      I feel that bluegreen **** are not completly upfront and honest with me. I have a deeded contract and have paid all maintance fees up to the lasr one. I am no longer using the ownership and would have expected better support. It seems that never truly cared about my issues and concerns. I have paid off *** loan for the mortgage. Also the ownership the sold me is not like what presented to me. I feel cheated and decieved by their false promises and empty guarantees. Despite making bluegreen aware of my grieances , I have been told multiple times to simply follow the *** policy for nonpayment, that this will lead me to being free. I believe that well over 120 days have passed, yet Bluegreen is still holding me captive to the deed and their services. It seems they have not been truly honest, and now i am left with not knowing what to do. It's time for them to Step up their game. I reuse to continue being a part of their scam operation and would love to be able to walk away away from *** ownership without any further obligations to Bluegreen. It would be great and I would that it is fair to terminate the contracted deed. Thank you

      Blue Green is only one of the time share ripoffs and it might be the biggest one. Just had a review in ********* and they promised us a lot of stuff and nothing has been done since we left. Promised us that they would help us so we did not have to pay our maintenance fees, get 3 free weeks annually for the next 3 years, change the names on the contracts to help transfer the ownership, telephoning the next review and just picking up the money and not having to sit through another session. Nothing has been done. Been trying to get with our contact person for 3 weeks now and finally all we got out her was to call ownership services. This is not the first time we have been scammed but. It will be the last. They lie about everything

      We got roped into a $249 promotional scam with them. What we were told and what reality is ate not the same thing. Can't even book the vacation! The manager gave me his card, emailed him and no response. Going to continue to try to get my money back but don't know if I will be successful. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS!

      I have been a Bluegreen Owner for several years. I'm very disappointed and pay over 3k in maintenance fees a year. I've read over the reviews and have the same issues with booking because I found out that they are also booking out through Expedia etc. The most disappointing is that they ask for referrals and my sister my bought timeshare, paid right away and has nothing but issues. Unbelievable!

      I should have known this was a scam after the salesperson was asking for my card information over the phone! All these false promises of discount on vacations, tour of the resort, and these points. I told the man I dont even have an account with this company and *** why I got transferred to him anyway. My original problem was with a specific hotel I was staying at and after getting off the phone with them I got transferred over to ********** Vacation rep. ***** on this company for trying to take advantage of people and their hard earned money just because you want to make up in sale. NEVER BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE!

      I caution anyone considering a timeshare with Bluegreen (BG) to think twice. Our experience has been fraught with challenges and disappointment. Initially, we were enticed with temporary ownership but soon found ourselves under immense pressure to purchase actual points. The sales tactics were aggressive; we were kept for hours, feeling pressured and bullied into making a decision. Booking vacations is a nightmare. Despite assurances that we could stay anywhere, anytime, it became clear that our limited points severely restricted us. Most available options are in bustling, noisy locations, far from the peaceful retreats we were promised. As retirees, we sought tranquility, yet the options east of the Mississippi River are nonexistent, making it impractical for us to travel.Customer service has been equally frustrating. A recent interaction with a **** named Rakai left me feeling belittled. When I called to convert our points to ************ points, I was told the website was too complicated for customers, implying incompetence on my part. The conversion was eventually handled, the encounter was marred by an arrogant and condescending attitude.Maintenance fees continue to drain resources that could be better spent on vacations truly suited to our needs. We have attended several owner meetings, each time subjected to further high-pressure tactics to buy more points. Our last meeting was the final straw, leading us to resolve never to attend another.Attempts to discuss an exit strategy with BG have been met with resistance. Rep. ***** ***** offered no solutions, suggesting there is no way out. Despite this, we remain determined to seek a resolution and will persist in contacting BG until we are released from this burdensome arrangement. Our BG experience has been dominated by high-pressure sales, unfulfilled promises, and lackluster customer service. I advise others to proceed with caution and thorough research before committing to a timeshare with BG.

      Beware....booked at Bluegreen Vacations and paid extra for a full week. Ended up with Covid the day after we got there. We called to tell them and they said don't come to the marketing pitch (which would be obvious). Stayed in our room the whole week to recover and disinfected the room before we checked out so not to make anyone else sick. They charged out credit card another $1500 with out telling us the consequences of missing the meeting. We could have gone and made everyone else sick. Beware...all these time share places are scams. Just book at a hotel.

      Bluegreen took our $99 deposit for a 3 day vacation and a sales pitch earlier this year. We called and their notes show (to change our destination) from ******* to *******. The high pressure salesman, obviously didn't change the dates or location. We live in ***************************** and ******* were under a state of emergency for Hurricane ****** ?? at the time of our original arrival date . Hurricane ?? ****** hit both Dlorida and ************** (Just lots of rain and wind in our area) A few days later we see a $99 charge from Bluegreen on our card. We call, they say they see the notes where the venue location and arrival dates were to be changed, and we were promised a refund as long as we didn't cancel our trip to *******. The refund never came, Another call another high pressure sales person stated we only get a refund if we book and go almost immediately! Seriously, we were supposed to travel to two states, ******* and ************** under a state of emergency!Classless Bluegreen. (0) Zero Stars.

      How this company has been in business for 31 yrs is beyond me. We stopped at the Bass Pro shop in ******************** last November and approached by a *** selling Vacations from Bluegreen to Vacation at *************** in ******** (we live 3 hrs away in a different state) my husband decided it sounded great despite me nagging it was a bad idea. We asked a lot of questions including if we decide to cancel are we charged and do we loose our money? Sales *** replied with NO! You have up tell the day of your vacation to cancel and not pay a fee and get your money back! So we got it. We GOT screwed is all we got. After calling blue-green 3 separate times because they weren't cancelling our booking, telling them each time what the *** said when we bought it. We were told if we cancelled it was a $49 fee for cancelling plus we loss our money that we paid upfront for the vacation! By the 3rd time the *** spoke with his supervisor and had the cancellation fee waived but we lost what we put down up front for it.I would like a full refund due to the fact their approach to selling is falsifying information, giving brochures on this fantastic vacation, the location, amenities of the lodge which was not correct, that is false advertisement. The Hotel the *** advertised was ***************. When we got the information (9/3/24) on our up coming vacation telling us our hotel was a ******* (miles away from the lodge) the ******* had numerous complaints about bed bugs and how dirty the rooms where. The *** lied about the time frame for canceling, which was 30 days FROM the date you purchased the vacation not up till you take the vacation, but he lied about our accommodations and a refund if we decided to not go on the vacation which is false advertisement!Lying and conning people is their business not vacations.
