      This has been a total nightmare from day one. To begin with we were lied to from ***** in New Orleans. He promised us a 3 night weekend and we picked the weekend and he guaranteed it only to seal the deal. Come to find out after our time ran out to cancel - that he had no right doing this - that can only come from booking group. I have email from this to back it. We booked a trip and listened in on another meeting and discussed our problems with the timeshare to only be told we didn't have enough points so that was why we were having problem finding vacations available for us. As we also told them we work fulltime jobs and like long weekend vacations. ANOTHER LIE! We bought more to only find out we still couldn't find anything thing available that we were interested in. We were told after that - we needed to take vacations during the week not long weekends because that would be only thing available. Of course that didn't work for us. We were sold this knowing this didn't work for us but they lied over and over again. SHAME ON YOU FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PPL. We have been trying for 3 years to get out of this contract with no help at all. FEES are ridiculous! We have for this timeshare in full and only used it for 2 years but yet they will not work with us on getting out of this - 3 years later with maintenance fees built up - they want us to pay it in full when no one would even talk to us the 1st year we tried to get out of it. Which would have only had us paying 1 year maintenance fees. We would be good with paying the one year but not the 3 years fees. Again, shame on BLUEGREEN, that is not how you do business.

      I was talked into buying into this over 5 yrs ago, the salesperson told me they would buy if back if I wanted out. I paid the the entire bill as I didnt want to pay the high interest rate, now I cant get rid of it and it costs me over $700 a yr and I've never even got to use it as I didnt get enough points to stay at anything I would be interested in. The one person I talked to said I can give it back to them but I don't get a dime of my money I paid back.

      We have been with Bluegreen for many, many years. We are "charter" owners but don't think that carrys much weight. Over the years mostly positive but there have been times when we were very unhappy...the high pressure meetings were so bad we walked out on more then one!We have just returned home from our vacation and stay at ************** in ************. We had fun. Our unit was clean and comfortable and everything worked. We did go to a meeting and it went exactly one hour. We got our free gift card and we left. No high pressure selling this time...about time they did it right.The yearly maintenance fee is high we feel...we are silver members and our fee is over $1,600.00 per year. We have stayed at several different Bluegreen resorts and never really had any issues.With the new much lower pressure meetings they have gone in the right direction..."when the customer says No, they mean no" and at our meeting in July...they listened. If Bluegreen could just do something to lower the maintenance fees we would be totally happy. Being on a fixed-income is something we need to think about and they should do. How about a discount for AARP Seniors?

      We've been owners 20 +yrs. It has it's pros and cons. Overall we are very satisfied with our ownership. We have just returned from a 10 day trip visiting 3 resorts, loved them all. Overall we have visited 11 resorts and plan to see more

      When my husband and I purchased this timeshare, we thought we hit a goldmine. Boy we were wrong! The maintenance fees are ridiculous. We can never get the place we want to stay in. We just want this nightmare to be over with. Weve tried to get out with no luck as of yet. Hopefully we will soon. Dont buy! Every since Bluegreen went public the resort has gone downhill. Waist of time and money.

      I was contacted by a man working with this company. On Aug 26th 2022 I sent this company a simple email with the request that they cancel my contract or contact me to address my issues. Well, they are either really bad at customer service or they are inundated with more requests than they can handle. Either way, it's a red flag. If I could do it over again I would never talk to one of their reps.

      I purchased my package for 4 days 3 nights in August. I called on 2 occasions to make reservations and they did not have availability. I just called to make reservation however I was told since my husband can not attend the presentation, I am travelling while he is working, I will need to rebook. I advised I was never informed that my husband would need to attend as I usually travel without him so I would never have purchased this package. I advised based on their qualifications I qualify on my own but because I am married he needs to attend. So when I asked for my refund I am outside of my 30 day return window, which again I was not informed of. So now I wont even be able to use the package I purchased! Nevermind they don't even tell you what hotel they are putting in until 3 weeks before your travel dates. What a freaking ****!!! I feel bad for the people taking the reservations as they have to deal with the people like me who were ******* by the sales people. I would give this place negative stars if that was an option

      Just got off the phone with one of these lying ********. Of course didn't have my dates available, but could "upgrade me" for 4X the price of my initial investment. Turns out the resorts they advertise on their website cost WAY more than what they steal from you initially. Then when you go to book you find out those places cost MUCH more, and what you paid for was just a standard room in a 3 or a 2.5 star hotel/motel somewhere in the vicinity of the resort. Apparently you are STILL expected to attend their HIGH PRESSURE, 4 hour long slaes meeting even after you have learned you have been cheated out of staying at a resort for a discount price. Decided to just take the lo$$. Fortunately the master card I used in Nov 2021 has since expired, and they cannot use it to rob me again. If you gave these thieving ****** a credit card that still works contact your credit card company immediately and report your card as stolen. They will prevent you from getting robbed again by these charlatans.Going forward let's all try to remember the old saying we foolishly chose to forget: "If it sounds too good to be true it is."

      This business can't get out of its own way. Not only did they lie through the sales about everything, but they now won't even acknowledge our attempts at opening some dialogue with them. We sent them a message on Aug. 23rd and we still have not heard from anyone. They were QUICKER to damage our credit over not paying then they were to try to address our concerns. RUN AWAY. DO NOT BUY

      So we had a scheduled timeshare visit for Sept 2022 and notified them that we had to cancel due to both me and my wife getting covid. We cancelled and they billed us $200.00 for cancelling saying we were a no show. We are timeshare owners with Disneys Vacation Club and after this we will never purchase from this group. Stay away from these crooks.
