      They try debiting your bank account several times and debit it without your authorization or notifying you. Then they won't answer when you try to confront them about it. Very unprofessional. I won't buy anything there again. If you want a good company to rent to own from go to **** * ****** or *****'s.

      I need who ever over the marrero building in new Orleans I had a living room set and 3 glass tables I paid 310 dollars on the 26th of January they harrassed me called off private numbers I was not even a day late the general manager Jeremiah threatened me with the police so they kept coming to my house calling private so I gave the furniture back and I want my money back for the things these people put us though they come here I have daughters they sit down and try to flirt very unprofessional they not putting what I paid in the system I need who ever over these people to call me I need my money back from them they charge people card and don't have permission I need a lawyer are who ever this company is a rip off

      The WORST place to purchase anything from im a stay at home mom and Eric stated you can’t afford this stuff anyway and you don’t work you stay home all day. I’ve been a customer for over a year and has paid over 6000 dollars to them and paid off three items and was planning on paying the rest off this month but like my husband said it’s not about the money we can’t bring ourselves to do anymore business with a company that thinks this is okay! oh and the truck driver kept asking to get with me and my best friend and would not leave my yard it was so creepy and we told him multiple times we where taken! plus every person there charged me a different amount every week and would call my phone 12 times in a row! (i have proof)

      If I could give Buddy's in Lebanon zero stars I would!!! These people took my debit card information for a desk that I ordered and never delivered! EVERY SINGLE DAY I KEPT GETTING EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE OF WHY the desk couldn't be delivered! This went on for approximately a week! Then today, a week later, lo and behold, they decided today was delivery day. Mind you I had to stay home from work until delivery but informed them that I had to be somewhere at 11:30am. ******** assured me the desk was on the truck. At 11:10am the moron delivery guy calls me to say he went to the town of Old Hickory instead of Old Hickory Blvd and would be another 40 minutes! I told him I had to leave because I had an appt. I couldn't change with a new client. I called the store back again to speak with ******** and got the unprofessional, nasty Regional Manager, *****, who told me I had no business ordering from them in the first place since I"m in *********! I told him what are you talking about?!! The store said they delivered to *********! And after what I've been through for over a week waiting to get this desk I should have a month free! He kept talking over me and didn't care what I went through or what I had to say. I ended up having to hang up on him because this a****** wouldn't LISTEN. I called ******** backed and she was clueless as to what happened. I wanted to reschedule delivery and she said the Regional Manager had refunded my money and I was no longer getting the desk! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE UNPROFESSIONAL NO GOOD PEOPLE. AND THE ************ STORE AND ***** ARE NOT ANY BETTER!!!! JUST DON'T RENT ANYTHING PERIOD FROM BUDDYS' YOU WILL REGRET IT!

      I have retaliated and harassed by the store manager since Sept 2022. He ran my payment incorrectly during Labor Day. I called the store that day to confirm if it was correct. Javier answered and told me everything was good. From Sept 9-13 they harassed my about a payment. I finally found the District Manager Duane who was able to see my payment floating in their system.I am on auto pay. and never paid late.This was after the store manager yelled at me and hung up the phone.I called back he told me they had a power outage. He lied cause I was right down the street. The account manager said to speak to her only about my account and he was told not to touch my account from his superiors.My son opened an acct. there and all hell broke loose. I don’t mind you calling my phone since I was listed as a reference. But when you call me don’t be upset with me I’ve never been late So I call on Monday to report an issue with my dryer. Javier answered and I told him who I was. His response to me was will call you when we get new ones in and we will call you when we can come out. I felt he was discriminating against me because he is upset with my son. So the same day I go to the store and speak to Javier. He doesn’t recognize me. I explained my issue again. He walked me through the store and the back area and told me he would have to it take apart so he will send out a loaner and I will have to sign for it being a loaner. I agreed. He asked me my name and I gave it to him. He said I thought you didn’t like me. I told him that call to corporate was busy not personal. The he says I have a Mack here with a son name and those people.I told him what about it because that is me. I know you wasn’t getting ready to talk about me.He ask me to get in touch with my son turn his screen around and showed me his acct and the amount owed. Called my job Thursday asking for a payment I already made. Then Saturday I called and Javier told me he didn’t feel comfortable sending me a loaner.

      I have had them run my debit card without my permission, since that happened I have repeatedly asked them to change the debit card to another, they tell me they changed it, yet its always the debit card I asked to be removed that they have charged. I'm still waiting, at least a month now, for the regional manager to fix a mistake on their end and now waiting so far a week for him to call me. This place is TERRIBLE!!!!

      Absolutely the worst thing I decided to do was go to Buddy's and try to get a kitchen table. There is absolutely no communications. They charged me weekly when I needed them to charge me monthly they pulled the money out of my account and overdrafted me now I have no money and about to lose electric. I told them this yesterday they said they will reimburse my money and never did that. This is the new place that took over own it now on ***************** do not go there they do not have themselves together they don't know how to run a business tomorrow I'm having them come and get my table I will never deal with these people again

      I think they are fine but so unprofessional ..do not communicate ...I had to miss a payment for the first time since I had them so itold them before my payment was due the manager said fine it was cool.They did not say I had to double the payment or tell me how much I would have to pay ..so they went into m account and took ****** which I told them to text my payment then I will pay cause that's how I pay my payment..my payment was ***** or whatever..the thing is I am not opted into auto pay

      I've bought a lot of things from buddy's in ********* **. And over the years it seems like they don't like to enter my payments into the system and then come tell me that I'm farther behind on payments then what I am and there driver is very rude and nasty and hurasing I use to like dealing with buddy's but anymore it's not good now I have a 70 inch tv that I've payed alot on it and they are doing it again and driver says he's coming back to take it

      Manager swindled my mentally challenged daughter into an agreement stating that he was giving her a deal for couch and a used mattress in the total amount of 900$. The agreed upon payments while we were both in the store was $98 per month for both items or 4 months same as cash. My daughter was told she would need to put down a downpayment of $103 which was completed on 10/28 and that her payment would be monthly of $98. Now not even 3 weeks later they are calling demanding that she pay $147 or they will be out to pick up these items. When manager was contacted he became very belligerent on the phone and outright called myself a liar and then stated how the customer is not always right...I was very calm in speaking with him but he continued to raise his voice. When I asked for the corporate manager contact information, he said this is Freddie I am the corporate contact. I asked repeatedly who was over him and he said he is the top. This is horrible business and this store and company has in turn just lost who would have been a faithful customer due to his horrible customer service. His outright denial and belligerence only shows that he in fact knows that the agreement was $98 per month - not $200 the amount that has now been fabricated. This place outright gives false information to customers just to get items into their homes then raises the prices without knowledge or agreement and will not honor their word or contracts with the agreed upon amount. Please beware of this store and manager they will give you untrue pricing and then treat you horrible when you try to get them to stand behind their word and their contracted amounts.
