DO NOT BUY INTO THIS!We have been owners for years. Our maintenance fees has gone up not they are more than our home and property taxes. Our last visit the trim around the condo was falling off, tile inside was broken and loose, living tv was going out had black line and color was a green, carpet looked like a left over crime scene, the curtains looks like they was bought at a estate sale, but they still booking out room and raising maintenance fees. We was able to pay our fees on the due date due to me being in the hospital and having 2 surgeries back to back so they turn us into collections and the collection company called me today and threaten to sue us and also added 30% on to our bill. WOW great customer service there!! to bad they cant up date their properties with all the money they are charging owners.Bluegreen Vacations Unlimited, Inc.

Bluegreen Vacations have been one disaster after another, and ownership with them has been one of the worst experiences of our life. Bluegreen is now under the Hilton brand of resorts, and we feel sorry for ******, as they must have been reputationally impacted by this acquisition. Now we want ****** to take responsibility for this unfortunate behavior of these deceitful and greedy Bluegreen employees. In reflection, the entire experience has been marred by misinformation, undue pressure, and a lack of forthrightness. The discrepancies between what was promised and what has been delivered are substantial, casting a shadow over the trustworthiness of Bluegreens operation. The proceedings were rushed, with a glaring omission of critical information. Not once were we informed of our right to rescind the contract, nor were we presented with the Public Offering Statement. This lack of transparency is not only disconcerting but raises questions about the integrity of the entire transaction. We have written demanding that our concerns are addressed to the highest level. We would like to think that ****** had no hand in the deceptive sales practices, but as the new parent company they have acquired, it is important that *** take responsibility for this acquisition, the good and the bad. We have no intention of paying anymore for this timeshare as we can no longer afford to pay, nor should we have to based on our experience. Bluegreen and Hilton Grand Vacations need to comply, releasing us from this contract.Bluegreen Vacations Unlimited, Inc.

To whom it may concern, I am absolutely furious with Bluegreen! Have you heard of them? They're tarnishing Florida's reputation with their disgraceful antics. This company is a complete rip-off. As a veteran, I've been ripped off by them, and it's unacceptable!They flat-out lied about the club dues, claiming they wouldn't risebut guess what? They did. I've only managed to use their services once. Their relentless pressure tactics are outrageousthey simply won't take no for an answer! They conveniently forgot to mention that this was a lifelong trap, and there's no way I want my kids to inherit this nightmare.Their so-called "investment" is a sham. They duped me into believing I'd save money on vacations, what a joke! They promised I could travel anywhere, anytime, yet nothing is ever available when I need it. I tried to book a three-day trip and only got two days. And surprise, surprise, they never mentioned I'd lose points if I didn't use them.I've had it up to here with their nonsense! I requested that they cancel my contract and I am getting nowhere with them. Any light that you can shed on this horrible situation would be appreciated. We feel like we've been misled and pressured into a contract that's neither fair nor clear, and I need your help to cancel it.This began during a sales presentation at one of Bluegreen's resorts, where their representatives employed high-pressure meetings to convince us that purchasing a timeshare was a smart investment for our family's future vacations. They painted a rosy picture of exclusive access to luxurious resorts, promising that our initial investment would pay off over time. We've since discovered that many of their assurances were not upheld. We were not informed about the significant and frequent hikes in maintenance fees. They assured us that we could easily rent out our timeshare to cover those escalating fees, but this has proven impossible due to a persistent lack of availability. As a result, we cannot book vacations or rent it out as they promised during their enticing presentation. To make matters worse, Bluegreen pressured us into accepting an upgrade, further exacerbating our financial distress.We have made numerous attempts to resolve this issue directly with Bluegreen, repeatedly requesting the cancellation of our timeshare contract. However, our efforts have been met with vague, noncommittal responses and resistance. Recently, they informed us that there is no straightforward process for cancellation, leaving us feeling trapped and frustrated. I have been fighting with BlueGreen Vacation Club since September, asking for a termination of my timeshare agreements. I have told them I am a widow, and this timeshare is no longer feasible for me, both physically and financially. I do not want this to pass on to my children and strap them with a lifetime of debt due to the ever-rising maintenance fees. In October, *****, a BlueGreen representative, sent me an email saying I was going to be canceled due to non-payment of maintenance fees. The fees were current and NOT due until November. Then I was told my account was canceled. I called to follow up and inquire about release paperwork, only to find out I was still obligated to BlueGreen. What kind of game are they playing? If you say I am terminated, then stick to your word. I have three contracts and want to get rid of them completely, and not by BlueGreens partner company Pinnacle Vacations which will let it sit on their website, while I am still responsible for all the fees until they resell it. When we initially purchased, they did not tell us that our maintenance fees would rise year after year. Every time I attempted to make a reservation, everything was fully booked! I receive my points every ****** complicating my vacation planning since many locations have already been taken. Additionally, some places fail to update their availability. I dread the hassle of searching for accommodations with no availability, and even when I do find options, my points no longer stretch as far as they used to. Some available resorts need updates and repairs. Where are my maintenance fees going?I am a college graduate, and my husband was the manager of a vast equipment company. However, we got pulled into their car salesman tactics. Looking back on this, I am still wondering how we could have been so naive.************************EBluegreen Vacations Unlimited, Inc.

