      I would not recommend Bluegreen Vacations to my worst enemy. Worst customer service. HUGE money pit of an organization. Any way they can get more money out of you, they will. They are not there to make the customers happy, everything they do is in self interest. All I can say is ****, if you have not already signed upRUN!! You are better off planning and booking stays elsewhere, you will save a tremendous amount of money. I really hope people see this review and take it into consideration before signing any papers.

      I always appreciate a good business and also a real review for customer satisfaction, but this time we got in really bad situations `` We purchase the vacation and pay at the booking full price, 3 months prior to spring break and they confirmed our location in *********** Resort owned by Bluegreen and right down on the papers we will get 1 bedroom + full Kitchen confirmed by manager ***** from the property over the phone. We got there in Spring Break and surprise: they don't have any kind of these reservations with suits, they have only a Hotel Room for the price of the suits, which was totally different than previously confirmed by the booking person at Cabelas and by the manager of Resort Edein.We couldn't stay at the resort without the kitchen +1 bedroom necessary for my kids and we got an airbnb. We got next day back to the resort for the presentation exactly how we promised and after driving 16 hours from ******* to ***********, they explain ** they can't do anything about our booking, because there is no suits in the resort, they my be build in the future but now they have kitchen +1 bedroom just for a showroom, and also they can't refund from $250 they only can refund $150 after we attend the presentation. I understand they have a business and they sell timeshare and agree to all those terms but this time they tricked me driving from ******* in Spring break for something that they can't provide and actually doesn't have on the premises, they have only hotel rooms in this location! I can't believe they lied to me 4 times: at the booking , at the receptions, on the phone and at the presentations. You can learn from my review or you can get your own experience, but the way I was treated at the location in *********** at Bluegreen Resort I couldn'tbuy any timeshare that they promised at the presentations, because there was no honesty at the first reservations. I hope they will refund my expenses in order to prove they are still in the business.

      We booked our trip for *********** knowing they would not take pets but offered ** a stay at a pet friendly Holiday Inn express.. we had to cancel and tried rescheduling but told us they would not book us at another hotel because of the pet policy .. and also said they would not refund.. so I cancelled our trip, no cancellation number and were out basically $200.. their customer service is rude and I would never pay for another trip with them again..

      Bluegreen lies and constantly harrasses me to buy more. Literally, they call me every 2 weeks, even though I have asked them to stop. Don't spend the money with this company. Hear what they say, but walk away. There are sooooo many other companies. Listen to presentations, but don't commit until you have had time to think. They will all ALWAYS take your money. Bluegreen is a lying, money-grubbing company. Chose a different time share.

      I dont enjoy being harassed until I agree to a review which is actually a high pressure sales tactic where Im verbally abused, lied to, and feel kidnapped as I cant leave until they allow it. Its horrible and the worst thing about BG. They have/had a good product and I love the vacationing options, but anymore I cant tell lies from the truth. Its frustrating and very disheartening. Plus they sell your personal information to other mortgage companies etc. They practically forced us to let them run our credit, which we did because we didnt want to upgrade on the spot as I wanted time to research what they were telling us. Not only was everything they told us a lie, but now we are getting tons of telemarketing calls from mortgage companies and the like, and we werent getting these calls before.

      Booked a 4 day, 3 night stay in ***********. Next day we sit through a sales marketing presentation. Skeptical but fill out paperwork to have only my FICO score checked to see what our numbers would look like. Our sales person walks us to the front doors as we were on limited time due to having a swamp tour scheduled. Leave there and get notifications my credit has been ran as a MORTGAGE INQURY. Go back to the next to discuss the matter. No one knows why. I let it blow over and inform them we do not wish to proceed with the purchase. We are walked to the front desk to receive our TWO $50 gift cards they promise for sitting through the presentation. The gift cards are mysteriously gone! No one can find them. My husband and I are then asked, repeatedly, if were sure we didnt come back yesterday and get the gift cards. My husband advises them not to ask us that anymore as we have answered the question three times already. Meanwhile, our white counterparts are looking on as they receive their gift cards and go on about their day. Finally after about 20 mins, the manager comes out with the most insincere apology Ive ever heard and offers us ONE $50 gift card. We decline and instead ask for corporates number. Leave again and call corporate to inform them of what has taken place. Corporate agrees the account says two gift cards and tries to contact that manager but shes gone. We will get a call back while they look into the matter. Fast forward two days. Were at ********* husband calls corporate again. The lady is apologetic and says she will issue the gifts cards and look into the incident with said manager. Check the mail and theres a letter from Barclays advising I have applied for a Bluegreen credit card with them. UmI DID NOT!! I call the credit card company and give them the run down. They flag my acct as fraudulent and advise it should be removed from my credit in ***** days. Then, here comes ***** dropping off an envelopewith ONE $50 gift card. Smh

