months ago. When you call you get the same run around no matter who answers. I asked that the money be sent to my PayPal or I would give another card to send it to, since I no longer have that bank account or card. No one from the company ever has returned one phone call. No money has been sent back to me at all. It was over $300 total and right before Christmas. Thanks

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I cancelled the subscription two days early and have been in contact with your company. Your company said that you had issued me a refund to the debt card in question. So why would you promise a refund and tell me several times it had been sent out, if the charges were justified. I went back and read the trail bases on your website. Everything you mentioned would be included with the 3 day trail. I also have the email copies of everything from your company. That debt card was stolen and is cancelled is why,your customer service representative said the refund hadn't been paid out. I have recording of all phone calls I made to your company customer support also. I told the representative they were being recorded also. So you better go back and check and listen to the conversations. The 3 charges of $89 and change and the the 1 charge of $59 and change should be refunded to my PayPal since I no longer have the card. I also have the email from your company promising the refund to be given. The charge of 95 cents is the only authorized charge. Please contact me by phone or email to resolve this issue. If you look at the emails that outline charges and then I spoke with your company, the refund email was sent 5 days later. The outline of charges was the 17th the refund email was the 22nd of October. That has now been over 2 months ago. So do the right thing and stop lying.

    In July of 2022 quick search parsley drive me in by saying I can do a 95 cent three or seven day trial and actually charge my account 995 twice and $59.95 once the attached bank statement will show and I never got my money back I never agreed to this I canceled in time so I want to see how I can get my money back

    The transaction occurred when I was charged was November 17. My son who is autistic was messing with my ohine and had hit purchas when he clearly had no idea what he agreed did to, now I soon noticed this and canceled it didnt and immediately canceled the right away, everyday for the last 2-3 months i have called concernded, upset , and flat out sick about my refund and being lied to over and over, how doing this doesnt affect this company. This is the biggest scam piece s*** business out there. I dont get how these people sleep at night. I have two very sick you boys one who was born a micro premature baby born at 1 lbs. 10 oz. 25 weeks. So this is the last thing I need to Stess over is money being taking from my account.Help me or lawyers will be invoked and will do everything to bring this company

    On January 04,2023 I was interested in using this service so I signed up for a trial costing .95 and traced my own phone to test it's accuracy. I immediately cancelled because the info was wrong. 5 minutes later several charges appeared on my bank account for $59.63, $89.95, **** and $69.76 all from this service.

    I had 4 withdrawals from my account from this company and didnt do business with them. I contacted them advising that I never did business with them and wanted my money back. I was told on 11/30, 12/6, 12/9, 12/15, 12/22, 12/26 and 12/30 that they have issued me a refund and to wait 3/5 business days for it to process but as of 1/5/23, I still have no refund from this company. I was told it was escalated to the billing department and the billing supervisor would reach out to me and that never happened. Now Im just being hung up on and still dont have any of the four transactions refunded. This company is scamming people and giving you the run around. Steer clear of even contacting these scammers. They lie and deceive you and will just take u on a ***********.

    I am rejecting this response because:  the email from Mavic is an actual user.  Ive attached three emails from a rep named ***** whose email is *********************************************************.    And Ive also attached a screenshot from zen desk explaining that the id in the email is a unique users profile.  The one email from clicksearch itself is an automated response because it clearly says zen desk at the bottom proving that.  This company is not only scamming but they are lying about who the emails are coming from.

    On 12/20/22 I attempted to search the location of my son who has mental health issues telephone number for 98 cents for a three day trial with the company Click Search. Immediately this company charged me $69.98. I emailed to cancel this service because I never would have agreed to this cost at all. I was told on 12/21/22, that $69.98 would be refunded in 3-5 days. It is now 01/03 and I have not been refunded. They sending me emails claiming they have refunded money but they are a fraudulent company and I don't believe they will ever refund me. This company is horrible.

    At the beginning of December, I signed up for a trial subscription for Click Search. I cancelled the trial subscription the same day, yet there were 2 pending charges on my bank account: one for $89.95 and one for $69.63$159.58 in total. I called immediately, and was told that the charges would not go through, and if they did, I would be refunded for them. On December 6, the charges went through. I contacted Click Search customer service and was told I would receive a refund in 3-5 days. It has now been a month, and I have continued to contact Click Search customer service. They claim the refund has been issued but will take time to reach my bank. They also told me I would be contacted by a billing supervisorneither of those things has happened. I just want my refund of $159.58 like I was promised. It was wrongfully taken from me since I cancelled my membership immediately. Click Search has acknowledged that I cancelled my subscription and should have never been charged in the first place. I just want my money back.

    Hello, On 08/28/2022 I used the trial and paid .95 cents. I was then charged $59. I called and emailed and was told by both the person on the phone and via email I would be refunded within 1-5 business days. I reached back out via email on 09/04/2022, 10/12/2022, 10/17/2022, 10/25/2022, 10/30/2022, 11/06/2022, 11/27/2022 and even called last week before New Years and every single person I speak to via email or the phone states I have been sent a refund that Ive never received. This is a scam! I would like my $59 back. Especially, since I was told on numerous occasions I would be receiving the refund and never did. I was well within the cancellation policy to cancel and followed all instructions from the website. Please return my money as you stated on multiple occasions. I have numerous emails stating my refund was sent and never has been. I spoke to my bank and they stated that they have not seen one attempt from you. I have attached the initial email. Thanks!

    You stated via written email multiple times that Your company had accepted my request for a full refund for the $59 even apologizing at times. If what you stated was in fact true, I would have been told that my refund request was denied, however it was in fact not denied. As you can see, Accepted.  I called and I was told multiple times via written email and via phone that the refund was accepted and payment as sent to me. I was promised a refund and told that the refund was already sent back to my bank in August, again in September and again in October. I have no clue what PDF you are referring to.  Please make this right and refund my $59 before I reach out and seek a class action lawsuit against you for me and every other person you have wronged. I have every legal right to my $59 as well as anyone else in the Country who also was wronged and money was stolen and then promised via email to get a refund. If I have to create a TikTok page, Instagram account, to find others with similar issues and make all our wrongs a right, I will. You are aware that I have more than enough written legal evidence on my part to show you accepted my refund and agreed to a full refund from multiple employees who are paid by your company and work directly with your company. I kindly demand a refund to avoid further legal cost.

    Click search charge me for a month subscription and I called the same day which was October 31st 2022 to cancel the subscription cause I didn't want to pay $59.95 for their services. I have called them more then ten times since and they emailed me saying they are going to give me a complete refund within 3 to 5 business days and still haven't received a refund. I'm very frustrated with this company. This isn't honest business to me not refunding my money for a product I didn't even use. I have told them I was going to contact the BBB when I called last. The last email I received from the company I have attached to complaint. Which was received on November 30th 2022.