What do I think? I think this situation we are in with Bluegreen is really weighing on my wife, and me. We've tried requesting help from them but since that's not happening, I just want to share what we've been through since 2022. I've reached out to their customer service countless times but it is a dead end. They keep calling my wife, whos the only one working, so she cant pick up the phone. Ive explained this multiple times especially when trying to get in contact with ***, but nothing changes. Ever. Were down to just one fixed income now, and Ive had to step back from full time work due to my health needs and the challenges of this that need to be prioritized. Take the time to read the breakdown below -Date we purchased timeshare with Bluegreen: July 18th 2022 -Deposit we put down: $1,810 -We pay them both MONTHLY and YEARLY -Monthly: $221.65 -Yearly: $996.96 and they continue to INCREASE which we were NEVER told -From the start of July 2022 to the present of 2024 we have paid them already over $7,000 for something we have only been able to use ONCE when we got it in 2022.-We then tried to use it more, but for this to happen, you HAVE to attend a meeting to acquire more points. A complete money pit all they want is $$$$-All this is to say, that $7,000 plus what we will have to continue to pay them years in is money that can go towards me being able to surviveIt's nowhere near what was promised to us. It just doesn't fit into our retirement budgetespecially now that I'm dealing with a major health issue that demands my full attention and financial resources to manage. With all the monthly payments and annual fees, they've taken more from us than the cost of the single time we used it for a wedding. Our agreement with Bluegreen Vacation Club began at *************, after a man approached us with an enticing offer in exchange for attending a sales presentation for a timeshare in ************, **. During that initial meeting, we decided to buy the smallest package. We were assured that it would appreciate, could be used globally, and would be simple to resellclaims that ultimately turned out to be false. What we ultimately discovered was that the meetings were not the owner updates we expected; instead, they were primarily designed to sell us more points. We were promised that these sessions would last an hour, but they consistently stretched to 2 to 4 hours. We were also repeatedly told that the timeshare could serve as an investment, allowing us to rent out our weeks to generate income for our increasing maintenance fees. They made it sound effortless, but it was far from that. Another way they suggested offsetting maintenance costs was by referring friends and family to buy in. At several meetings, they attempted to convince us to add our children to the account for easier inheritance, but we were savvy enough to decline. During each session, they insisted that the price of points was increasing and urged us to buy immediately instead of later. However, if we declined, they would return with lower offers and even fictitious deals that were never on the table, claiming they could secure points at a reduced rate. They also pressured us to sign a document stating that they were offering a price lock for one year, but that document somehow never made it into our files. Most salespeople would provide us with their business cards and say we could call if we needed assistance, but they were never available for consultation when we did reach out. Very disappointing how these people continue to treat me and how they operateI had a scheduled call with a representativeand honestly I cant even remember when it was. It was during the hurricane that completely wrecked our area, leading to a fiveday power outage. My top priority was dealing with that chaos, plus I was helping team members whose homes were totally destroyed. So, yeah, I completely forgot about the call. When I finally got the call, I had to hang up because I was juggling so much. And now, its frustrating that nobody seems to understand what I was going through!To make matters worse, the representative just assumed everything was fine and that my issue was resolved and closed. Are you kidding me? I am beyond fed up with how this timeshare treats me as an owner. Their business practices are exactly why I want nothing to do with them anymore! We feel completely deceived by bluegreen,. We entered this contract expecting an affordable, flexible way to travel, only to be met with constant disappointment. Our initial package was so limited that we discovered to access anything worthwhile it requires an endless cycle of costly upgrades. ********* sold us on the idea of owning real property with a deed, something we could pass down to our children. but that was a lie. instead were stuck with a worthless points system that offers no real ownership. when we tried to cancel our membership, we were directed to pinnacle a resale service that is owned by bluegeren itself, where selling can take months or even years -if it happens at all. No other options were given. We feel scammed, misled, and taken advantage of by bluegreen's deceptive practices. Same as most everyone else, they made false claims about deals and features of the company. They ask for money to bank points I already paid for. Maintenance fees are high. Today I tried to use points via ***. The TOTAL cost for hotel and flight is $600 more than Travelocity. THE FREE SERVICE IS LESS THAN THE SERVICE I PAY FOR!!!! Every November I go through a period of depression thinking about the money wasted even though they lied through their teeth to sell us this crappy timeshare.***** *.Bluegreen Vacations Unlimited, Inc.