      In short, I booked this bluegreen vacation in September for my mother and family to have a nice vacation. Upon buying the blue green vacation package, we were told we would likely be able to get in within one month. They said we had no way to check availability until we purchased the package. Once we did, we found the soonest booking was over 3 months away. Upon check in, we found out we were lied to on the phone about many of the amenities and room features we were promised. If this were a regular vacation, I promise I would not be so upset about these issues. But given this could be my moms very last vacation, and that my grandmother, my partner, and myself need a much needed respite from caregiving and the weight of this situation. -We were told we would have full access to all resorts and amenities of each resort on the property, which we found out upon check in was not true -Access to shuttles to take us all over the resort. We found out no shuttles come to paradise point, which is a big deal since my mom is mobility impaired and can only walk short distances, but wanted to have freedom to explore (She cannot drive due to her condition and high doses of pain medication) - We were promised the room would have 2 Jacuzzi tubs, which we hoped would help my mom with her pain and help the rest of us relax. There are no bathtubs in the room at all. -We were told on confirmation that the resort would do something special for her to make this trip special, and nothing has been done. -Told there would be a large breakfast at the vacation presentation, which I showed up to and there was no breakfast or food at all. Since we have been here, the heated pools have been cold, the hot tubs have been closed I called customer service and spoke with an ****** who would not help me on the phone, would not file a complaint, and would not direct me to anyone else to speak to. At the end of the day, we were lied to, and I cannot recommend this organization.

      DONT DO IT! I am very disappointed in the bluegreen experience. We were lied to from the start. We were told when we were sold the hotel getaway that what we paid that day ($200) was all that was going to be required. When we got to our hotel we had to pay for parking. Then when we checked in we had to pay another $300 for resort fees. It was about a 15 minute walk to our room through the resort and when we got to our room and there wasn't a refrigerator, microwave, or coffee pot. When we went to our presentation they tried to run our credit, (which is not required) but they highlighted it on the form to try to trick us into letting them do so. Then we met our salesman. He asked if we had children, and then he spend atleast 15 minutes telling us that we needed to have children, just over and over again trying to make us feel bad that we didn't want to. He focused the majority of the time telling us about his life story, and about his wife and children and grand children. Then about the last 20 minutes he decided to talk about the timeshare. His boss came over and asked us if we were buying. When I said no he told the salesman to show them a room and get them out of here, which I found disrespectful. When we got to the room the salesman had us alone and began asking us why we didn't want to buy, and when we gave him our answers he began raising his voice and trying to intimidate us, and telling us that were making a big mistake, and not to listen to the two people that we work with that have timeshares and hate them. After we said no at the presentation the last two days at our hotel the room didn't get cleaned, the garbage didn't get emptied and we didn't get any new towels, which all of this had happened on the first two days. Overall I would not recomend this to anyone, if theyre willing to make you pay extra hidden fees and lie to you before you're even in a contract, I could not imagine how much they would scam out of you once they had you in a contract.

      I just left the BlueGreen Vacation Resort located in ***********, *****.My experience was horrible. From the beginning of receiving my package at the Bass Pro Shop in *******, ********* to traveling to the ***********************************************. They continued to add additional charges. and to make it worse they gave me a room that was already occupied. I do not recommend this company to anyone that values great customer service and honesty.
